I’ve read where BU’s Trump supporters are relying on affidavits from witnesses to help Trump build his case there was electoral fraud. Perhaps you should warn them, (as I attempted to do, when they mentioned the post office whistleblower, whose ‘testimony’ was later proven to be untrue), that affidavits have to be examined and cross examined in Court.
I read the Trump campaign went to a Court in Arizona hoping to stop the certification of the election results. One of Trump’s lawyers solicited sworn affidavits from witnesses, some of which he subsequently admitted were false, or to use his word, “spam.” He excluded the affidavits he proved were false and submitted to the Court, the one he could not prove were true.
The Judge told the lawyer the process he used for obtaining the affidavits yielded affidavits that he admitted were false, does not support a finding the process generated reliable evidence.
How is that a reliable process of gathering evidence, if the process they used for gathering declarations that yielded sworn statements made under oath, which their investigations determined were false? This wouldn’t give the Judge any reason to believe their process was one that generated trustworthy affidavits, only affidavits they can’t prove are not true, which is not the same thing as trustworthiness.

Vitamin D is called the sunshine vitamin because your skin uses direct UV radiation from the sun to make it.
