The two parties intermediaries had agreed upon the leaders code names, which were to be used during their State Visit to China. 

America’s Leader: Boxerjob or BJ

China’s Leader: Comrade or C

No one knew who picked these names but they were approved. entering the sealed hall C extended his hand to BJ. After shaking it they got down to business.

BJ said he required C to approve a few international moves he was planning on making. C needed to approve, and BJ thought C’s reward would be “excellent”.

BJ warned that America was going to annex Canada before the next American Election. C nodded as he listened. BJ whispered that his attention was to annex the entire Northern Continent in time, there by solving America’s problems of security. A after thought would be annexation of the Caribbean Islands, after all Americans needed a inexpensive place to vacation. Canada would supply the American expansions needs for resources and energy. Mexico would be renamed “Labor land” and Canada would be separated into four parts B.B & Alberta (Alberta would have primacy) , Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, Quebec and the Eastern Territories. Yukon, NWT and Nunavut would be sold to Alaska to create the largest of States in the Union. (cost $2.00).

BJ asked if this historic process was acceptable to C? C considered the proposal and asked “what’s in it for me”? After all C needed the approval of of Politburo, the Communist Congress and simply wished to retire in time, needing several $Billion to live on. 

The President looked C in the eyes saying “you can take Taiwan, the islands off the coast of Japan and all of the Philippines”! C was astounded at the generosity of BJ asking “so you pledge to accept/approve our territorial expansion plan”? Your Navy and Armed forces will not intercede upon these territories cry for assistance? BJ swore a solemn oath that he will mind his business if C did not poke his diplomatic noise into BJ’s business. 

A half hour rest period allowed both men to think about what they heard and said to each other. 

Sitting down in front of two elegant tables C and BJ were presented with a top secret agreement stating all that they had agreed upon. Looking at each other they could not help but grin to themselves. Each would get what they wanted. Wealth, Power, Historic Significance and most importantly a Great Legacy.

After the documents were signed C and BJ went to the palaces pleasure rooms for some R&R. Tyrants the world over would have agreed they had earnt it. What would the world have to complain about after all? America became the larges and wealthiest nation on the planet and China gained control of lost territory and much of the worlds energy sources. All was right with the world right?
