You are taking the shooting of the GPL man out of context, why don’t you focus on T&T, several weeks ago little Leah Lamy was kidnapped an butally killed, this was an 8 year old girl, last well talented and bright 12 year old Adrian Richards was brutally gunned down in POS, and I can go on, there is presently a serial killer or two in Trinidad, killing left and right but you focus on Guyana.

It is sad that Guyanese are stealing from GPL and then do such a thing to the inspector. I am ashamed of them, ashemed of them, and I hope that Guyana hang every one of these bad people when they are caught, no trials, we have to hang them to rid this scourge from our country.

You say your leader was not picked to represent the area in the meeting with Presidnet Obama, well our country is more in the international limelight than yours, we are more active, and we participate in a lot of forums and so on. Your country is just a tourism place, and there is nothing wrong with that. You should have known from long that Guyana is more important than you. Look when President Bush hosted the area’s leaders, Presidnet Jagdeo was placed besides President Bush at the breakfast, another meeting had President Jagdeo besides President Bush and besides President Jagdeo was Minster Condoleeza Rice. At a South American conference President Jagdeo was seated next the powerful leader of Brasil President Lula, at the London Conference he was placed next to PM Brown. Don’t feel badly we are working on your behalf. You guys are so into this black race thing. it just makes sick.

Guyana has to be for ALL Guyanese and the TRUTH has to be told to President Obama. The US public and politicians have to be contacted and informed, through a concerted campaign by Guyanese at home and abroad, as well as all Caricom people who want to see an end to this “Guyana problem”, where they are exporting their economic and social problems to member nations.

President Obama is soon going to be aware of the true picture within Guyana – if he is not already aware of it. Jagdeo pushing himself in the limelight will backfire. As someone who lives in the US & follow its politics closely,I think that President Obama doesn’t really give a damn about “Caricom’s Integration”.The only thing the US government actually cares about is actually Russia’s growing influence in South America & keeping it at bay,& the Caribbean would be a good start to do so.

Those Caribbean leaders who selected a man who his wife claimed subjected her to high tech domestic abuse are a bunch of obsequious nattering nellies. Jagdeo cannot even lead his own Country. This man is not a national leader, he is the leader of an ethnic group, governs like the leader of an ethnic group, and stands in front of them hurling hateful innuendos against blacks

That is why blacks continue to be spit upon and treated with disrespect by racist. When their leaders are so damned stupid and have complex for idiots they have to remain at the back of the class. It is no wonder Norman (David Duke) Faria act as if he owns black people in Barbados. I have not commented on a blog site for over 3 years. I am intrigued though by the childishness and silliness of the comments of Dark Knight on this subject and think that a site like this should be kept away from children like him.

The Caribbean has 13 leaders. Manning was not chosen to speak for the region. Golding was not chosen. Skerrit nor Douglas were not chosen. No one in their country is being so unpatriotic and arrogant as to think that because their leader was not chosen, that they are diminished.

CARICOM is an integrated project with 13 major protagonists from diverse islands.

So does that mean that all the other Prime Minister’s who were not chosen are “dumpsy”? Let’s be serious.

It is in keeping with the BLP’s traditional philosophy that once you are the CSME man, you are the CARICOM man. For them CSME means CARICOM. CSME was not CARICOM when Erskine Sandiford was the PM responsible for CSME though!

This is a strategy to boost Owen Arthur and the recent writings of Dark Knight and Royal Rumble are very much calculated to promote Owen Arthur not Mia Mottley. That they use Ms. Mottley’s good offices to ignore her and promote Arthur is unworthy but that’s politics folks.

Back to the central point: this is why the BLP bloggers extrapolate that Barbados is an economy before it is a society! I read Clyde Mascoll a few weeks ago on this.

One of his unfortunate disabilities is that for him Barbados is just an economy – numbers.

There is a reason for this. As long as we view Barbados as an economy, it gives Arthur and Mascoll and their supporters the opportunity to boost themselves. They are economists.

What the DLP under David Thompson seems to be doing is building a society – inclusive of an empowering economy – which gets back to basics.

If you say David Thompson cannot articulate his points, something is wrong with you. He is an extremely effective communicator. Most of all, he commands respect and that is why Jagdeo eventually signed the EPA after David Thompson, very early in his leadership, summoned them all here and read the Riot Act!

Pardon me, but I also heard all of the the OECS leaders say that they will be guided by the Prime Minister of Barbados on the Clico matter!

What is it you all are trying to prove? That Owen Arthur is a better leader? That point was decisively answered 15 months ago!

I think they signed because of Christopher Sinckler. Sinckler was the man who was instrumental in convincing leaders – not Thompson.

In fact, it was clear than Sinckler knew more about the topic than Thompson – to such an extent that some were saying that he looks and sounds Prime Ministerial.

As MFA, Christopher Sinckler simply over-shadowed Thompson.

That there was a Cabinet reshuffle and the firing of Sinckler – is not surprising.

Thompson is a master of the small details (as in trivial, inconsequential and irrelevant details). He is an expert in making innuendo which on analysis show to contribute precious little to any given debate except to insult an opponent. Mr Thompson is a masquerader without equal. Next kadoomnent he probably should play himself in powerX4.

This is the main and critical point to note:

Since January 15, 2008, there have been a never-ending-series of no-confidence motions passed against Prime Minister Thompson.

As promised, here are the entities, local, regional and internation that have all indicated publicly that they have absolutely no-confidence in David Thompson:

1. No sooner had David Thompson been elected Prime Minister of Barbados -than the DLP was told by Political Scientist and Pollster Mr. Peter Wickham (who is very familiar with the limitation of Thompson and the DLP) that it will be a one-term Government.

That sounds like no-confidence to me!

2. Within its first 100-days in office – the National newspaper conducted a poll in which 70% of the respondents gave the DLP a failing grade.

That sounds like no-confidence to me!

3. Regional academics such as Professor Girvan and Dr. Joseph essentially passed a no-confidence motion in David Thompson’s ability when they called for a reshuffle of the CARICOM quasi-Cabinet to fire him.

That sounds like no-confidence to me!

4. The Oppositon BLP then brought a no-confidence motion in David Thompson.

Base on all of the above, with just cause also.

5. As if acting on cue from regional academics, Regional Heads essentially passed a no-confidence motion in David Thompson when they selected the Guyana President to be their lead spokesman when they meet with President Obama later this year.

That sounds like no-confidence to me!

Note also that those talks will surround the exact matters which Thompson had lead responsibility within the CSME for.

6. It gets worst.

ICBL has now join the list of local, regional and international entities that have made public that they have absolutely no confidence in david Thompson.

They are doing so by making know to the entire world that they wants absolutely nothing to do with Clico and David Thompson – its legal programme.
