Here it is for review and to inform discussion about a matter the blogmaster takes the opportunity to reiterate needs to be resolved away from the glare of the public. However, precedent has shown oft-times that this will not be the case.

That is what Olivia said….but Ermine did not have any ASSENT of ownership of the Estate either….because of the “state of the estate”….so we are still to hear why she needed a Will change…along with us seeing the new Will…
Ermine had no Estate..I mean she could change her Will..but why bother if you do not have ASSENT of ownership to an Estate…and dont tell me to cut out Glenda…cut her outta what…the Estate was not and still is not titled…, she is gone without the estate ownership…
….according to Jackie…one Joe Burrows in Payne’s office is the executor for Ermine’s Will….funny how they found an Executor for Ermine’s Willl….but still cannot find one for Marie’s Will….since Ermine passed away..
..but got a Judge to sign off on a default judgement against the surviving beneficiary…and managed to get…according to Olivia…legal permission for Ermine to sell the Weston plot…before she died..
All while leaving the Marie’s Estate…”in the state that it is in.”
Some of us can see where this leads…some cannot…so let it play out I say…Jackie is doing the right thing…she is not the beneficiary to the estate and it’s not the beneficiary doing it….the beneficiary is being defrauded, just like Ermine was defrauded.

On the documentation which you say you have as to the deceased state of mind does the documentation infers or give reference to the deceased state of mind when the will was changed by her on by an administratiin on her behalf
I am no lawyer. However, I worked in the Supreme Court. Just before I left the island I was being trained as probate clerk. So far, from what I have seen in these blogs, the lawyers seem to be either incompetent, corrupt or both. The judge, if indeed it was Randall Worrell, made a mistake in not adjourning the hearing without the defendants, the legal beneficiaries, being present. I had high hopes for Randall and was hoping that he would be a better judge than Lindsay.
To date, I would say the only people on this blog who are giving good advice based on legal precedents/knowledge are John, Waru and Piece. I scroll by all of Olivia’s mouthings.
All Wills would have been registered in the Registry. In my day, they would have been copied in these big ass books by the copyists and the original filed in the vault. Now, everything is photocopied and computerised. Anyone, in the day, could do a search on a will and get a copy if they were a beneficiary or had a claim.
I wish the Stewarts luck and think Jackie should follow Piece’s advice re an enhanced video focussing on just the main issues and shop it around. She should also stop responding to the Olivia’s, Enuffs and other detractors on the blog. Just ignore them, they are trying to rile her up and get her to give out information. I am too busy harvesting and preserving or I would go through her videos and prepare a “briefing note” pulling out the substance that she could use in the video.
Gosh.. a voice of intelligence, I don’t know how people could be so vile because they are yardfowls to some political party..they would collude and enable any manner of crimes…..they obviously learned nothing from what happened to DLP…
Even in Barbados..there is a way to process Estates and once all processes are followed…it NEVER devolves into the current mess. that Payne and Marshall are now presiding over…….the process of titling an Estate and filing ASSENTS certainly does not take 8 years and 3 or 4 people dying to complete..
.I too spent some time wandering around the Registry and if you do, just like Bajans..you know how these things are done…there is no way, not only Would Marie’s Estate still not have a Executor since Ermine passed away, but no Judge should have given a default judgement of any kind..unless the last surviving beneficiary was contacted..
among other obvious very corrupt things that wee done to the Estate….but will be revealed even more as we go along..
Yet these jokers are trying to convince us that we are crazy..no we are not crazy..yall are corrupt AND lawless…because the rules and procedures exist in the Registry and in the Judiciary…but are NEVER followed when Judges, lawyers, business people, ministers etc want to steal the Estates of the elderly..

Waru, I am not sure that the lawyer who prepared the will could also be the sole witness to said will. I don’t really remember, but when I worked as documents clerk receiving everything to be filed in the registry, I was warned about taking documents from certain people, especially involving disputes over family land.(Anyone could file their own writs and pay the stamp duty.) It had to come from a Solicitor, lawyer or their clerk. Of course, I read everything that came into my hands. I also set the dates for hearings and everything was set within a three week time frame. Nothing was dragged out for multi-years. But then I worked under Douglas, Roacheford was Registrar and Woody was Deputy registrar.
Bajan..as far as I remembered…there should be two witnesses independent of the lawyer who signed the Drawn and Prepared witnessing that WIll…the Testatrix should also be present…and if the two witnesses cannot be found for whatever reason when the Testatrix died….and the Will is up for Probate…affidavits would have to be filed at the court by the same lawyer..
…I can’t remember seeing the lawyer signing the Will as a witness or signing a witnesses name to a Will…and know this one is illegal….that George Payne created Marie Will is totally null and void.. they never expected others to know outside of their little circle…remember it is a Judge they chose who would be viewing all these forged documents….and making a decision and giving an illegal default judgement….they did not want the original Will in play…but they know why..
I kept watching this thing..while knowing the Will is forged…and was not afraid to say it because they do not know what I know…that is why I cautioned Jackie to say very little ..give very little information outside of her accusations…
The problem some have on here is they do not think there are people out here who knows about the rules and procedures of the Registry AND the Supreme Court regarding Wills and Estates in Barbados…. I took a whole year out of my life to learn certain things, just because of the corrupt state the Judiciary was left in..and it is better to know, because if you don’t …these corrupt lawyers and corrupt judges are not afraid to feed you anything, how will you know the difference…

No Wills were changed. Marie Stewart’s Will was executed in the presence of her two daughters. Ursuline Stewart documented the date that Will was signed and what it bequeathed. She in turn made her Will based on her mother’s. This is what is known as primary evidence.
Based on Marie Stewart’s Will there are two beneficiaries: Glenda Atwell and The Estate of Ermine Atwell. The contents of Ermine Atwell’s Will are strictly the business of the beneficiary(ies) and I am willing to bet that they were duly notified and are not here acting silly.

There goes Jackie again, shooting blanks. I have never laid eyes on this idiot let alone sit around a table with her. The facts are: Ermine Atwell made her own decisions and kept her own counsel. Now Jackie is paranoid and lashing out.

Ermine Atwell’s Will has exactly one beneficiary and her Will was executed in September of 2016 so if Independence Day is now in September, Jackie is even more delusional.

Since my uncle chose to leave his property to them, it is up to them to duke it out but they need to stop claiming that they are family because they are not.”
@ WARU, why don’t you ask Jackie. Next thing you know she will be accusing Freundel of trying to steal the land and making Ermine change her Will. Ermine who she now says was cantankerous. Ermine who went out everyday and managed to drive her car. One minute Ermine is incapacitated and the next minute she is quite able to defend herself.
If Mr. Burrows claims to be the executor, why isn’t Jackie calling him to task. More than likely, he already chased her away or hung up on her.
Family disputes don’t interest me…but you are aware that this whole mess is a direct result of the nasty, unethical lawyers PAIN & TEETS right…this is how they have operated for decades to get their hands on old people’s Estates to divvy up amongst themselves….instead of following rules and procedures of the Registry and Supreme Court and doing their jobs….because they know their victims are clueless to how these processes actually work…
..these are their decades old antics…but they miscalculated this time, bit off more land that they could chew, now it’s not only choking, but exposing them..

Sit back, get a blue background, wear a white shirt and dark blazer/jacket and very calmly address the camera stating your facts. You can make several short videos as Piece outlined above. No finger pointing, or cut the nails. Make the videos look professional. You will not get much traction being angry and addressing everything the detractors say on the blog. This is just a blog. Keep the videos on facebook short and to the point. Remove the old ones when you post the new, if you can. I am not a social media person so don’t know how it works. Listen to Piece and WARU. Get a British law firm to review your case. Take their advice and then proceed with the necessary action. If need be, we can start a Go Fund Me to help with your legal expenses. Like Jackie Stewart when I stood up to these guys I was accused of all the IDENTICAL things spouted by Olivia Wellington.
My Joint Civil matter as the Plaintiff which involved at the time around $240,000 plus Interest and which was given a Default Judgement against the Defendant in 2014.
This matter involves dirty shenigans and I was almost locked up.
The Lawyers are ruthless along with some dirty Police.
I always made sure I kept an Electronic copy of my records and not just left them in the hands of Lawyers.
This is no joke what is happening on the island of Barbados.

I shared Emails with the Nation Newspaper and VOB over a year ago and supplied documents Electronically to expose no response so they are a Major part of the problem.
However the Nation Newspaper had no problem running 2 stories over two days in 2009 saying I a well known businessman was charged for Fraud.
The charges came about to get rid of myself and my spouse at the time because we had started Civil Procedures.
Corrupt local Police were also involved and for 6 years of attending Court before charges were dismissed against both of us for LACK OF EVIDENCE.
They went so far in their plot as to post on BU in 2009 when the Nation Newspaper ran their story I was arrested for Fraud and that the Police caught me with a lot of overseas passports and I was Human Trafficking.
My teenage children brought the Post on BU 2 years ago to my attention and I brought it to the blogmaster’s attention and it was removed from BU.
The plan was to get us out the Picture and to steal with no opposition.
I fought and end up leaving Barbados because of having evidence planted NOT ONCE but TWICE and realised that these are not ordinary people I was dealing with.
Even though my mother died 2 years ago in Barbados I did not return, I have not spoken to my teenage children and family on the island well over a year as the stress and anger caused my closest relations to suffer.
George Walton Payne & Co., along with others feature very heavily in this matter.
I repeat I will be sending documents along with more detail today to BU and Naked Departure, and will go on Sherri Veronica show to expose.
I know a lot of what goes on because I operated and dealt with everyone at the top professionally in Barbados.
I have previously donated to both B & D Political Parties including to the current Prime Minister.
lol..Simple..trust me, I was dealing soley with the lawyers/ministers/Land Thieves and Estate thefts…I made absolutely sure to side step the family brouhaha each and every time, when I see it got heated and out of control, I stepped back..lol

It is horrific that anyone would take Wills or any document to a lady or an elderly person living in such horrible conditions to sign AND NOT INTERVENE TO HAVE THEM REMOVED from such filth….

It took me neatly two years, a lot of time, energy and money spent to figure what what they all did and how they did it, 2 generations of Bajans they beat down mentally into submission to carry out their crimes against the elderly, the injured and others while misusin and abusing the Supreme Court…aided by two governments infested with criminals, the bar association and the evil, greedy, parasitic demons in the minority business community, ..like Cow et al….and the insurance companies like CGI..
…..that is why I was so annoyed recently after expending so much energy to do research…the information about the criminal misuse of the Supreme Court by Simmons and Peter Harris et al….was on the internet from as far back as 2007…
The lines became so blurred, their crimes against the Bajan population so lucrative….that none of these criminals wanted to stop…they still haven’t. ..but they will be stopped.
I met Bajans who would give you a hint, but they were so bruised by the mental brutality…ya had to follow that hint to get to the truth…

The Social Security Pension Fund is NOT their personal piggy banks or ATMS…it was designed for the elderly who pay into the fund and to aid those who were not so fortunate. ..it was not designed to be raided and looted by him and his fellow criminals.

If you were to get Jackie and Glenda post pictures which they have of the property read house and bedroom at around the time of Ermine s passing the grandson can use them.

Nothing in that Will gives the appearance of a well written legal instrument
Any fair and reasonable judge would first question the time stamp/dating of the Will that are missing
