Please put me in contact with someone who has taken a criminal complaint to the Bar Association, or who is not satisfied with the Fraud Department, and I will try to assist them and inform you of the progress.
Despite the anecdotal evidence, I have found that things can be resolved once the right procedure is respectfully followed. If most of the people who post anonymous disrespectful comments on BU actually behave in that manner in person, then they should not expect to have anything resolved quickly.

The speaker would have been suspended. The Crown Prosecution would have demanded a hearing in court based on their acquired evidence. It is not only lawyers and judges; civil servants in some departments alter paper records, changing the names on official documents. I know of at least one case where this has happened. To challenge it means hiring a local lawyer, etc. You know the score.

For over 30 years of my career in Barbados, I regularly interacted with public workers from Permanent Secretaries to labourers. I am respectful to all of them and have rarely found one with malevolent intent. The problem is that many of them operate in an oppressive management environment which restrains the good that they would like to do.
Perhaps if we would try to see things from their frustrated perspective we would recognize that it is not the public employee, but the sub-standard management system within which they operate. Fortunately, once you understand the system, and maintain your integrity, you can get things done.
For example, I could get applications through Town Planning in approximately 3 months while others took over one year. It was not by paying bribes or knowing anyone or getting any special favourable treatment. It was simply understanding the system, providing a high quality service, and treating people with respect. Unfortunately, is a complicated application got to the PM level, it could take years – again, as a result of the management system.

Personally, I have long found Piece Uh De Cock to be a boorish, insufferable lout so I naturally scroll past about 99% of whatever he writes.

In my humble opinion, Piece Uh de Cock has the right to fling whatever crap and nonsense he chooses to fling in his perceived disciples’ direction, and they, in turn, have the right to consume it, if they so choose. That said, I will neither applaud nor condone the hurling of accusations at Piece without justification or proof.

If he/she is not one of the named persons, can you provide evidence to BU readers to support your assertion that he “has been

I know of a Wayne Cadogan whose picture used to appear occasionally in the press many years ago. However, I remember that Wayne Cadogan being portrayed as one of the driving forces behind the Modern High School Alumni Association.
I guess we have to wait a little longer to determine which ” Wayne Cadogan” has died. “Yours” or “mine”?

This is the Old Combermerian. I am not sure if he had a Modern High School connection. Wayne was a very outstanding and civic-minded Old Boy, one that the school is very proud of. (Of course you know the problems we had with Modern boys hiding the rings on their socks).
