The case is Radical Investments Ltd. v. Good Vibrations Entertainment LLC et al., case number 9:21-cv-81761, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
Radical Investments Ltd. is a St Lucia registered company owned by Mark Maloney.
He appears to have been swindled out of $6.7 millon USD from the governments of St Lucia, the Bahamas and Barbados who contributed money to buy COVID vaccines for their citizens.

It is not clear what due dilligence Mr Maloney did before entering into this commercial arrangement with Good Vibrations Entertainment LLC. If you were looking to purchase pharmaceuticals would you do business with a company whith a name that connotes mechanical sexual services, and with an address at 21218 St Andrews Blvd Suite 318 that is a mailbox in a UPS store where 175 other fly by night companies also have their “headquarters”???

Why are some, including David, so willing to accept this misnomer about two sides and hearing the other side.
The dynamics of such a case if properly studied will have many sides. Not just one more. Those must include the US government, the Miami company, the American human actors and more. We will never be able to fully understand all the sides.
This is not a genuine search for truth it is a political calculation in order to kick this issue into the talk grass.
Memes about governance go down this way of thinking as well. For they should tell us when in the modern political history of Barbados has this notion of governance meant to make anathema systems of any other kind of the socalled governance than the corrupt one we currently have.. Govt still had intentions of purchasing the vaccine through the black market via taxpayers money on the arrival of the vaccine( as stated by Bradshaw a key and crucial point drawing upon govt intentions)
The unethical and immoral practice was signed and govt words can support that much
Mottley leadership would be forever tarnished and seen as susceptible to scam plans and underground deals and riddle with lies and half-truths resulting from this scam

Donville Inniss’ scenario was a completely different situation and, as you correctly stated, details of his case affidavit were publicized, thereby giving an insight to reasons why he was arrested and charged.
And, people, some of whom depending on which ‘side of the fence they sit,’ used that information, in the absence of the actual Court case, as a basis to either ‘convict’ or ‘acquit’ him.
We’ve seen Maloney’s claim and recently that of the company filing the counter suit. Chastanet has so far given two different versions of his story, while our PM denied giving Maloney any money and we’re yet to hear from the Bahamas.
Yes, whether who likes it or not, I’m one of those individuals “who want to wait on some court case to determine what was an obvious scam,” similarly to how I was prepared to wait on Inniss’ case.
Unfortunately, that remark was just a snide way of ‘saying’ we were ready to ‘tar and feather’ Black Donville Inniss, but prefer to wait on white Maloney’s case.

Tax money or no tax money, the extract above is part of correspondence under the letterhead of the Ministry of Health and signed by the Permanent Secretary. It provides Barbados’ imprimatur on the transaction, there are other pieces of correspondence with individuals higher up on the food chain so while ”no tax money is involved” Barbados’ “good” name has been dragged through the mud and coming so soon after Donville’s escapades it is not a good look . Barbados always touts its standing on the World’s corruption index the next report should be interesting
