The world is watching as things continue to unwind regarding the presidential election. The maniac media continues to present Joe Biden as the winner. They continue to misinterpret any action from President Trump as conceding. And they certainly have not taken the time to read through the evidence that has been shared by Rudy Giuliani or Sidney Powell.
If they had at least read through the evidence, they would see a legitimate claim to what the president is fighting for. Joe Biden would not be making his bold claims of being the next president. And the people of the United States would be more informed and ticked off at the criminal actions of some of their politicians.
The liberal judges are no better. Judge Matthew W. Brann is a liberal judge that serves in Pennsylvania. He did not even read through the evidence brought to him by Trump’s legal team. All he did was see the case number and dismissed it as a hoax. He ruled politically instead of constitutionally.
His actions have actually helped the path to the Supreme Court. The campaign took the dismissal as a hint that they need a higher power. So, the case is being brought to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. This is the next step before the Supreme Court.
The Democratic judge stated that the “Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.” He did not see any proof because he did not look at it.
All the political judge had to do was read the testimony reports, and he would have found truthful testimony of the events that are being disputed. He made fun of the legal team by stating, “One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.”
Brann sits on his bench and issues slanderous remarks to a highly qualified legal team. His loyalty to the Democratic Party kept him from being unbiased in his approach to the case. He would rather bury the evidence and let corruption reign than do what is right and put a stop to it.
Brann stated that “That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state.” He proved that a liberal court could not be trusted to do what is right.
The path to the Supreme Court just blew wide open with the dismissal of the case. Biden thinks that he will be the next president, but if the Supreme Court rules that individual votes cannot be counted, he will lose a lot of states.
During that fight, it was then decided that Sidney Powell should work on her own. There is a strategy at work as to why they separated her from the legal team. Her focus is much larger than everyone else’s. She is looking to bring down rulers and corrupt businesspeople for their part in a fraudulent election.
President Trump promised the people of the United States that he would fight for their security and prosperity. And that is precisely what he is doing. If the fraud is allowed to continue, there will never be a fair election again in this country.
The criminals behind the fraud have to be exposed and then prosecuted in a court of law. President Trump is a president of law and order, and he won the right to lead this country for the next term. Joe Biden is a cheater and cannot be allowed to get away with his actions.

A lawsuit in Michigan pushed by allies of President Donald Trump are seeking to fight what voters decided and declare him the winner of the state’s electoral votes.
To bolster its case, it includes an affidavit from Navid Keshavarz-Nia, a cybersecurity expert who alleges the election data indicates widespread fraud (extensive research and other experts refute such claims).
The affidavit says that President-elect Joe Biden won “more than 100% of the votes” in a county that doesn’t exist.
Keshavarz-Nia also said he hasn’t actually analyzed the voting machines used in the 2020 election.
A witness in a lawsuit from allies of President Donald Trump trying to overturn democracy in Michigan said that the vote count in Edison County “are cause for concern and indicate fraud” because President-elect Joe Biden won “more than 100% of the votes.”
There’s just one problem: There is no Edison County in Michigan, the Detroit Free Press pointed out.

Last month, Barr issued a directive to U.S. attorneys across the country allowing them to pursue any “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities, if they existed, before the 2020 presidential election was certified, despite no evidence at that time of widespread fraud. That memorandum gave prosecutors the ability to go around longstanding Justice Department policy that normally would prohibit such overt actions before the election was certified. Soon after it was issued, the department’s top elections crime official announced he would step aside from that position because of the memo.
The Trump campaign team led by Rudy Giuliani has been alleging a widespread conspiracy by Democrats to dump millions of illegal votes into the system with no evidence. The Justice Department is investigating a potential crime related to funneling money to the White House or related political committee in exchange for a presidential pardon, according to court records unsealed Tuesday in federal court.
The case is the latest legal twist in the waning days of President Donald Trump’s administration after several of his top advisers have been convicted of federal criminal charges and as the possibility rises of Trump giving pardons to those who’ve been loyal to him.
The disclosure is in 20 pages of partially redacted documents made public by the DC District Court on Tuesday afternoon. The records show Chief Judge Beryl Howell’s review in August of a request from prosecutors to access documents obtained in a search as part of a bribery-for-pardon investigation.
