In a world where an increasing number of citizens believe what they want to believe, often times ignoring the rigour of science or evidence based perspectives, has become a challenge. The rise of social media means that any ‘idiot’ can start a podcast or blog and based on a prism of life’s experience sway gullible citizens in the thousands and millions. This is the world we live in today.

    Manna maybe???

    Washed down with some wine.

  2. I’ve bought no sugar so far in 2025.

    I bought a kilo in 2024.

I use 1/4 tsp daily in my tea or coffee.

Since you are good with numbers can you please work out for me how many 1/4 tsp servings are in a kilo of sugar?

Brown Barbados sugar if that makes a difference.

I like milk, I consume some every day, but not 8 oz or 250 ml at a time.
