Social Activist Robert ‘Bobby’ Clarke has received permission to stage a protest march on the 09 August 2014 from 10AM to 1PM. The march will be to protest against:
Barbadians are being asked to ‘stand up for your rights, silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented…’

So far Bobby is the only one with honest intent to have a march. The other one was a gimmick to show that the people were behind the organiser in order to cement her position as a leader.
DBLP need not be Marching both side are part of the Massive Fraud and looking to make it look like they care,

St Marys church is run by a pack of Crooks and they took rent for years as far back as 1958 , Now they stop getting the rent , but now the people look not to give Violet Beckles the rent , The Church will not give the list of people they got and took Beatrice rent over the years, Many of the same church Ministers are part of the problem and they Open churches like 711 in American and take take take another from of TAXES , Its the Same DBLP that tell the Church what to preach each Sunday or Saturday to control the people,Stay home and read you Bible and save your money,

Bobby, haven’t as yet learn how to arouse the collective-conscience of the Barbadian masses and inspire them to do as he wish. Listen! You could be a demagogue like some of the leaders of the BLP, and arouse the collective-conscience through fear, bigotry and blattant ignorance.
Pumping fear into the collective thinking of the masses, is one such way of arousing the collective- conscience of the masses and inspiring into action.
Most people living pay check to pay check and dont not want to takes days off from work to march , They need ever 5 Nickel they get for we have no more cents,

Sad to say Bobby appears senile how many more marches are the police going to give him permission for its all becoming a yawn and sick joke. Why doesn’t Peter Boos join Bobby’s marches Boos has to be one of the biggest nuisances around but because of his station and race he is never hammered like he should be for his rubbish comments.

The same Boos who while as Chairman of Invest Barbados and Legacy Barbados he hired and paid women some of whom were in his employment at his accounting firm the heavy sum of $ 30,000.00 each for doing nothing, is this the same Peter Boos who instructed the board of Legacy Barbados to pay Mark Evelyn $ 360,000.00 to put on football?
Again under Mottley’s ministry, the arrangment was never discussed or brought to the board of Legacy Barbados and it created such unrest at that board, that they referred the matter to the office of the Solicitor General, sounds like a wayward and reckless one to be taking advice from when in his actions he was sent to the Solictor General office for criminal charges to be lodged agaisnt him for the mis use of public funds.
I dear say that there is not much guidance or advice that Boos could offer that I would consider as sound advice, or honest or trustworthy advice, after all the Legacy of Barbados said that he was a dishonest crook and sent him to the office of the Solictor General, need I say more, ask him also what were his earnings for his association with a Peter Mann whom he also paid heafty sums to while as chairman of Legacy Barbados also with out board approval.
The question the BU keeps asking members is if there has been any visible change on the integrity transparency index in the last six years. The answer continues to be a resounding no and therein the problem remains.

DLP came in to office making noise about the BLP Owen and MIA. The reason they were making all of this noise is because the BLP was raping money over hand and fist, The DLP wanted their chance to get a biggest part of the pie, So they waited their turn and now doing the DOG, RAT and the MONKEY on the Bajans.
At the same time the wave of Investigations across the banking world and bad home loans run into the Caribbean . The World is going through an AUDIT , to get what is due, At this time the Governments of the World are making more money going after crooks BANK and government than drug dealers , OH SHOOT the banks are the drug dealers .
Let the Marches continue-one every other week –Keep the minds of the populace focused; make the Government un-comfortable.
I am not here to defend Peter Boos, he can do so if he chooses, but I must point out that it is untrue to say that anyone was sent to the Solicitor General’s Office about a criminal matter. The Solicitor General does NOT deal with criminal matters. I should know, after all, for about five years, I was the clerk that filed and served all the court documents coming from that department.
The SG deals with CIVIL matters and the DPP is responsible for criminal matters.

It seems whenever commentary in Barbados on political matters is sought, three political scientists who have all openly expressed their desire to see the current administration removed are suddenly supposed to be “IMPARTIAL and INDEPENDENT professionals: George Belle, Peter Wickham and Tennyson Joseph.
That is why the Nation newspaper has lost its credibility. How can you have Peter Wickham participating in a march against the government, using his position as a moderator to encourage people to join the march and then is asked to comment on if the march was a good idea.
We all know on which side of the political fence Wickham, Belle and Tennyson Joseph sit. Can the Nation newspaper try to give different sides for its readers or do they believe that all their readers are BLP supporters?
I also realize that Clyde Mascoll has not publicly addressed the issue of Owen Arthur saying the BLP has lost its soul.
Mascoll usually uses his FREE SPACE in Thursday’s Nation newspaper to talk on every issue under the sun but he always finds a few lines to get in some political jabs .
However, Mascoll is an ” official ” spokesman for the BLP and his fellow economist Owen Arthur has said that Mottley’s WATER Tax is far worse than what the government is proposing.
Mascoll has not touched the issue or any of Athur’s comments. That is why Clyde Mascoll is not taken seriously because instead of being like Arthur and speaking independently, he has chosen to sit and be a yard boy in the BLP.
Mascoll should use his column to advance the economic debate on the tax but instead he plays politics week after week.
Maybe Mascoll has lost his soul too.
I am not trying to personally attack the man but as the BLP spokesman on the economy he should let the public know if he thinks Mottley’s plan t0 increase water bills makes sense.
Can you see now why Barbados is doomed under the DLP?

Peter Boos made some suggestions and right on cue, the DLP mafia comes out in full force on BU attacking the man instead of addressing the merits of his points to see if they could use any of them. It would be unfair to suggest that I know more about Bajans than wunna because I have been living in Canada for 40 years but tell me if I am wrong.

Bajans will march with a trade union leader or a political party leader for obvious reasons.

tax allowances are given for a reason, yes there is probably some fat, let us see what they come up with. What is desirable is for there to be early discussion from the Bajan intelligentsia and not wait until after the deal s done like the muni tax.

The reality is that poor people can’t pay any more tax so the middle and upper classes will have to pay more.
