Where there is smoke there is bound to be fire. What we have here is a group of elected officials who have betrayed the trust of the people. What the Cahill Scam has exposed also is the inadequacy of our governance system. Unravelling is this government’s equivalent to 3S Barbados SRL. The more things change the more they remain the same.

No minister, under the instruction of the vile one, will come out and refute these allegations. What you will get, though, is a concerted effort by Prime Minister Freundel De Slime Stuart to get BU shut down with requests made for information on the posters prosecution purposes. This is when the other slimy slug in the form of the DPP will come out like a roaring lion seeking to incriminate those who want good for the island that they love in protection of those who are only interested in it for power and profit. He, the vile one, will execute this attack without a fella knowing.

  2. Breathes there the man with soul so dead
Who never to himself hath said,
This is my own, my native land!
Whose heart hath ne’er within him burned,
As home his footsteps he hath turned
From wandering on a foreign strand!
    If such there breathe, go, mark him well;
    For him no minstrel raptures swell;
High though his titles, proud his name,
Boundless his wealth as wish can claim
Despite those titles, power, and pelf,
The wretch, concentred all in self,
    Living, shall forfeit fair renown,
And, doubly dying, shall go down
To the vile dust from whence he sprung,
    Unwept, unhonored , and unsung

  3. “So was one of the white folks he called after that incendiary remark former BS&T Chairman Douglas Lynch?”

Yes he was the main one and K R Hunte another high profile business speculator who went on to represent Barbados in the ‘Oils and fats ‘ agreements within Carifta the precursor to Caricom was another. Mr Douglas Lynch was an honorary pall bearer at Mr Barrow’s funeral. Business speculators like Mr Lynch have an uncanny eye for survival; recognizing that the tide was changing against the BLP he threw his lot with the rising star Mr Barrow; took his blows and reaped the sweets.

    Not one seat…

Try whatever they may, in the face of this deluge of information and damning evidence, The Democratic labout Party is guaranteed NOT TO WIN one seat in any general election ever to be held in this cuntry, evah again”…

You might very well be in for a surprise with the BLP house of wax in the state that it is in.

And who are you going to put? six is half dozen, ain’t it.

Which DLP Minister is contemplating crossing the floor ?”

Their actions in governance might border on stupidity but they are not that stupid to jeopardize their only means of living large and in charge and hefty pensions to boot. Sorry Hants, no repeat of 1994.

  7. “poor Trevor Clarke gone to the great beyond and was not able to get a piece of the 40% that the dead king promised to go the small businessmen”

Nothing poor about Mr Trevor ‘Job’ Clarke one of the early beneficiaries of Government hand-outs; he chad his fair share and blew it. Do not be fooled by crocodile tears.

  8. NO! Artaxerxes ac is not getting nervous or overly concerned , however my concern intensifies when my call for authentication are not answered,
there is a lot of rumors and jaundice speculation hovering around this issue and ac has now become the lone voice for seriousness and confirmation.

    @the Cunt AC

You are the lone voice heavily sedated by corruption. Pimpy Puppet no one has to authenticate the documents presented for all to peruse you pissy indifferent bitch. There are documents implicating Cahill Cowan, business people and government ministers in collusion. They are the ones to refute because they got more at stake than anyone else. If they refuse to do anything Wrinkly pooch, then this will escalate and work towards their detriment. You should be worried, face in politicians lap-dog because you might not get any more crumbs. Voice of seriousness and confirmation my ass. All of you are bunch pretensive make believe bold face manipulative liars.

Change my mind about ever wanting to rub nukecies with you. You have an STD. Stuart Too Deceitful. Prefer to catch a clap than to got that type of STD.

  10. Come on AC, even if the authenticity of the correspondence is confirmed by Stuart himself, you would say that individual is IMPERSONATING the real Stuart.

Your response to this “CAHILL exposed” issue has given me a further insight into the minds of the consortium.

I read your questions and contributions on another thread relative to God, Jesus, the Trinity and the Christian faith. You are the perfect example to describe these concepts.

The DLP is your CHURCH, Stuart is the Trinity (since in your opinion he is God, the Saviour and the Holy Spirit; he is without sin), the parliamentary representatives are the disciples and members are the congregation of church DLP.

Similar to how people prefer not to question certain anomalies or enigmas within their religion, you exercise such “blind faith” in the DLP, which to many of us consist of mere mortal sinners.

  11. Just because we all here know what’s going on, it is worth remembering that the vast majority of voters do not read BU. It is for that reason that the Government feels safe. That is why they will not respond in any way.

  12. As stated earlier this blog received 50,000 referrals from FB. To Peltdownman’s point, how many issues have been raised by traditional media and ignored by government? How many issues were started by social media and fueled a spring? We have continue to support Kammie and the FCT.

Was Lynch’s uncanny, speculative eye any different to any other shrewd political mover and shaker? Barrow himself two-stepped away from the BLP and started a new and lovely tango with the DLP. The ultimate speculator wouldn’t you say.

Anyhow, my point to the original question was that the white shadow debate we have here from time to time is as entrenched to our politics as is this present day corruption scandal.

If I may borrow another comment from Mr Gabriel: It would be great if just as Barrow wanted to drown a whole race tinged group of Bajans that WE the people could drown (FIGURATIVELY of course) this entire bunch of corrupt D and B people

Lynch actually (at least so it seemed to my young eyes appeared to walk the talk of black empowerment…in very small token ways of course but certainly moreso than his co-chairman at the time who appeared to be a rabid racist!

    But enough of that.

And just to confirm your point, people may not actually blog but I know many people who say they read BU………….so what’s on BU is getting around. I have a friend who asks me everyday, what’s new on BU. I spread the word of BU.

  15. @ Sea Egg:-
Thanks very much for the information, and you paying attention to what I wrote. I’ve noticed that from a young boy when I was back in Barbados. Many took the position that people who had political power were respected, and seem to be thought of as more than the who they were. These political people called THE GOVERNMENT has taken that to another level. Using the power to place them in the positions that will benefit them more so than for the people. And you are correct in saying they are your EXECUTIONERS… because beyond a doubt, they are killing you with a smile on their faces, and plenty of bull shit coming from their lips while doing it.

They know that they people in Barbados will do more talking outside, than inside where they NEED to be heard. They already know that the people aren’t going to do much of nothing more than sit, or stand around and talk, and argue with each other about this party or that party. Or who did, or didn’t do what. So while you are focusing on these things, and staying outside of where you need to be to be heard. They know that they are winning.
“So Mr. C everybody is waiting for one day coming soon” Just remember that while the grass is growing, the horse is starving.

  16. Remember the same AC was rueing for Mia’s demise when the black lipped fella called Lowe challenged her professional bona fides.A fucvrkg pimp like lowe challenging somebody and AC taking up his fire rage like the old brownie that she is.When I say brownie I don’t mean the innocent little ones.I mean those like ac who brown nose the pimps and hoes in the DLP for a living.

If this chat is going off on political tangents, the historically obvious needs to be stated.

The entire Westminster system was/is based on ‘rule by the wealthy’. From the King, to the Lords to the Peers and all the way back down, people who have already made their fortunes have aspired to, and governed us for centuries and worked hard to keep us governed to maintain their fortunes. Cromwell was just a blip (his father was a self-made farmer) who concentrated on religious, not ‘class’, upheaval. There have been few reformers since.

What is ironic is that most of the corruption of the system seems to come from people who aspire to government not as ‘made men’, but men looking to ‘make’ themselves. Maybe the answer (like so many others) lies in our past; stop paying Members and Cabinet salaries.

Or just bring down the entire system as I’ve argued so many times before.

The teefin’ is now at a level so brazen that we can no longer laugh at our Caribbean neighbours.

  18. Yesterday I heard Peter Wickham extolling the ‘attractiveness’ of female candidates like Verla Depeiza and Irene Sandiford.Has anyone ever heard these 2 candidates on public TV?No class whatever. They sound like they were nurtured in a home of orangoutangs which neither has, at least not Verla. They speak as though they are having a quarrel with a neighbour in Suttle Street. No class.Wunna is a disgrace to the educated but then again wunna is DLP,it comes from association it seems.

So G, do Bajan voters elect those among them these days or those they respect as being ‘better’ as in the past? I think the current outcome speaks for itself. It’s funny how we blame the inanimate Minibus for an entire uncouth culture but said minibusses are obviously delivering members to Parliament!

  22. Where is MECC now ?????
If there was any thread of these phantom investors she would be down here with them refuting all this nonsence and putting peoples minds at rest .
The painfull truth is there are no investors and she is broke so let’s forget about this tormented bitch and focus in getting rid of these no good pissant ministers

The gravity of these accusations merit an immediate response, even if legal. The silence to date in the face of what is here condemns these miscreants for good!

  25. Where are the BU legal maguffees ? It would be good to hear which laws were broken in this Cahill fiasco.

IMHO BU has not broken any laws by publishing emails and documents but I am not a lawyer.

  26. Where are the Williams Brother’s in all this?

    Did you know that:

COW and Bizzy control the majority of all construction activity in Barbados?

All of us bajans pay Bizzy via taxes for the running of his garbage sorting facility at SBRC which and does not fulfill its contracts?

Bizzy now wants to control our food supply through his unhealthy Burger King franchise (how much of it uses local produce from local farmers?)

Bizzy wants to control all electrical supply and installation.

Bizzy has a monopoly on steel sales and marks up product by over 50%

COW and Bizzy are the largest land owners in the country!

COW got a huge loan for his golf course at Apes Hill from NIS funds and took the money and we see him and his family flying to the UK first class to play polo at a few million USD per season. That’s our tax payer money he is spending.

How much do the Williams Gang want from us and why every one of his businesses use foreign exchange and tax payer money, with none of them brining in foreign exchange to the island?

Look at it for yourselves, they are parasites suckin’ off of the people.

  28. Is it true a private citizen who freights waste to SMRC has to pay a tipping fee?

  29. Williams own all. Know he involved with Cahill for sure. Bizzy and COW want all. NIS give them my money. I want to know why? They got nuff money. Nuff so why de want we money to spend playing polo. they can afford dat

  30. frustrated man you must be a bizzy man or bizzy himself. You tecking the people and your brother is the same. How much money you meking out of Garbage

  31. all have to pay at sbrc so bizzy could build a big house for he new girl.

  32. Wait wunna still here cussing ac if wunna only knew the steel and political stealth that is made of ac .wunna would back off. My calls for authentication for all these documentation has created a fire storm of frenzy and many questions

  33. I fairness to Bizzy
If he had this deal the plant would be built and operating.how it would operate and get paid for would be another story

  34. I against these whites so called, who the cement man ably dubbed Welfare Recipients. They can only make more money with the governments connivance and in return they buy land like COW did in Argentina, while poor black people living in hovels and ovens I see in this Barbados that was well on its way to first world status when COW and Bizzy,Maloney,Tempro, and Jerkhum with the assistance of duncey Sinckler,Worrell,Boyce,Jepter,Scarminkel and Stuart set we back to 1937 days.Fucvkrs all. When wunna dead wunna can kah de money to wunna heaven or hell or wherever wunna rotting carcasses destined for.Glorified pimps and hoes.

  35. Political stealth??????? Is that supposed to be something good?????

  36. How in the name of de profit muhammid can “political stealth” be something good.It is a confirmation we all have of the DLP and its defenders of the faith. Its nasty ole fashion thiefing. We dun know what ac gives!Steel in dey, man!

  37. Gabriel,

Sounded to me like AC believed she was paying herself a compliment. Just thought I would draw attention to it.

  38. And it’s “prophet” not “profit”. Or at least it’s supposed to be. Don’t want to offend delicate sensibilities, do we?

  39. PM David Cameron, instead of going to Jamaica ,should have come to Barbados , like Cahill, and make an offer to this government to build a prison here to house the 600 Jamaicans spread about the UK jails.
The UK is offering some £25million ,(BDS $75 million approx) which represents some 40 % of the overall construction.
But look at this. The proposed prison is expected to house some 1600 inmates, and the overall construction cost of £62.5million (BDS $187.5 million) is a bargain compared to what that taxpayers of this country paid for Dodds Prisons, even if its US Dollars.

“Is it true a private citizen who freights waste to SBRC has to pay a tipping fee?”
Yes, $25/tonne like the private haulers. On the basis that any vehicle a private citizen drives is unlikely to take more than 1 tonne, that’s $25 a visit.
The interesting thing is that when (if) Dennis Lowe ever gets round to reducing the charge to $40/truck as previously announced, private citizens will have to pay more. That just confirms how badly thought through Government policy is.
As an aside, is anyone aware that it is impossible to get rid of a refrigerator or freezer these days? SBRC won’t take them; the metal recyclers don’t either; nor does the SSA. I predict a rash of dumped fridges across the island. Perhaps ac knows why it is Government policy not to accept fridges.

Err…….. I thought it was Jada:
    – Jada Construction
    – Jada Builders
    – Jada Equipment
    – Infra
    – Sigma Construction
    – Millworks

  42. @ St George’s Dragon

You don’t have to predict anything, indiscriminate dumping has been on the increase. Recently it was reported Dukes in St. Thomas a site for dumping, one of many.

  43. barbados need investment but how we going to get it?

rastar and St Goerge man can tell me.

    @rastaR

for sure it would be built and you would be paying like the dumping tax.

    everything got to pay

    No free lunch

You do not know what you paying for now cause the iadb say we paying for the last 20 years of spending.

  44. @David King, can you provide a story on Veco Dodds to provide a true picture of political corruption. The BLP needs to come clean on Dodds. How come £25Million can build a 1600 state of the art prison in Jamaica and yet Barbados spending nearly $500Million for a prison housing 1200.

  45. St George’s Dragon

Don’t forget they (JADA) also own:-

    Sen. Darcy Boyce

  46. You dont know that if you borrow $300,000 to build a house that you end up paying back the bank about $450,000……….it is called a mortgage, Susan! Think for yourself and do not listen to DLP spin doctors!

If you want to know about the prison, ask Quisling Boyce, he was the master negotiator. Looks like he did the same thing to OSA….negotiate the deal behind OSA’s back!

  47. Amoritisation!

  48. Look I do not want to hear anything about Dodds. It is there, the DLP is the government………..governance is a continuance. The new government will have to clean up the mess these dems leave behind.

The vermin burnt down the prison, a new one had to be built…………though I would admit, not at all or any cost.

That having been said, the DLP has been the government since 2008. They won the election based on their campaign painting the BLP as a corrupt government…..and based on the lies told by the man who eventually was exposed as the most corrupt politician ever. He presented himself as “I will not lie, cheat or steal” …..people believed the man, not knowing at the time that he was colluding with Leroy Parris thieving all of the poor policyholders of CLICO monies. A thief and a crook!

The files are there…..the civil servants are still there……..this government has the power to pass the files on the DPP if they found evidence of corruption.

Why have they not done so? You know why? They found none……….

I would bet you that from the way the one from St Philip North who ranks up there at top of the list for perceived corruption………every time he opened his mouth……..we have to clean up the mess we found……………..does anyone believe that had they found all this corruption they deceived Barbadians into believing, they would not have exposed the BLP?

    Give me a break!

  49. Prodigal
Do you actually understand what that fellow from St Philip North is saying.I born and bred in Barbados and I have difficulty understanding that man with his shirt break open and a huge chain hanging round his neck, what the Americans call looking like a thug. The amms and the ahhs and like he got something like marbles in his mouth.

  50. Did any body find time today to file a motion with the court placing these documents in the correct legal process for authenticity /Please a credibility gap has gone missing from those BU /Cahill documents and in fairness and the need for transparency David BU should take the legal route in the need for correction instead of pursuing the path in the rush to judgement
