The important word here is, “ALLEGATIONS.” An allegation is merely a statement of claimed fact included in a complaint made WITHOUT giving any proof that someone did something wrong or illegal.
Unless Powell can provide the Court with proof, those 30 allegations would remain….. 30 allegations.

This election fraud case is a much bigger fight and will have massive ramifications for all future elections the world over whether they are ultimately successful or not.
When you watch his explanation of the various allegations or go read the case filings, you will agree some of them are very easy to prove and more importantly. It has shed a very bright light on all the ways used to thief elections the world over.

Most of those cases were brought by individuals, smaller groups. The powerhouse cases to follow closely are this one by Sidney Powell and Trump’s legal team.
Trump’s cases are also structured to get through the lower courts as fast as possible so they can have their day infront the US Supreme Court faster. It will be a Supreme Court matter so the judges are not going to waste time hearing the cases in the lower court. Besides judges are extremely hesitant give any decisions to set any precedent on voting cases unless there is a 100% clear case.
Sidney’s case ultimate goal is intended to lockup people, initiate voting system reform and make anybody attempting such in the future to think twice. Voter fraud in certain states has been the norm and her case is saying people have had enough, time for people to do some time.
Voter fraud is a federal crime and the feds don’t play when they have you in your sights. Look at Donville for a little piece of money.

A biographer of Donald Trump turned one of the president’s favorite insults — “loser” — against him and described Trump’s refusal to accept defeat in the 2020 election as “buffoonery.”

But Trump can’t “acknowledge that the system worked, that there was no fraud” as he alleges in the election. Instead he is “dragging us through this show and it’s really redolent of all of the flaws in his personality and character that have been present almost since birth,” he added.
D’Antonio also suggested that Trump is “quite capable” of not attending President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, saying the outgoing president might “very well declare a 2024 run before Inauguration Day and thereby try to deprive Biden of the attention that he deserves.”
“I don’t think we can assume he’ll do anything normal,” he added.

If it gets to the US Supreme Courts and they fail him, Trump has one last card holding as a last resort. The executive order related to foreign interference in elections he passed in 2018.
I am willing to bet the NSA has all the gory details of all that went on with the Dominion computers and how the election was stolen but revealing that information might make people aware of what the NSA and other 3 letter agencies are truly capable of and they would not want that out in the open if they can avoid it.
Pray the State Legislatures or US Supreme court rule in favour of Trump, otherwise he will probably blow the lid of the whole Voter Fraud thing now instead of letting the DOJ handle it over the next few years with prosecutions left right and center.

Its about convincing a few State Legislatures to do their constitutional duty and get them to agree that the election in their state as run by the executive branch is fraudulent.
It is a bonus if the President’s team gets the Judiciary to order the State Legislatures but that is not necessary.
The Judiciary is not elected, the Legislatures are and can constitutionally make that decision on their own with the evidence before them and their voters (the people) up their rear ends!!
So far, Giuliani has Pennsylvania hooked and the legislature will seek to pass a motion in a joint session regarding the electors’ list it will send to the electoral college.
If it believes the election is fraudulent, it will send the Republican list.
If not, it will use the popular vote and send the Democrat list..
It has given Dominion the opportunity to appear before it last week and Dominion has hightailed it.
Will other Legislatures follow?
Has Giuliani pushed over the first domino?
Trump can win at the electoral college stage if he gets a minimum of three Legislatures to play ball.
Of course, he can also lose.
The Governors and Secretaries of State don’t get a look in.
The Legislatures can also decide not to send any list and force a CONTINGENT ELECTION but that is just prolonging the process.

It will be very difficult to make a comeback if he pardons himself, not sure about the legality of a self- pardon but as Bill Maher often states “if it is not written down Trump will try it” and his last act will be to pardon himself, but according to the US Supreme Court “a pardon carries an imputation of guilt and that acceptance carries a confession of guilt”.

Johns Hopkins Study Saying COVID-19 Has ‘Relatively No Effect on Deaths’ in U.S. Deleted After Publication

Conventional wisdom is that COVID-19 has caused thousands of deaths in the United States and nearly 1.5 million worldwide. This perception has been directly challenged by a study published by Johns Hopkins University on Sunday, November 22.
Genevieve Briand, assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, critically analyzed the impact that COVID-19 had on U.S. deaths. According to her, the impact of COVID-19 on deaths in the United States can be fully understood by comparing it to the number of total deaths in the country.
According to study, “in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.”
That’s what it says. And, it should come as no surprise that not long after the study was published it was deleted within days.
Luckily, a back-up copy remains on The Wayback Machine, and we can still read the study.
So, how exactly did the study conclude that COVID-19 has had “relatively no effect on deaths”? Here’s how the study made this determination:
After retrieving data on the CDC website, Briand compiled a graph representing percentages of total deaths per age category from early February to early September, which includes the period from before COVID-19 was detected in the U.S. to after infection rates soared.
Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.
According to Briand, “The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals.”
Briand’s analysis found that the range of deaths amongst the older population has remained within the range of past years.
So, if COVID-19 has actually had no significant impact on U.S. deaths, why does it not appear that way?
To answer that question, Briand shifted her focus to the deaths per causes ranging from 2014 to 2020. There is a sudden increase in deaths in 2020 due to COVID-19. This is no surprise because COVID-19 emerged in the U.S. in early 2020, and thus COVID-19-related deaths increased drastically afterward.
Analysis of deaths per cause in 2018 revealed that the pattern of seasonal increase in the total number of deaths is a result of the rise in deaths by all causes, with the top three being heart disease, respiratory diseases, influenza and pneumonia.
“This is true every year,” explained Briand. “Every year in the U.S. when we observe the seasonal ups and downs, we have an increase of deaths due to all causes.”
Here’s where things get interesting.
When Briand looked at the 2020 data during that seasonal period, COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases. This was highly unusual since heart disease has always prevailed as the leading cause of deaths. However, when taking a closer look at the death numbers, she noted something strange. As Briand compared the number of deaths per cause during that period in 2020 to 2018, she noticed that instead of the expected drastic increase across all causes, there was a significant decrease in deaths due to heart disease. Even more surprising, as seen in the graph below, this sudden decline in deaths is observed for all other causes.
The study found that “This trend is completely contrary to the pattern observed in all previous years.” In fact, “the total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19.”
Briand concludes that the COVID-19 death toll in the United States is misleading and that deaths from other diseases are being categorized as COVID-19 deaths.
There have reports of inflated COVID-19 deaths numbers for months. Patients who never tested positive for the disease had COVID-19 as their cause of death on their death certificates. In May, Jared Polis, the Democrat governor of Colorado, disputed official coronavirus death counts, saying even those of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) were inflated from including people who tested positive for the coronavirus but died of other causes. In July, a fatal motorcycle accident victim was listed as a COVID-19 death.
On Thursday, Johns Hopkins University explained that they deleted the article on the study because it “was being used to support false and dangerous inaccuracies about the impact of the pandemic.”
They did not, however, challenge the accuracy of the data or its conclusions. In other words, the article was deleted because it didn’t fit the proper narrative.

We already know the Michigan folks with 16 electoral votes to award have already met with Trump and are clear that they will follow the constitution.

Trump can in addition present his evidence in court and have the courts order the State Legislatures to do what is required.
No court is going to usurp the power of the State Legislature to select the electors with six originalist Justices in a nine member Justice Supreme Court.
State courts can mess Trump about all they want but if the constitution is being breached the Supreme Court will correct the wrong.
Remember, judges are appointed, not elected.
The last thing they should want to do is to determine the outcome of an election.
That responsibility falls to the State Legislatures each of which is elected.
It so happens they are republican in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona … 68 electoral voters in all.
All of these State Legislatures are thus, like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, on the President’s Team!!
If they can be shown election fraud in their state perpetrated by the Executive Branch, they will do the adult thing even if it means awarding electoral voters for Candidate, Donald Trump.
If they can’t, they will again do the adult thing and award their state’s electoral voters to Candidate Biden as is the custom.

Don’t mind that study, they will say this proves the lockdowns were successful since deaths were suppressed.
There was another study that looked at the all cause mortality rates and he just found a bump slightly above a bad flu year. All COVID seems to have mostly done is taken out mostly older people already in the departure lounge a few months earlier.
Only history will tell but they will blame it on the vaccine and lockdown for the reduced deaths this flu season and next year.

When Rudy appeared before the Legislature in Pennsylvania he appeared in two capacities, as a lawyer and as a former politician.
His audience was politicians, not judges.
He doesn’t have to work nearly as hard as he does before Judges who have never faced the electorate and never seen up close the effect of voter fraud.
He and the members of the Legislatures are kindred spirits.
There isn’t much any of them have not seen.
Most Judges will react in disbelief but not politicians.
That’s the court where he will be deadly.

I am not talking about murder, mayhem, corruption or crimes. I am talking about information i.e. your personal private information you think is not out there. Where you have been, who you talk to, what you talk about. Things that you think are private.
Information is the most important commodity. Placing certain information into the public domain lets other people you are trying to monitor know you capabilities at gathering similar types of information and they will change their ways to better protect their privacy making it harder for them to gather future information.
Trump has the information he needs to win but he is going to let the process play out and watch the Democrats squirm and hang themselves. This is him getting payback for the impeachment over fake Russia interference dossiers and all the nonsense they did when the anointed one Hillary got beaten.
