Derek Somerville, former FBI special agent spent hours pouring over voting records in Georgia which is public information. What he found is a real game-changer. He found that over 17,000 requests for mail-in ballots came from addresses in other states. That sounds like an organized effort one way or another.
There are two main reasons this could happen. 17,000 people who moved from Georgia could have all illegally voted for Biden, understanding the penalty for voter fraud. Or, poll workers could have been armed with the list the state keeps on people moving to other states. They could then use their information to fill in illegal ballots so they would be accepted.
Another curious thing he found was that over 57,000 cast ballots in a county different than where they reside. Now, why would 57,000 people drive to another county to vote when they could vote in their own county? Remember, the deficit for Trump in Georgia is less than 13,000 votes. If you just throw out the 17,000 Biden votes cast illegally from out of state, Trump wins.

I’ve personally spent the last several days painstakingly analyzing 580,226 registered Georgia voters from current state-provided voter rolls who submitted a US Postal Service Mail Forwarding Change of Address request at least 30 days PRIOR TO the November 3rd election.
FACT: at least 57,793 Georgia voters cast their vote in a county that is DIFFERENT than where they previously instructed the USPS to forward their mail.
FACT: 43,507 (75%) of these individuals DID NOT vote in person on election day.
It’s been a few years, but most of you know I’m a former FBI Special Agent. Prior to that I worked in the US intelligence community. I’m a trained federal investigator who was assigned to Public Corruption cases. There are others more experienced than me, but this if far from my first rodeo.
With few exceptions, a person submits a USPS Change of Address request because they have permanently moved and want their mail rerouted to their new address. Under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), states may use that USPS Change of Address request to “identify registrants who may have changed residences” and “remove the registrant from the voter rolls after satisfying all requirements of the [NVRA]”.
What will happen? It’s anyone’s guess but I suspect Democrats will call liberal privilege and no one goes to jail and the judiciary allows the race to possibly be stolen in my opinion. There is no such thing as gravity at the DNC. They just suck is all.

New USPS whistleblowers have come forward and one of them admitted that he drove a route from Bethpage, NY to Harrisburg, PA, and back to Lancaster, PA. Guess what he was hauling? Hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots.
“On October 21, he arrived at Bethpage where he saw 24 gaylords (large cardboard containers used by USPS) and was told they contained mail-in ballots. He saw 24 gaylords containing bulk mail bins filled with identically-sized ballot envelopes stacked crosswise, which likely contained 144,000-288,000 ballots or more,” Amistad said. “He could see it contained handwritten return addresses and one was even marked Certified Mail, prompting the expediter to remark that the person must have really wanted the ballot to get to its destination. Both of these observations revealed the ballots had already been completed and were being returned to be counted.”
Amistad continued on to explain that “Mr. Morgan got to Harrisburg at 9:15 a.m., ballots in tow, but was forced to sit in the USPS yard until 3:00 p.m. When he went inside to speak with someone because his hours were about to expire, a self- identified ‘transportation supervisor’ made himself known and instructed Jesse to drive the whole load to Lancaster without unloading the portion intended for Harrisburg. The ‘transportation supervisor’ would not provide him with a written slip, saying he would need to unload in Harrisburg in order to receive a slip. Morgan drove to Lancaster under orders from the Harrisburg postal supervisor, unhooked the trailer in the normal place, parked his tractor in the normal place, and went home.”
The next day, the trailer that he had been using was gone. This is the only trailer that he’s ever used and now it was gone with no explanation. The Amistad Project alleges that fraudulent ballots were mistakenly placed on Jesse Morgan’s trailer, and that he has since been monitored by those who perpetrated the crime – and that these persons could not allow the trailer to be opened and unloaded in a public fashion.
A second whistleblower, Nathan Pease of Madison, Wisconsin, was also a USPS subcontractor. He says that on November 4 and November 5, two separate postal workers informed him that the USPS was gathering tens of thousands of ballots and backdating the postmarks to November 3 so that they may be counted — despite the deadline already passing.
“Mr. Pease’s sworn statement coincides in time with a dramatic ballot dump on the morning of November 5 which heavily favored Mr. Biden and which has caused significant controversy within the expert community regarding the statistical probability of the late insertion of tens of thousands of ballots in favor of a single candidate on the morning after the election,” Amistad Project said in a statement.

With each passing day, we learn more and more about how the 2020 Election was less than legal. This week, Trump’s legal team has presented damning evidence to the legislature of Arizona. They are also set to appear before other state lawmakers with evidence that proves the integrity of our democracy was undermined by frauds.
They are also moving ahead with court battles. The Supreme Court will need to look at the evidence and decide if certain states obeyed—or broke—the Constitution’s (and state constitution’s) rules on elections. One state in particular, Pennsylvania, stopped counting votes on Election Night only to continue for several days after. That is in violation of the Constitution, which requires votes be counted on Election Night.
Trump’s legal team is pushing for an appeal to the Supreme Court to challenge the election results in Pennsylvania. It’s up to the court to decide if they should hear this case and weigh in on the matter. While there is a conservative majority on the court, they might refuse to hear it. So, the Constitutional scholar of the Senate is calling them to act.
On Tuesday, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) publicly called on the Supreme Court to hear an emergency appeal challenging the election results in Pennsylvania, arguing that the Democrat-led Pennsylvania legislature’s vote last year to allow universal mail-in voting flew in the face of the Pennsylvania Constitution’s express prohibition of such a move…
“The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrow and defined circumstances,” Cruz explained. “Late last year, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed a law that purported to allow universal mail-in voting, notwithstanding the Pennsylvania Constitution’s express prohibition.”

Sen. Cruz lays out the argument for how the state’s Democrat-run legislature violated their own constitution to allow universal mail-in voting. That law allowed counting to go on past Election Day, giving Democrats a chance to produce just enough ballots to get a win.
By Election Night, the president had won the state. The Supreme Court can rule that the law that conveniently gave Biden the victory was illegal and require that night’s results to stand. They can also order that mail-in ballots that came in after Election Day to be throw out, also eliminating Biden’s questionable lead.
Ted Cruz is more than just an influential, conservative senator. He attended Princeton and Harvard, earning degrees in law and public policy. He is respected as one of the foremost experts on the U.S. Constitution. So, yeah, his opinion on this matter carries serious weight. And like many others in America, he is deeply concerned over the corruption charges coming out of Pennsylvania.
In other states, with conservative legislatures, the Trump team can get a fair hearing. But not in Pennsylvania. The crooked liberal lawmakers of PA will refuse to acknowledge the irregularities and damning evidence of fraud and protect the illegal ballots. That is why the Supreme Court must hear the case. If they see the shocking evidence, from bogus laws to attempts at suppressing poll observers, they will have no choice but to rule in Trump’s favor.

In New York, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.’s two-year investigation into Mr. Trump on charges reportedly involving bank and tax fraud could result in indictments shortly after he leaves office.
Danya Perry, a former deputy attorney-general for the State of New York who headed a commission into public corruption, said in an interview that indictments were likely. “The money is on some set of charges.”

Witness Testimony Blows 2020 Election Out Of The Water

Several whistleblowers on Tuesday cast new uncertainty on the 2020 election process, claiming up to 288,000 ballots disappeared, another 100,000 were improperly backdated, and mail promoting President Trump was junked while mail for Joe Biden was delivered.
In the most extraordinary report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor said his trailer full of 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots, which he drove between New York and Pennsylvania, disappeared after he delivered it to a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, depot.
Another claimed that ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while the same type of mail for Joe Biden was ordered to be delivered on time.
And a third raised new issues about the integrity of Dominion voting machines.
The claims were unveiled by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which has mounted an independent investigation of voting and voter registration in several key battleground states. It recently made headlines by revealing that the FBI has requested the findings of its Voter Integrity Project.
The project has uncovered potential flaws and fraud in ballots and voter registration of several states that have certified the election counts in favor of Biden.
In today’s release, and in a press conference, the group said that whistleblowers found that election officials in mostly Democratic areas manipulated ballots and campaign mail, potentially influencing the outcome.
“The whistleblower accounts released today, detail the failure of election officials in blue jurisdictions to maintain ballot chain of custody, allowing for the potential infusion of fraudulent ballots. These accounts include photographs of individuals improperly accessing voting machines and a detailed eyewitness account of the breaking of sealed boxes of ballot jump drives and commingling of those jump drives with others,” said the legal outfit.
It added, “The accounts also reveal multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. Details include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.”

In previewing today’s whistleblower accounts, the Amistad Project said:
Postal subcontractor Jesse Morgan on Oct. 21 moved 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where his trailer holding the ballots disappears.
Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease is told by two separate postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to backdate the ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.
Computer expert Gregory Stenstrom of Pennsylvania witnessed a vendor of Dominion machines and local election officials download and update counting machines in violation of election system protocol and the comingling of machine jump drives in violation of election protocols and rendering audits impossible without direct forensic access to the machines.
Postal workers in Traverse City, Michigan; Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; Erie, Pennsylvania; and Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, indicate widespread malfeasance in the Postal Service including backdating ballots, ordering that Trump mail be interdicted to be placed in the ‘Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail’ bin, and emphasizing that Biden mail be delivered on time.

Quietly, on the eve of the Thanksgiving holiday, the Defense Department removed eleven members of its important DPB — including former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright, former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, and Rudy De Leon, a former Deputy Defense Secretary at the Pentagon.
This is a significant, but underreported development.
The Pentagon’s top leadership relies on the Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee, also known as the Defense Policy Board (DPBAC or DPB) for “independent, informed advice and opinion concerning major matters of defense policy.”
Operating through the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (USD-P), the 13-member DPB consisting of prominent outside experts provides advice to the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense, focusing on “long-term, enduring issues central to strategic planning.”
Sadly, today most of these experts are “soft on China” and at odds with President Trump’s forceful strategic response to the growing China menace. An overhaul of the Board’s membership is urgently overdue.
China expert Bill Gertz also noted in The Washington Times that “Chief among those on the board with views that clash with Mr. Trump is former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, architect of the conciliatory U.S. policies that argued in favor of unfettered economic and diplomatic engagement with the communist regime.”
Four other members, Adm. Gary Roughead, Madeleine Albright, Jamie Gorelick, and Jane Harman were all added to the policy board in 2011 by President Obama “as part of an effort to slant it in a Democratic direction,” noted Gertz.
Foreign Policy reported that members of the Trump administration had tried to remake the board with members from outside the D.C. establishment, and more sympathetic to the president and his views, but had received pushback from then-Defense Secretary Mark Esper and acting Undersecretary for Policy James Anderson.
I have known Dr. Anderson for decades since serving as Marine Corps officers together in the 1980s. He is a solid conservative with a solid intellect.
Both Esper and Anderson, who were removed earlier this month by Trump, reportedly argued to keep the board in place to allow for policy continuity, according to Foreign Policy. Sadly, without knowing more from Esper or Anderson, it appears that some of the ‘continuity’ these members were promoting was a failed soft-on-China policy.
It is not yet known who will be replacing these removed members. However, a U.S. Defense official told Fox News: “I am grateful to the departing board members, many of whom have served for decades. As we adapt the Department for great power competition, I look forward to naming new board members in the coming days.”
We can expect the replacements before January 20, 2021. Hopefully, they will all have valuable, credible expertise and experience to add value to the DPB. But they should also reflect and represent the critical new need for a tough-on China containment strategy.

(CNN)Ivanka Trump, the President’s daughter and adviser, sat for a deposition Tuesday with investigators from the Washington, DC, attorney general’s office as part of its lawsuit alleging the misuse of inaugural funds, according to a court filing.
In January, the DC attorney general’s office sued the Trump Organization and Presidential Inaugural Committee alleging they abused more than $1 million raised by the nonprofit by “grossly overpaying” for use of event space at the Trump hotel in Washington for the 2017 inauguration.
According to the lawsuit, Gates agreed with the hotel’s managing director and Trump family members to pay $175,000 per day for the committee to reserve space for four days.
The committee’s own event planner — Stephanie Winston Wolkoff — advised against the transaction, telling the committee and the Trump family that the charges were at least twice the market rate, the lawsuit states.

President Trump remained livid at Attorney General William P. Barr on Wednesday, with one senior administration official indicating there was a chance Barr could be fired — not just for his public comments undercutting Trump’s unfounded claims of election-shifting fraud, but also for steps he did not take on a probe of the FBI’s 2016 investigation into Trump’s campaign.
A day after Barr told the Associated Press that he had “not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Trump continued to complain about his attorney general, people familiar with the matter said.
One senior administration official said there was a chance Trump would fire his attorney general and asserted that the president was not merely frustrated over Barr’s fraud-related assertions. The person said that several people are trying to persuade Trump not to do so. Like others, this official spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations.
