The FBI is investigating the death of George Floyd, black man who was pinned on the neck by a police officer and later died in custody. Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison joins The Beat with Ari Melber’s breaking coverage on the latest from the FBI and the protests. While the officers involved have yet to be charged, Ellison argues a “quick arrest” might “make people feel better about justice” it is “important” for investigators to “take the time to make sure that these charges, if they are brought forward, stick.

    That is historically accurate. The Moors are the ones who brought ‘civilization’ and science to Europe.

    But it still does not refute the fact that the etymology of the word “Negro” can be found in the Latin word for black ‘niger’; not in its Arabic equivalent.

    Notice John, that when Negroes and Blackamoors were expelled from Elizabethan England everyone knew that they were human beings… but sixty years later in Barbados our illustrious legislature conceived of subsaharan African people as property. This was the historical origin of the murderer that ended George Floyd’s life… he inherited that sick culture in direct lineage from the colonial legislature of Barbados.

    Have you ever heard that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts?

    When a majority of a State’s congressional delegation, its Governor and local State assemblies are Republicans how do you separate an area in that State from the rest? Is it in a separate cocoon? When the Governor of Georgia announces he is opening the State from lockdown status did he exempt the areas with democrat representatives? The President of the US is President of all the US including the States where he received a minority of the votes.

    BTW since you are into cherry picking, Minnesota is a “Blue” State but Chauvin is a Trump supporter. .

    The USA is the eye in the storm of the deeply racist ideology of the whites.

    These murders by the American police are not an isolated incident. It is the system of the American race war: black men are systematically killed and imprisoned. If you wear a hoody as a black man, you are immediately a robber, a white young man but only a likeable sportsman. It is safer for black men to climb into the lion cage at the zoo than to encounter a police officer.

    Schools for black children are systematically underfunded, so that black adults are so far behind in education that they get a bonus for enrolment at university. As if they were mentally disabled. The solution would be to financially support the schools in socially deprived districts.

    But make no mistake. Other ethnic groups are also systematically discriminated against in the USA, although not in such a deadly way as the blacks. If you have Asian parents in the USA, they will treat you worse than the whites when you apply for university.

    And why all this? To uphold white supremacy at all costs. That’s why they voted for Trump. To wipe out Obama’s legacy. The trade war against China is also an expression of this racial fanaticism. White Americans are envious because the Chinese work harder and are more successful.

    Where do you think “the Negro nations” were located that the great North African polymath and sociologist Abd al-Rahman ibn Khaldun referred to in The Maqaddimah in 1406??

    Maybe Niger got its name from the word Negro and not the other way.

    It is of course easily possible that the Greeks and Romans also influenced the Arabs and North Africans and the Arabs and North Africans took the word Negro from them.

    The spread of Islam saw raids in the Mediterranean and the taking of slaves for return to Africa.

    In fact, Thomas Sowell claims “”More whites were brought as slaves to North Africa than blacks brought as slaves to the United States or to the 13 colonies from which it was formed. White slaves were still being bought and sold in the Ottoman Empire, decades after blacks were freed in the United States.”

    No doubt these slaves influenced the Arabic languages and the term “Negro” may have been adopted and appeared in normal use by Africans.

    Spanish is also one of the Latin languages and to find the term Negro used in Spanish is indeed not surprising.

    Funnily enough you will find an early Quaker, Mary Fisher, making her way to Constantinople to convince the Sultan of the Truth.

    She and Ann Austin journeyed to Barbados and America in 1655 as missionaries.

    I really don’t know!!

    Slavery was in existence long before Africans were enslaved.

    In fact, God’s Chosen people were once slaves, taken from Asia Minor to Africa.

    But you have to realise that the New Testament also speaks of servants to righteousness which makes all Christians servants …. although …., freed of their servitude to sin..

    So who sold God’s Chosen into slavery?

    Joseph may not have been the first but he was sold into slavery by his own brothers, members of God’s Chosen.

    Certainly slavery existed long before Joseph was sold as a slave.

    Slavery in Africa did exist at the time of Christ as evidenced by the f4ist African slave, the Ethiopian Eunuch, being converted and baptized by Philip.

    It is more than passing strange however that except for one of the killings of a black person by police, all the rest have taken places in jurisdictions dominated by Democrat ideology.

    What is it about leftist ideology that could explain such a thing?
