    I still would like to know who are the individuals that have received the smallest amount of money .Are they owners of any hotel or paticipating interest?

    @David: “The money was tax dollars and as far as we can see was paid to the named companies.

    Were these funds paid from the general treasury? Or through an agency or Ministry?

    Who signed the cheques? Against what bank account?

    I ask because I find this abhorrent.

    But if you don’t have the facts, you don’t have a case….
