Come on now, balance! The scales of your “normal” intellectual contribution is out of balance. Probably burdened by the heavy weight of religious and moral teachings and childhood inculcation (not indoctrination).
It is thought that the many taboo pronouncements (some bordering on denouncements or bans) on the conduct of human sexuality were issued as edicts by religious law makers in order to contain the spread of diseases and conserve sperm to maintain viable populations levels constantly threatened by diseases, tribal war and famine. Hence the misplaced emphasis on having boy children even today in those traditional societies stilled governed by religious dogma some issued over 2,000 years ago. The same way modern-day governments and public health authorities have challenges dealing with sexually transmitted diseases (e.g. HIV/AIDS) and find it necessary to promote messages of “ abstinence, restraint, or safe sex – condoms monogamy, etc, those societies, say of biblical days, had similar challenges. It was only expected (normal), then, for the religious houses which in effect played the role the local government of the day, (tithing equals taxation) to be the responsible focal point for handling such problems that could undermine the very survival of their communities.

So balance, without looking through your myopic lens on human morality how would you view left-handed people, especially males? Do you see being “left-handed” as unnatural and abnormal? How would also explain ambidextrous people, like me?

In my opinion I can see a thread of logic in Brudah-Bim’s argument that homosexuality is a constant in nature (natural) but NOT normal. It is found across the entire human population spectrum (both genders, all races, cultures) albeit at tolerable rates to make this human sexual activity statistically minor and hence “abnormal” and not a threat to the heterosexual norm required by Nature for the human population survival for the time being; of course speaking in anthropological terms.

If you are referring to homosexuals then your statement about other people being “leery’ is not pointing in the right direction but the ‘left’ instead. These people if they keep to their own kind (left with left) would be engaging in non-productive sexual activities which cannot add to the 7 billion people currently exploiting Mother Nature who is about to rebel and shake off the parasites. What people (especially females) should be wary about are those males who have sex with both males and females. Bisexuality is the hidden danger in this whole sexual war of words. Just remember though many homosexuals especially those with the accentuated feminine tendencies don’t follow the rules of the sexual game and play with their own kind. According to the fable, the only humans that survived God’s flood that destroyed all life on Earth other than those in the “big able” ark were Noah and his family (wife ,three sons and their wives). If this was really the anthropological explanation for the existence of modern man could you please explain the various races and skin colours that exist today? To accomplish this end, a temporary ‘physical’ realm was conceptualized and initiated – with a ticking time clock driven by the law of entropy.

So understand that the REAL existence, and the REAL laws, are spiritual, while those which were established to guide our temporary (a few billion years or so) physical reality are really just temporary images of the real laws. Not only did BBE ‘create man in his own image’ but much of the physical creation mirrors and reflects the absolute spiritual reality. If one therefore was astute enough to understand our world, it stands to reason that a fair appreciation
of the spiritual realm becomes possible.

….suffice to say that certain dirty spiritual minds and social environments can result in disruption of the normally designed functioning of the human mind…and have done so to various extents, for generations.

A few of us would respond by cleaning up our acts, but it appears that most would wish to maintain the environment and adjust to living with the disease.

Suppose you had some VERY wealthy and wise parents who decided when you were born, to provide the VERY BEST opportunities and support for your success in life. They know that you will someday inherit a large fortune, so in preparation, they send you to a tough boarding school for 3 years to build us your character (so you won’t end up spoilt like the children of so many rich folk that we know 🙂 )

Rather than use the opportunity at school to build character as your parents intended, you grab you newfound freedom and independence to indulge in drugs, sex, and carefree indulgences

The REAL EXISTENCE is clearly a matter of perspective. While you may be convinced in your little college world that you are “living it up”, (especially if your IQ is in the same range as CH’s 🙂 ), a larger perspective such as your parent’s or a person with a MME type IQ, would see that you are COMPLETELY missing the opportunity provided to succeed in the REAL EXISTENCE.

….so it is not that the college existence is ‘unreal’, but that it pales in comparison to the alternative and INTENDED reality visualized by the parents.
