First this there was the following report:-

Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Anil Nandlall has moved to the High Court to challenge the July 22, 2021, decision by Senior Magistrate Alex Moore to approve bail for two Brazilian men, who were busted with close to 1,000 pounds of cocaine.

Moore had granted bail in the sum of $3 million each to Salem Nobrega De Alencar, 64, and Andre Luiz Pereira, 31.

The men were charged with illegal entry and trafficking of 453 kilogrammes of cocaine after their plane crash-landed at Orealla, Region Six, on May 20.

Now there is this report:-

Then there was this:

This decision was not appealed and overturned thus it stands as a precedence.

Magistrate erred in law by dismissing misconduct charge against Winston Jordan – Attorney General

 May 17, 2023   News

Kaieteur News- Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Anil Nandlall on Tuesday said that Senior Magistrate Leron Daly erred in law when she dismissed the misconduct charge levelled against former Finance Minister Winston Jordan.

Jordan was freed of the charge alleging he misconduct himself in public office by selling State property way below market value to BK Marines Limited at a price that was grossly undervalued.

However, in a statement following the Magistrate’s decision, the Attorney General said that “The learned Magistrate predicated her ruling on a finding in law that as Minister of Finance

One error in judgement whether done innocently or by malice can cause irreparable harm to a whole family. In civil cases the remedy is to appeal. Mr Editor appeals cost ONE MILLION DOLLARS in Guyana. Do you get my drift?

As the Learned AG and Minister of Legal Affairs cited:

  1. Such an elementary egregious error has excited great public concern within a few hours and
inevitably will shake the public confidence in the administration of justice. For to the public, it
appears that they are different standards being applied to different persons by the
    administration of justice,” Nandlall said.

Why are the Officers not being guided by the Law and precedents? What is going on?
A more succinct way to put this practice is: THE LAW IS AN ASS …

Yet the popular myth persists that the law should be to equated with justice. It is not. At best, these concepts are on nodding terms because the law has a much closer acquaintance with wealth and power than it does with justice. In the face of abusive political power or very deep pockets, justice can be totally ignored in the legal process.

“Then the law is an ass,” said Mr Bumble in Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist when he was told that the law considered his wife to act under his direction. Few truer words have been said — or written. And not only in relation to who dictates to whom. Because the law, that body of regulations that can shelter stupidity, pedantry, vindictiveness and sheer bloody-mindedness behind the veil of justice, is very frequently an ass.”

  1. “Is the law an ass?”

No, not necessarily, but the people who administer it are asses.

GOD’S Law has been usurped for “MAN-MADE LAWS” – in the quest to show whether “HUMAN SOVEREIGNTY” can supersede “DIVINE SOVEREIGNTY”, which has proven over the millennia to hold as much “GRAVITAS” as a plastic bag floating through the ionosphere!!!

In law school, we were told that the “COMMON LAW” is a “JACKASS” given that the legal system is fundamentally flawed, ineptly inefficient, & pathetically prone to abstract, asinine absurdities over the simplest of matters!!!

The “LAW” in beautiful Barbados is “CORRUPT” from Judiciary to clerks has been shown & proven to be a “FESTERING ROT” of “STINKING PUS” – a “CANCEROUS BOIL” that needs to be seriously lanced & if left untreated will explode into the most vile “MESS” any nation has ever experienced!!!

So while the MASSES* shop till they drop, the so-called “RULING CLASSES” continue to “BUY & SELL” (with the #MOTTLEYCREWGOV intent on selling off the remainder of the “CROWN JEWELS”) with no “LEGAL REDRESS” in site!!!

Meanwhile, BAJANS* with a few dollars intend to eat themselves silly this “SILLY SEASON” called “X_MAS” (where the supermarket lines on Saturday nite at Popular Discount #KendallHill) ran from the back of the store to the “TILLS”)!!!

Bajan women’s appearance is like that of “BABY ELEPHANTS” – an unsitely “MESS” of hanging, apron-like fat molecules laying across their skeletal frame that is a site no sane man would want to behold!!!

It should be “ILLEGAL” for those “DIRTY BASTERDS” who sell “DENATURED PROCESSED CRAP* FOR FOOD” should be (DE) licensed & thrown into jail for crimes against human kind for “MURDERING” innocents with “DIABETES” & a host of damnable diseases!!!

We “LOCK UP” the “INNOCENT” by betraying “TRUST”, “COMMONSENSE” & “DECENCY” – while letting the guilty go “FREE”!!!

The #BritishModel of “JURISPRUDENCE” has been fundamentally “FLAWED” from its inception & the “PLANDEMIC” of “VIRAL (il)LEGAL INFECTION has “CONTAMINATED” “ALL” of its “SLAVE COLONIES” for over 400 years!!!

The “JACKASSERY” is being felt even now by the “4TH GENERATION” of serfs & “SLAVES”!!!

Guyana is no different to BIM* or any of the other island nation states & the “DAMNABLE WEB OF INTRIGUE” woven by the “DIRTY BASTERDS” who occupy the uppermost seats in the #SYNA_GOG_OF_SATAN!!!

There is no real difference between the “COVID-19 SNAKE VENOM JAB” injected into the bloodstream & “ORGANS” of “FEARFUL HUMANS” & the infectious nature of what these “VIRULENT DRUGS” have done to “HUMANITY – compared to what “IMPOSED BRITISH LEGAL SCHOLARSHIP” has done to the minds, bodies & souls of “BILLIONS” of ignorant, blind, wretched souls!!!

Let’s see if there will be forthcoming “NUREMBURG TRIALS” for both “COVID-19” & for the flagrant misuse of the “GAVEL OF THE LAW” by feeble, fallen, fragile men who rule without an ounce of “GOD-GIVEN WISDOM”!!!

And Bajan men are well muscled and fit?

  6. “Cellulite is more common in women than in men, and there are several reasons why:
    Fat distribution
Women tend to store fat in their thighs, hips, and buttocks, which are common areas for cellulite.
    Hormones
Estrogen controls collagen production and circulation, and women with higher estrogen levels or poor estrogen metabolism may have less collagen, which can increase the appearance of cellulite.
    Connective tissue
In women, the connective tissue fibers tend to line up vertically, while in men they form a criss-cross pattern. This allows more fat to push through in women.
    Fat cell expansion
When fat tissue increases in women, the compartments expand vertically, creating bumps on the skin. In men, fat containers are smaller and expand at more of an angle.
Other factors that can affect cellulite include age, genetics, lifestyle, and diet. As people age, their skin loses elasticity, which can make cellulite more noticeable.
    Some treatments for cellulite include:
    Topical creams and ointments
Professional procedures like radiofrequency therapy, laser treatments, and acoustic wave therapy
A balanced diet and regular exercise

  7. … old age is a bitch, for men and women!!

  8. @John December 10, 2024 at 6:49 am “Women tend to store fat in their thighs, hips, and buttocks.”

Yes because women need to give birth. Need to have a bit of fat on the body in case hard times strike during a pregnancy. However if men are willing to take over the job of pregnancy and childbirth we women welcome you to do so. We been doing it for hundreds of thousands of years and we are happy to hand over to the fellows.

This is my advice to Terrance. When you see a baby elephant Bajan woman, close you eyes from the sight, and keep on walking, real real fast.
    Cuhdear Bajan, 72 kilos

  9. Bajan men like their women big!!

Little spindly ones get leff out.

    But there is a limit!!

  10. Barbados is battling obesity in the population, this is a matter of record and we have the high incidence of NCDs associated with the problem.

Yeah …… they take part in daily battles at Chefette and KFC!!

  12. Did you hear of the man who was killed by a reckless motor cycle rider?
Did you hear of how tough the judge talked in sentencing and then awarded the family of the decease $15,000?
Did you hear that the reckless rider (i think unlicensed, uninsured, unregistered, non-plates, all that kind of thing), a policeman walked out of the court a free man.

It was not the petty sum awarded to the family or the fact that the ‘killer’ walked out a free man that irked me. It was the fact that the judge talked some tough and powerful shit and then let the cyclist walk away.

A next fellow pissing on your leg and calling it rain. New pee, everyday.

  13. …. and yet the Court awarded $300K plus to a lawyer harassed and intimidated by the Police in the port.

    Your choices are:

    a. The lawyer was a relative of the judge.

    b. The policeman who killed the pedestrian was a relative of the judge

    …… or

    c. The judge who awarded the $300K plus was a white man.
