Bushie, make no mistake, I was concerned about the evil actions since childhood when I saw how some Whites treated Afro Bajans. I cringed while watching Roots and the inhumanity and in recent times Django, 12 Years, Roots 2 —I take no pleasure from any of that history—I was brought up before, during and after schooldays with a very high % of Afro Bajans and not one could possibly say I mistreated them based on Race or anything else.

Christianity was not forced on slaves in the Americas …. if you look at the baptismal registers in the Anglican Church in Barbados you will see very few baptisms in the early generations of slaves.

Several nations have been enslaved over the years, we can and do accept that as the truth, BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT.
