The media is not reporting on it but both Democrat and GOP electors have been sent forward to Congress for the seven contested states. This leaves the door for Congress to accept either set of electors when they meet on January 6th to officially allocate votes and decide the president.

Guiliani and Sidney Powell have not had their day in court. All judges thus far have found various technicalities to reject the case without hearing any evidence at all.
Any rejected cases can be refiled and The Texas law suit showed them the way to get their cases heard by refiling with the same claims made by Texas at the Supreme Court level at the State Level.
Texas might also be refiling at the Supreme Court as well since the electors have now been chosen and they now can actual claim harm has now been done.

There is NO legally binding provision to “send forward” two SETS of electors AFTER a state has legitimately and legally CERTIFIED the result of their vote.
That is Republican party member FOLLY and ANARCHY. Doing an illegal, unconstitutional act because you have the legislative power to so act DOES NOT make the act VALID.
There is good reason the media generally have NOT reported it… bcz it’s nonsense and has NO validity in any accepted rule of law under the US regulations.

The only thing that can happen now is that some jackass like Ron Johnson can object to the electoral college vote count in the Senate. There can be hours of presentations and then the vote as to whether to count the electoral college votes. All that is required is a majority vote. If the Senate votes not to count, it passes to the House of Representatives. OBVIOUSLY, the majority will vote to count.
