The important word here is, “ALLEGATIONS.” An allegation is merely a statement of claimed fact included in a complaint made WITHOUT giving any proof that someone did something wrong or illegal.
Unless Powell can provide the Court with proof, those 30 allegations would remain….. 30 allegations.

Most of those cases were brought by individuals, smaller groups. The powerhouse cases to follow closely are this one by Sidney Powell and Trump’s legal team.
Trump’s cases are also structured to get through the lower courts as fast as possible so they can have their day infront the US Supreme Court faster. It will be a Supreme Court matter so the judges are not going to waste time hearing the cases in the lower court. Besides judges are extremely hesitant give any decisions to set any precedent on voting cases unless there is a 100% clear case.
Sidney’s case ultimate goal is intended to lockup people, initiate voting system reform and make anybody attempting such in the future to think twice. Voter fraud in certain states has been the norm and her case is saying people have had enough, time for people to do some time.
Voter fraud is a federal crime and the feds don’t play when they have you in your sights. Look at Donville for a little piece of money.

If it gets to the US Supreme Courts and they fail him, Trump has one last card holding as a last resort. The executive order related to foreign interference in elections he passed in 2018.

The Judiciary is not elected, the Legislatures are and can constitutionally make that decision on their own with the evidence before them and their voters (the people) up their rear ends!!
So far, Giuliani has Pennsylvania hooked and the legislature will seek to pass a motion in a joint session regarding the electors’ list it will send to the electoral college.
If it believes the election is fraudulent, it will send the Republican list.
If not, it will use the popular vote and send the Democrat list..
It has given Dominion the opportunity to appear before it last week and Dominion has hightailed it.
