Neither Biden nor Trump conceded so there is NO president elect until the suspect mail-in votes are declared certified or uncertified by the ongoing court cases.
The court process has to play out and the head guy to follow is Rudy Guliani. His aim is to provide enough evidence to prove the process of counting the vast majority of mail-in votes received after Tuesday night’s counting stopped breached the validation process set out in the legislation and hence must be declared uncertified.
If the in doubt votes are declared uncertified, Trump wins. If they are certified, Biden wins. It is as simple as that.
