The FBI is investigating the death of George Floyd, black man who was pinned on the neck by a police officer and later died in custody. Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison joins The Beat with Ari Melber’s breaking coverage on the latest from the FBI and the protests. While the officers involved have yet to be charged, Ellison argues a “quick arrest” might “make people feel better about justice” it is “important” for investigators to “take the time to make sure that these charges, if they are brought forward, stick.

    Floyd died of ‘asphyxia due to neck and back compression,’ his family’s autopsy report finds — contradicting county’s initial exam

    The independent autopsy of George Floyd, appears to contradict information from the criminal complaint, which said that the autopsy “revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation,” saying that “the combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”

However if the history was as widely splayed and exposed as it should be, the point would surely be drilled home, to the climax of the discussion, that the well of human relations did overfloweth.

    Needless to say, John may be reluctant to deflower the innocence that prevents the disclosure of such an argument, as while some such relations may have been from mutual lust, some may have been less so.

    When one opens wide the gates if history, one must accept that what comes forth may be more than just thrills of excitement.

    That coroner should be fired, he outright lied to get a loophole to allow an evil racist to escape.

    “George Floyd was killed by “asphyxia due to neck and back compression” — and died at the scene, according to an independent medical examiner’s report released Monday.

    “Sustained pressure on the right side of Mr. Floyd’s carotid artery impeded blood flow to the brain, and weight on his back impeded his ability to breathe,” said the report by medical examiners hired by Floyd’s family and obtained by the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

    “The independent examiners found that weight on the back, handcuffs and positioning were contributory factors because they impaired Mr. Floyd’s diaphragm to function.

    “From all the evidence, the doctors said it now appears Mr. Floyd died at the scene.”

    We have the prelim report and the report commissioned by the family. We wait for the official coroner’s report.

    1. The general rule in civil and in criminal law is that you take your victim as you first him even if he has hypertension…

    2. The Official Examiner works with the Minneapolis Police Dept every day, and may well have interacted with Fmr. P.O Chauvin within his 18 years service with the Minneapolis P.D. The Examiner’s Report was therefore predictable. He sings for his supper.

    3. The “independent” autopsy ordered by Floyd’s Family and some of its findings released today concluded that Floyd died of strangulation, neck and back asphyxiation …

    In short, David, you can now believe your lying eyes.

    2.This case get no where close to actual trial or formal laying of updated charges for some months ahead… either Trump is gone by then or #1 applies.

    It sounded too convenient and too amateurish that the first autopsy didn’t find a cause of death. The probability is too low with widely available video indicating what COULD have happened even though the examiner must look at all possibilities. Ironically Chavins attorney can ask for a 3rd autopsy because the first two are “conflicting” but that would basically be a waste of time.
    The lead prosecutor can now order the arrest of the other 3 officers based on this autopsy.

    Ah been trying to get Robert the Gossiper to start a gossip blog for himself, Sheman Lorenza, Fowl Enuff and the other idiot whose name i can never remember, cause they are not useful to us and they teach us nothing… and since they caused me to have to go and put together information that i have been putting off because i had something else planned…they better use this…it is the best way to start a gossip blog and it is free…am sure they recognize the nanes although i masked them well enuff…and i dont know these millionaire people but am quite sure they do..

    What i want them to tell me, especially the newest SLAVEMINDED addition is how many Black people in the majority population who fund the entire island with billions of dollars their existence generates have ever had any personal access to this type of money generationally…which is THEIR MONEY anyway…
