Enforcement Order on Bushy Park Takes Effect on June 30, 2016, with documents
The Minister of Housing Denis Kellman needs to communicate to Barbadians what the hell is going on at Bushy Park!
Why has Minister Denis Kellman allowed illegal structures to be constructed at the Bushy Park raceway; said lands vested in the Ministry of Housing and Lands.
We note Bushy Park is being rented to the Barbados Motoring Federation Inc, Andrew Mallalieu is President.
We cannot forget the role of Barbados Park Circuit Inc with Mark Maloney as a Director in a very complicated transaction.
- Letter sent by Ministry of Housing of Lands to Barbados Motoring Federation Inc
- Bushy Park Enforcement Notice
- Bushy Rental Agreement

Lord have mercy!

That airport in Sen Lucy was mooted since 1976 elections.Kellman should get the roads in his constituency fixed first so that the next time I pass a certain road that has been in the same condition since the 70’s when I went to a funeral in that district.I traversed the same road in 2014, and it was in the same state as in the early 70’s.I have a sneaky feeling more drugs and guns would come into Denis Kellman International when they get the Chinks to loan them the money in return for everything tax free for the next 50 years. Why after all, they gave away Dover to that brash,ill-bred man for 40 years and counting.

Maloney deliberately reneged on the agreement because he is a criminal who likes to break the law and show the black men in government that he controls them., terminate the contract…do not pay him a dime for any buildings.

Very Interesting?
Smoke and Mirrors again! Bare tricks to fool the populace!
I wonder what has triggered the CTP to again give the impression of taking urgent action on these matters when his hands are likely to be still tied and he is still the creature of his ultimate Minister.
Why now? Who leaked those documents?
If one reads between the lines, the system and the agreements ensure that very little of real substance will actually happen in the near future.
Kammie! Seems to me that the action so far suggests that Maloney is being warned that if any documents fall off of trucks, not only some politicians might suffer the consequences but his pocket might suffer significantly also.

You both are correct, you all getting warm. the last so called owner of Bushy Park was Gooding 72 acres , Now the government least the land ? So they bought it then least it to their friends they fight with now? The DLP and BLP least and sell things they do not own. An Audit of the records and history will reveal the fraud and show why they fight. Land owners permission is needed to build , no matter who they say the land was least to, or the tax name on the bill , all of these things can have different name to let the fraud pass. We must also have a deed of the land recorded. Yes Mia is at the roots as AG before the DLP took over, They can not sail the ship they did not built. But the cover up for the cover up is getting nasty with some blame going to the wrong side of who started this,
All clues , all proof is in the land with those who landed on the land to make a fraud dollar, Only in a public court seating and the right questions asked will the public see and know who is who , But we already know, as we wait for the rest of the island to wake up to the nightmare in the daytime, Land land LAND is all the clues you need , ownership ,
Remember the High Court land is also least land and We have the only deed to prove it dont belong to those who built the court , nor had permission to do so from the owner, So also can check with Sir Crook Richard L Cheltenham and Ex CJ Crook David Simmons , more Fraud,
Now the black and white crooks look each other down to see who blinks?
Will the People go after the black DBLP or the white crooks when they find out about the lies , coverup, fraud, money laundering , Panama papers? or will they just sleep and take even more to come?

Your assertions only sound like mere words seeking to capitalise on the stupid decision of the British people duped by political persuasions under an out of control immigration system they could have better managed. That was the number one fuel for the Brexit decision.
However, if you are going to use that as an analogy, maybe you should consider more seriously why many Barbadians are delusional with our local politicians.
Is it because they want honest politicians, not tricky ones? They want politicians that speak the truth not those who can articulate well-polished lies and excuse coverups while they show the greatest disrespect for the Barbadian people in an insulting way.
Is it that they want transparency and accountability in government business operations or that they want the auditor general to have greater power to bring political thieves and public servant crooks to justice? Or maybe they want proper laws that would make it impossible for politicians to operate above them when they execute financial matters inappropriately.
You can play with the Brexit matter as you postulate political rhetoric on the political platform. But, no amount of promises to do, without the putting in place of controls that will prevent the plunder and pilfering from continuing will convince the electorate that you are serious.
Already you and your administration are being viewed as the other half of the dangerous dozen or simply the second six of the disgusting twelve that represents the entire whole.
Your greatest strength lies in what you will do, not what you feel you should say.”

What a load of bollocks! Everyone should know by now that once elected politicians proceed to serve themselves and their cronies. As for honesty and genuineness, these virtues are alien to politicians.
There is a vacuum in Barbados politics. The would be politician in Barbados is either a wannabe, a never was or never will be. A politician has no functioning sense of shame. If you give him enough rope he would hang you. I think we need divine intervention or intervention from benevolent ETs”

Contract will not be breached when the High Court finds that planning permission MUST be granted subject to conditions. In other words, the contract breach is temporary and not the substantive matter, which will be decided in High Court.
As I typed here weeks ago, every land owner/lessor/lessee in Bim has a right to build on their land according to the historical or granted use-right. TCP’s job is only to specify conditions.

Both Kammie Holder and Walter Blackman are politicians at heart although Kammie has not fully disclosed his hand.
Both of them realise that they can only achieve the top political position to which they aspire if they differentiate themselves from the current membership of their party of choice as well as from the official opposition.
Both of them have done a good job of differentiating themselves from the current denizens of the DLP, the party for which they each have a palpable track record of service. They still need to do some work re. extending that differentiation to include the denizens of the BLP hence Walter Blackman’s cryptic remarks yesterday on BU.
Look no further than the implied characteristics above to explain their genuine actions of public service and their ultimate goals. Altruism is not necessarily the main characteristic underpinning their service to the country.
They are politicians who see and are angling to exploit the opportunities now existing to catapult themselves to the top of the pile in a new dispensation for the DLP and Barbados. The prize is the Prime ministership which has been badly battered over the past 8 years and which they each see themselves as having the mental and energetic capacity to correct.
They both recognize that both the DLP and BLP will struggle to form a new Government unless they are led by people who the public consider to be untainted and trustworthy. They see themselves as that person for the DLP.
They have both maintained their links with the DLP.
Check out the tenor and development of their postings on BU and you will understand what I am speaking about.
If one of them achieves the ultimate goal it might, on balance, be a good thing for Barbados temporarily. But what do I know? I’ve often been wrong in my analyses.

The Enforcement notice on the fence, the boundary limit of which is stated as a condition of planning approval, comes into effect.
That means the 2014 planning approval is void until the conditions are met.
The remedial options are:
Remove the fence.
Apply to the CTP for retention (which he says he is not going to give).
Apply to the Minister in charge of Planning for retention.
Challenge the condition in court on the grounds that the train line has no clear title or defined boundaries.
Because getting anything done in this country really is that difficult.
There will be no economic recovery under Fumble’s Fools, even if Darcy Boyce’s ’emergency planning approvals’ measures come into immediate effect. That horse has long bolted.

What is even more interesting is that our idiot prime minister, who considers himself to be the best lawyer in Bim with CJ aspirations, could bring an unconstitutional Bill to the House.
But I’m sure you will deal with that in due course.
Forgetting the unconstitutional aspect for a minute, just the thought that the Cabinet idiots, who have obviously travelled through GA airport and seen tourists backed up in immigration and customs by inept civil servants with ‘don’t care’ attitudes, could aspire to another level of bureaucratic misery that further directly affects the reputation this country has for inefficiency, is so completely asinine it defies definition.

So if you knew the UK is an opt-out, why conflate the issue of Brexit with Schengen? Anyhow, your definition of “home” in this context confirms your narrowmindedness. It also, like many UK citizens, gives the impression that other “homes”, or as I prefer, other rooms in the house (and the benefits) are not also opened to and occupied by many British people.
