Yesterday, many of you who visited BU would have been surprised at the less than appealing appearance of the blog. Unfortunately, WordPress the host of our blog changed the Theme which many of us would have become accustomed. A couple months ago BU did mention that the old Theme was to be phased out and we would eventually have to change it.  The change came yesterday, unannounced!

Here is an extract from a statement issued yesterday by WordPress.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback on Coraline. We understand that this change took some of you by surprise, and that was not our intention. We know that you care deeply about your sites, and we worked hard to make sure this transition went as smoothly as possible.

Here are responses to your most common questions since the change yesterday.

Why did you change my theme?

Cutline is now replaced with Coraline, an improved version of the theme. It has a similar visual design, and adds many new features.

Cutline launched four years ago and the time has come to replace it. The state of the art in themes has advanced quite a bit since then, and we’re excited about seeing all the cool things you’ll do on your sites with Coraline’s updated features.
