I perused every video and listened intently to what Ms. Stewart says. She cannot deny that correspondence was not sent to her relating to her right of claim as she has admitted as such in one of the videos.
The land at Weston was sold. Fifty percent of said land belonged to the executrix and that is a given. Fifty % of the proceeds belong to the beneficiary and she needs to claim it. No judge is overturning the sale. Executrix was duly advised as to her responsibilities towards the beneficiaries. The fact that beneficiary took a knee jerk reaction and did not listen means that the onus is on her.
If the rabid bunch with political agendas want to egg Jackie on to her detriment when they have not seen the litany of tangible evidence that speaks ill of them.

@ John, from 1975 to 2016, there was no income to support this Estate. I am sure that you would understand how much it costs to maintain 10 acres of land for 33 year s plus another 8 years. Various attempts have been made to establish legal ownership over the years but hence what may appear to be the tremendous debts. but actually works out to under $7000/year plus interest. Ermine in retirement did not have the income to support these properties and she borrowed pending the restoration of the deeds which in turn allowed her to settle. Her first step was to sell the land at Weston and in turn use part of the proceeds to cover the debts on the larger property. She grew up at Col Villa and she did not want to cut it up and sell it to strangers. In her opinion Weston was more disposable and I agree with her. This was not an easy decision on her part. As I have previously stated Weston belonged to the Estate and Ermine was the Executrix. An Executor can make decisions for an Estate without consultation or input from a beneficiary.
