   Pure truth my brother. Most so called blacks fail to realize that the language that most of us speaks is English. Which was imposed upon us through the British. So may of us do not even know two words of any African language. Which is our forefather’s language; I agree with what you said 110%. Keep sending the message to all who want,and should know THE TRUTH;

   But Ras Jahaziel, with all due respect, marijuana was NEVER part of West African culture from whence most of us came.

   Herb is an Asian and Middle Eastern thing introduced by the immigrants from those gropups who came to Jamaica in the mid-19th century. From there herb spread to the rest of Caribbean, after UWI was opened and students from the “small islands” (including Barbados) journeyed to Jamaica, and brought the practice of smoking herb back with them, so herb was first introduced to Barbados after 1950.

   Don’t take my word for it, ask any of your relatives who were born in Barbados before 1920 if they ever heard about or used marijuana in their young days or if their parents or grandparents, or great grand parents ever used herb or had even heard about marijuana.

   I know that you don’t want to hear this, but this is an urgent truth that must be proclaimed form the roof tops.

   Marijuana (herb) is NOT African.

   Marijuana (herb) is not part of we culture.

   The (we African people have always smoked marijuana) myth is a modern lie, created to mislead and harm our young people.

   Today is Jan 12, 2011 and That Great Black Nation of is still being trampled by the beast. Of the billion$ donated/pledged to that nation she has only realized a minute fraction. She is still under the military boot of the United Nations, she’s still under the political domination of the United Snakes and she’s still subjected to the financial tyranny of the 100s of NGOs and other special interest. She only gets about a ‘whopping’ 15% of the reconstruction contracts, while the FOREIGNERS ‘only’ get 85%. While some crooks, somewhere got a STIMULUS PACKAGE!
