Her only battle cry has been “George Payne is not qualified and the other two are frauds.” No evidence. A letter from SRA which she misinterpreted and redacted documents. If Mr. Payne committed acts of fraud produce your evidence. I can assure you that if her charges had merit, the bevy of volunteer lawyers that exists would have stepped up and offered assistance. Skadden Arps does pro bono work for good causes but Jackie is not going near Skadden Arps or any of the hundreds of white shoe firms that do community work.

I do not care whose ring Jackie wears; she is not a Holder. The SRA does not determine who is a lawyer in Barbados or any other sovereign nation. Jackie has had a copy of Marie Stewart’s Will for 10 years now; why is she now addressing it. Jackie maybe able to manipulate her Facebook cronies and bloggers on BU but she cannot fool the family. She has hindered her mother from pursuing her inheritance solely for her own purposes. If it were up to Jackie, her Aunt’s body would still lay in the morgue but thank G-d for family.
@ John, My sister’s husband has nothing to gain.Most of his work is pro bono. He is one of the few lawyers in Connecticut who deals in Benford’s law and he is looking to make sure that all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed with respect to all financial transactions.

No, he is very much an attorney. Attorney’s in the United States tend to specialize with law firms concentrating in certain areas. In large firms some lawyers might have a MD, MPH and JD, or a JD and a CPA. some are RN’s and JD’s. When one has multiple degrees it increases one’s value as a expert witness and it cuts down on the number of expert witnesses the government needs to call and speeds up the trial. For example, a lawyer who is also an MD can give his expert opinion and there is no need to hire a doctor who might be reluctant to testify against a peer.

I stand by what I wrote and know what I wrote. Documents were given to a cousin. What John requested was being vetted by my sister’s husband since John raised questions about the indebtedness of Marie Stewart. I would not even dignify your comments about my location.
Documents were entrusted to my cousin by Ms. Atwell and she intends to protect Ermine’s legacy. My cousin will not be on any social media or blogs, however, I have no issue being here and doing damage control.
There is more to this saga and it is bigger than Jackie whose arguments and accusations are very flawed.

A piece of land that was promised to her mother but not not deeded or left to her in any Will. Mr. Holder did not deed it to her and he had a very proper Will not prepared by George Payne.
Based on the arguments here, the Land is deemed to be part of the Estate. Glenda Harewood owns HALF of the Estate. Ermine Atwell did not die intestate hence 50% of the land belongs to her beneficiaries. Jackie and her mother are not beneficiaries. Ermine Atwell had friends and nieces and nephews. What part of the land would Jackie like?
