Seems as though if enough swing states declare their electoral votes are in dispute they are removed form the Electoral College.

So, by tomorrow please God, the State Legislatures of Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will have before them the evidence as it pertains to fraud in their states.
On Wednesday, a Court in Georgia will have before it the evidence of voter fraud in that state.
Will the State Legislatures exert their constitutional authority and decide to withhold their electors from the Electoral College?
If the number of Electoral College voters for both candidates fall below 270, a CONTINGENT ELECTION will occur.
306 – 270 = 36 votes
Pennsylvania = 20
Arizona = 11
Michigan = 16
Georgia = 16
Any three of these four will reduce Biden’s possible votes below 270 and trigger a CONTINGENT ELECTION.
538 – 464 = 74 votes.
Trump’s majority will only occur if more State Legislatures than the four above decide to follow the example of the other States if those States decide not to send their States’ Electors to the Electoral College.
Certification by the State’s Executive does not ensure the State’s Electors go to the Electoral College.
The lawyer for the President’s Team told the panel that there is an 1892 decision of the Supreme Court which says the State Legislature can take back its power AT ANY TIME!!
Laches does not apply.
What I understand that to mean is that if the State Legislature chooses to do its constitutional duty there is no legal way to stop the Legislature.

What the President’s team has done is by pass the Judges who won’t allow them to present the evidence in the court of public opinion.
Several witnesses gave evidence from their sworn affidavits which the judges will not hear.
Seems to have gone on over 10 hours so clearly alot of evidence was presented.
The State Legislators asked numerous questions and did not sound at all impressed at the election conducted in their state.
So, we will wait and see what happens.
The judges at the state level are beginning to look like shit.
But I understand their position.
They don’t want to determine the outcome of an election as they are not elected.
The members of the State Legislature are and can.
On Wednesday it sounds like a judge will for the first time actually hear the evidence for Georgia.

They present their witnesses, let them give their evidence then question them to ensure the salient legal points are made.
