The following was posted by Sunshine Sunny Shine as a comment to the Open Letter to ALL Rh Lawyers on behalf of Stephen Archer blog – Barbados Underground

Here is what I want to know concerning this case.

A. Did the late Mr Archer ever saw the cheque for the 2.4 or 2.7 million whichever it is?

B. Did Mr Archer approve the lawyers handling of his money for matters pertaining to his medical situation?

C. Was Mr Archer present when the cheque was signed, seal and delivered to his attorney?

D. Is Mr Archer’s living remaining family ever sought to ascertain why the lawyer was still keeping Archer’s money in a personal account?

E. Did the bar association ever seek to make query concerning the same lawyer relative to Mr Archer’s disclosures in the press?

F. Did Mr Archer ever seek police assistance after making his claims known?

G. What recourse does deceased Archer have now that he is dead?

H. If the utility company stated Mr Archer was compensated for the injury’s he receives at the falling of one of their poles, is it possible for the utility company to produce a copy of the cheque presented to Mr Archer for proof of payment.

I. Why is the lawyer at the centre of this matters so quite? Is he guilty, is he out of the island or is he dead?

We can spend all of our time here talking about crooked lawyers, or we can make an appeal for relevant persons close to Mr Archer’s case, like his family members, the Utility company and such like, to come forward and shed some light on this matter [Blogmaster’s emphasis].

Also, if the lawyer is indeed the Jackman mentioned on the other social media site, he should be pressured to come forth to present his side of the story on why he did not give Mr Archer his money. I would also think that now is the time to bring the Bar Association into the spotlight to face some heat.

    One lawyer..a QC recently told an injured client…oh i don’t give clients my fees until the case is ended, because i had a bad experience with a client years ago…so the client says…oh yeah…well ya gave me ya fees in writing 2 years ago after i asked you for it for the 4th time, so uppity QC says…oh really, i don’t remember that, i would not have done that…client says…ok..i will just email you what your secretary sent me…and furthermore… i will give you and that stink ass defense attorney Leslie Haynes no more warnings before i expose ya backsides on the internet…

    end of story…

    @Artax, in a democratic society there is generally no circumstance where vigilantism or violent reaction to DIFFICULT civil law problems is ACCEPTABLE.

    Everyday there is a Stephen Archer badly harmed by a fellow citizen… when we devolve to violent reaction then WHERE does it end?

    I am not condoning this legal BS shown here on BU almost daily but it is insane, wrongheaded and absolutely counter productive to support any form of anarchy ….

    What we absolutely MUST do is get out of the fog of being unaware and blissfully ‘ignorant’ of the scams done by the legal fraternity.

    Respectfully to Mr Archer and family the story as related here tragically details some quite missing ingredients… of awareness!

    It says to me that EVERYONE needs to know how to navigate any matter involving a lawyer and treat him/ her as a necessary evil: be careful, DEMAND a clarification of all matters and DO NOT PLACE YOUR MONEY IN THEIR CARE…

    That’s the sensational program to be propagated …. using our supposedly super good EDUCATION SENSIBLY….NOT VIOLENCE.

    Please ANYONE tell me to what avail assaulting an attorney and then spending some time in Dodds…leaving your family..spending more money on representation etc … To prove righteous indignation….REALLY.

    I can understand Nelson Mandela bombing his rulers; I can understand a Black Panther style attack on racists (both in an otherwise supposed Democratic society)…

    But THIS is absurdly ridiculous and MUST be called as such.

    @TSLN, oh sage and out of bubble blogger please educate this “bubble dribbler” on a few basic facts of YOUR reality.

    When your cousin or other relative or friend gets shot because s/he made either an honest mistake with a client legal matter or the complexity of the matter made it quite lengthy such that the client got peeved and in a fit of BU style righteous indignation walked into the office and killed if relative … I certainly hope you are there cheering for the shooter.

    2…Or when said shooter ‘rightly’ justified in his anger by a Jackman type attorney walks into the office and shoots attorney and ‘accidentally’ kills your child who happened to be passing by or ur mum I also hope to hear u first in line defending the shooter.

    There is stupidity and then there is stupidity… this level of justice borders on the outer limits of UTTER stupidity.

    As I often say, there is absolutely no mystery why a man like Donald Trump won an election : there are more misguided people EXACTLY LIKE him than we want to admit.

    Consider the righteous indignant violent justice being heralded here as REALISTIC(?) because we feel totally frustrated and victimized by dishonest lawyers and his indignant ‘suggestion’ for violent societal (civil war) because he feels similarly frustrated and victimized by ‘dishonest politicians’.

    Where the badword does this indignation towards violence ends!

I am not going to get on BU though and call all lawyers crooks. You have the honour of wearing that badge. But as Hants asked, where were you and your fellow Salemites when Mr.Archer was alive and needed help? After all you profess to know every corrupt lawyer in Barbados and their misdeeds. Bluster and blusterers.

    I’m not sure if we’re misinterpreting each other’s comments………. but I’m NOT advocating the use of violence against unscrupulous attorneys…. far from it, dpD.

    I simply used a situation that occurred in Antigua as an example of how some people may react when they believe they were “hard done” by a lawyer.

    Unless I’m mistaken or you could indicate to me otherwise, I don’t think re: …. “supposed his (Mr. Archer’s) relatives or anyone in a similar predicament decided to take a similar course of action against these unscrupulous lawyers?,” especially when I “prefaced” the sentence with the word “SUPPOSED,”………

    ……….. could be reasonably construed as advocating “vigilantism or violent reaction.”

    I am getting the distinct impression that these vicious rats in bar association, the judiciary and the parliament are taking this victim’s death for a joke, just like they did with Natalie….they are so used to victimizing and stealing from people, they have no feelings for something as horrific as waiting for years and years watching a helpless man die since they pocketed his money years before that…it fazes them not one little bit.

    None of them can come out and say anything about this death they all orchestrated because if they open their mouths we know it will all be a tissue of lies…each and everyone of them is responsible for Stephen’s death, they are all culpable..

    … when people go to them telling them about these lawyers who are nothing but straight up thieves, asking them for help, they call up the lawyers and tell them what you said, instead of putting systems in place to lock these criminals up..they would do something that vile because they are all criminals together, parasites feeding off the system, off the taxpayers and off injured claimants…with no shame.

    I know for sure yall have ya eyes set on other injured people who are awaiting compensation, you are just waitin for the right opportunities to rob them too…you have done it for decades…but you will meet your match…

    I’m wondering who and under what circumstances “someone should be charged;” would the charge be murder or manslaughter; how would the DPP go about convincing the Court there is enough evidence for a Judge to sign and issue an arrest warrant; and what would written on the charge sheet?

    Did Mr. Archer die as a result of his funds being withheld by Jackman or did he die form complications as a result of his injuries?

    Is there enough evidence to allow Mr. Archer’s relatives to file for damages in a wrongful death claim for which they may receive compensation?

    What is this about Cheltenham? Was he the lawyer in question or did he drop him as a client when he was cussed? That sounds more like him.

    In all fairness, I have a friend who was well pleased with the settlement she got in relatively quick time through Cheltenham. .

    Many people were asking for the names of the lawyers involved in the Archer case for years, without a name there is no starting point, that is why the info was hidden, it was only day before when the scum who stole his money wanted to put misinformation out there, they sent the names to Naked Departure, i think on whatsapp…with a whole lot of lies…because they knew they stole his money…ALL OF THEM.

    But i am glad they exposed themselves trying to cover up their crimes against this man…because it opened a door to be able to get at the real scum causing problems in the supreme court and endangering injured people’s lives…a real silver lining was delivered from his unfortunate and deliberate death….and they will have to be gymnasts at olympic level to avoid their names being called when the time comes…ah doubt any of them are healthy enuff to avoid it…they all look like they will keel over at any time from one thing or another…but they are still waiting for injured people to die to rob them..

    And to make things even more interesting, i understand some of them HATE that their names have been blasted across social media and being shared everywhere as known thieves, stealing from clients, stealing from the injured, stealing from the dead….they are uncomfortable being stars…although they like to pretend they are stars

    …loving it, let’s see how much more brazen they can get in setting up people to die so they can steal their money…

    we have an opportunity we did not have before.

    and now that it has been exposed by Dale Whistleblower himself that both governments refused to accede to the convention on corruption for 15 years, knowing that the 90 year old legislation that kept the majority population in bondage could have been removed and the new convention ratified by the UN put in it’s place, even better….more exposure…. they were too busy lining their pockets, selling out their people, enriching everyone except for those who elected them…it is like heaven to expose their wicked shite…they destroyed the island with corruption and now the whole world knows…through their own vile actions.

    They all deserve to pay for their crimes…and those crimes are a multitude.

    I believe you’re trying to read too much into what was written that’s evidently not there. I KNOW what I meant by my comments.

    If I made a DEFINITIVE STATEMENT, for example, that someone who falls victim to an unscrupulous lawyer, SHOULD “take the law into their own hands,” I could understand your response.

    However, I gave an example of an incident that occurred in Antigua and simply ASKED “what if” something SIMILAR had occurred here.

    As such, I cannot understand how anyone could interpret ASKING a HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION, “prefaced” with the word “SUPPOSED,” as one meant to incite “vigilante violence” and caused the “outburst” as seen in your 3:11PM contribution, which, under the circumstances, was not only IRRELEVANT, but UN-NECESSARY as well.

    For you to make a definitive decision that YOUR interpretation of my comments…. is ACTUALLY what I MEANT to “say” ……….and under circumstances where you DID NOT ASK for clarification……..you have essentially attempted to “READ MY MIND.”

    I don’t believe you were FORCED to purchase the illegal item. You could have simply said “NO.” So, essentially, you are EQUALLY as CORRUPT as those YOU criticize.

    In more advanced parts of the world, stings are setup by purchasing from dirty Police and then exposing them.

    However, like a jackass, you wouldn’t understand that.

    No one forced me to come on BU to expose that was my choice and could have stayed hidden in the dark.

    Another upside is, they were none of them expecting this level of exposure of their crimes against injured people, but what they don’t know and i have no problem telling them is that the exposure can get much, much worse, just because many of us know that they will never want to stop stealing money from injured people with personal injury cases…and they will never want to stop endangering their lives by prolonging cases unnecessarily and wickedly while waiting for them to die..that is what they do.

    …and that is the opportunity we needed to keep exposing them all indefinitely, letting everyone know who these beasts are…although many of them have been known for years locally, but the Caribbean and outside world did not know before, now they have provided the means making sure they will…unwittingly exposed themselves trying to cover the crimes they committed against Archer…lol..hope he is having a good laugh

    Here we have an individual, who described me as a “pompous ass” and “pretentious fool,”……. yet he/she comes to this forum to ASSUME I don’t understand anything about a sting operation…… and calling me a “jackass” based on that ASSUMPTION.

    This is the same individual who comes to BU on a regular basis “pretentiously boasting” about qualifications, how many businesses he/she owns or managed and other irrelevant shiite…….. and attempting to IMPRESS us by PRETENDING they have all this information about corruption and criminal activity in Barbados, which, by the way, isn’t usually anything SPECIFIC…… just a lot of GENERALIZED waffle.

    Anyhow, despite all the insults and mentioning I’m from the ghetto, my point REMAINS that only an idiot of the highest order would “talk” about corrupt lawyers, senior police officers and detectives….. and then bought an illegal item from one of the same corrupt police officers and gave it to one of the same corrupt lawyers.

    And tried to cover his appalling ignorance, by mentioning “sting operation.”

    I seldom contribute to Barbados Underground. This forum is not a popularity contest and I’m not here to be popular or to gain “pen pals.” I don’t know anyone in this forum and don’t give a shiite about what YOU or any other contributor think of me. I DON’T CARE.

    If you know I’m a “pompous ass,” pretentious fool” and “jackass,” who comes to BU “trying to taunt other bloggers to try to impress others,” ……….. wouldn’t it be much better if you simply SCROLLRED PASS my contributions, rather than complaining and making an ass of yourself.?

    @Artax, your 11:31PM of last night is a very amazing piece of English exposition!… When did I say or “…INSIST[ed] that […] MY comments [were] what [you] actually meant to write”.

    This may seem pedantic to respond to your response about English interpretation but it is absolutely FREIGHTENING to me that you could write something about which I made an interpretation and when I point out that such an interpretation appears reasonable that you can tell me I am “reading your mind” and “rudely insisting” what your remarks meant.

    Sir, do you get the rationale why people make comparative examples! …. Do you appreciate that the juxtaposition of ideas or suppositions are a common language tool to give a vieled thrust to a point!

    You appear to be too educated to be so unaware of such obvious methods of nuanced writing so I will step off and leave this alone.

    Because you just gave “…an example of an incident that occurred in Antigua and simply ASKED “what if” something SIMILAR had occurred here.” Wow…

    The next time I read about the drug witness preparing to give evidence against his boss who is told ….”do you know about that witness in Timbucktu whose daughter was found dead after he showed up to give evidence against his boss, suppose that happened here”… I will surely remember how ridiculous I am to refer to your remarks as nuanced and a nod and wink.

    After all that was just a “hypothethical” with a big innocent “suppose”…how on earth could that be an incitement to violence!

    Surely, we are in a complete upside down world…SMH!

    Why is it so difficult for you to accept my explanation that I cannot understand how my question could “be very easily interpreted as a nod and wink to the same sort of action done in Antigua being done here for bad lawyers?”

    Your “long winded” contributions are sometimes difficult to understand……… and I’m not alone in this observation.

    ALERT long winded is ‘The Spire’ or one of those endless poems of English literature… scribbling a few words on a blog that can be read in 35 secs is BS opining.!

    Perhaps you may want to indicate to me WHERE in my contribution I made a DEFINITIVE STATEMENT that “long-winded” and “smartest guy in the room” were in reference to you stating my “writing was nuanced AND COULD be INTERPRETED as an incitement to violence,”…….. and how did you arrive at that conclusion?

    All I “said” was I CANNOT UNDERSTAND how anyone could interpret a simple, un-ambiguous question as one meant to incite violence and this guy comes out of the wood work to intellectualize that question.

    Why couldn’t you have NOT taken your advice and “simply take (my) opinion on it’s merit or lack and move on as well?”

    However, I’ll refer you to your October 1, 2019 3:04PM and 10:20PM contributions. Your above comments are exemplified therein……
