Difficult Conversations – An Open Letter to the unVaxxed – Part 2

Submitted by Grenville Phillips

Dear unVaxxed Barbadians:

Not too long ago, all Barbadians comprised the unVaxxed. In that state, we fought COVID-19 together. Then some of us got the injection and the enemy became you, the unVaxxed.

Enemy is an accurate descriptor. Caring Barbadians began advocating depriving their unVaxxed neighbours from earning a living, which would force them into bankruptcy and homelessness. How is this possible? A review of their social media activity documents a striking change of attitude.

SUPPORTING OPPRESSION.

When the injections first became available, the Vaxxed proudly posted the type of injections they received. Based entirely on their consistent posts and ‘likes’, those who took the mRNA and DNA types appeared to be far more likely to support the most oppressive measures after approximately two months.

One of the most oppressive measures supported, was denying the unVaxxed from receiving medical care. This evident degeneration of so much of their humanity, based entirely on their social media activity, was alarming.

TOO LATE TO APPEAL.

Evidence based discussions were impossible. Contrary evidence became inconvenient annoyances that had to be ignored for the greater ‘good’ of getting all Barbadians injected – nothing else seemed to matter.

Despite the accepted scientific fact that both the Vaxxed and the unVaxxed carry the same viral load, and are equally capable of getting and spreading COVID-19, the unVaxxed alone must be severely punished in this absurd world. Since this illogical attitude towards the unVaxxed does not appear to be wearing off, my recommendations to help you survive follow.

SURVIVAL RECOMMENDATIONS.

Purchase a bottle of 1,000 mg of Vitamin C for the next 100 days – that would be 100 tablets. Purchase a second bottle for the next 100 days and maintain that extra supply.

Take one 1,000 mg tablet each day. If you ever get sick, then take two or three tablets each day for as long as you are sick. If Vitamin C becomes scarce, then order some from a reputable health-type store in the US, like GNC. With your immune system boosted, keep following the sanitary protocols that appear to have worked in Barbados.

CHOOSING HARDSHIP.

Solutions Barbados’ policy was that every house that had a large fruit-bearing tree would not pay land-tax. Had this been done in 2018, no-one in Barbados need be hungry today. Further, the abundant fruit would have replaced unhealthy processed foods, leading to a healthier population ready for any corona variant. If you have not already done so, plant at least one fruit bearing tree.

Solutions Barbados’ policy was to mandate utility companies giving a free subsistence amount of water and electricity each month. The bands above that would be increased so that there was no loss to the utility company. This was not done. Therefore, vulnerable families unnecessarily leaked money from land-tax and utility bills. Families should decide whether they wish to continue choosing unnecessary hardship.

MAKING MONEY IN THE USA.

You need to start earning money outside of Barbados. Solutions Barbados’s policy was to train every household, through a 6-week workshop on CBC, on starting home-based businesses to make money. Had this been done, people would have automated their businesses by now to at least pay for their normal monthly expenses.

Barbados currently enjoys an exceptionally generous double taxation agreement with the US. It is like having the economic benefits of being a US citizen without living there. Rather than be influenced by paid political operatives to remain in a hand-to-mouth, paycheque-to-paycheque, and house-poor poverty, make it your business to attend the next free workshop – the date of which will be advertised in these weekly articles.

FINISH YOUR COURSE.

Should a new variant arrive that incapacitates the Vaxxed and unVaxxed alike, you will likely be blamed – and targeted for new punishments. Therefore, finish your course well. Every day presents a new opportunity to: care and love more, be a kinder and more helpful human being, point persons to the light, and help those who stumbled or lost their way.

Every day is also an opportunity to forgive. The response to the inhumanity of others is to lovingly forgive them from your heart – they simply know not what they do. Jesus explained that we will be forgiven to the same extent that we forgive others. If you forgive everyone entirely, as if the offenses against you never happened, then you are ready to meet Our Creator.

TO THE VAXXED.

Let me address any Vaxxed who may be reading this. If you disagree with the persecution of the unVaxxed, then write a most convincing message to your future self, and schedule it to be automatically sent to you every month.

To those who actively support policies to force the unVaxxed into bankruptcy and poverty, and deny them medical care, let me write something that I sincerely hope will shock you back to reality – even if for a moment. I love you – from my heart I do. But if taking the injection will make me like you, then I would rather die with my humanity intact.

But one dead client and a primary contact later and she hightailed it to the mobile unit. Took her teenaged son with her.

When she told me I kept my big mouth shut. I am just happy she has a better chance of surviving when the virus catches up with her.

Looks like it will catch up with most of us eventually.

I am not buying any vitamin C. Haven’t bought or taken any vitamins in maybe 10 years. I will continue to eat wild, cultivated, and gifted good old Bajan fruits and vegetables.

Somebody gave me a kilo of Bajan cherries yesterday, and a kilo of gauvas too. My avocado tree is so full that before the end of the week I will be begging my neighbors to take some offa me.

Barbados cherry/Malpighia emarginata, 100 grams contains 2021% of the recommended daily requirement of Vitamin C and in Barbados can mostly be had for free

Guava/Psidium guajava, 100 grams contains 275% of the recommended daily requirement of Vitamin C and in Barbados can mostly be had for free. I saw in tree in my natal village yesterday, full, full, full of ripe guavas. Just ask the householder and they are yours.

Many other local fruits, cheap, fresh, nutritious. Cashews, fat porks, dunks, tamarinds, gooseberries, ackees. If I am in town I always buy from the man opposite KFC on lower Swan Street. He always has a wide variety of local berries.

And by the way perhaps the most effective immune booster is not found in a bottle of imported whatever. It is Vitamin D, and in Barbados it is ALWAYS FREE, and is available about 90% of the days. Some of my neighbors who were Covid positive are now walking in the sun. In 30 years living here I never saw them taking any FREE Vitamin D.

And in a free and fair election in May 2018—154,193 Bajans turned out to vote and of that number 150.421 said “NO” to the policies proposed by Grenville’s party. Grenville’s dad is a highly regarded accountant. I am sure that dad can explain to him EXACTLY what those numbers mean.

What is a structural engineer doing prescribing medicines for Bajans.

Tomorrow I think I shall write a column on Barbados Underground and Barbados Today prescribing engineering solutions to Barbados’ most serious structural problems. Structural problems as serious and as deadly as Covid19. Structural problems which are killing multiple people everyday. I have no engineering training at all. None. Zero. Nada. At no time did any Bajan policy maker or health professional suggest or demand that all Bajans be vaccinated. So it is dishonest to suggest so. Surely GP knows that even now some people refuse the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine, people refuse the polio vaccine, people refuse the tetanus vaccine. Of course they should not do so, but some people, a few, refuse all of the vaccines mentioned. Some people also refuse to drink tap water and drink stream water instead. Of course they should not do so, but some people, a few do so.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++

    I do where I live!!

How else am I going to find out if the tap water in my area is contaminated periodically?

I think however that the sources of water used to supply my area are protected by the Zone 1 areas around them.

Ideally I would like it if I could do some home tests on the water where I live and in locations where I reckon there are problems.

But it’s not the drinking that’s the problem, it’s the bathing!!

A few fluid ounces in a glass is a tiny sample likely to miss the virus that might be present.

The gallons used in taking a shower is not.

The experts tell us it can enter through the eyes, nose and mouth all of which get their share of water in the shower.

Did you not understand that “competent professionals” have the right to post jobby all over the place in in fields other tham their own and we the “incompetent non-professionals” must pretend that it is chocolate.

In a rational world, the opinions of professionals should carry more weight than non-professionals in their area of competence.

However, when professionals disagree, we are called upon to use our own judgment without knowing all of the minutaie. We do this all our lives. It is often necessary and should not be ridiculed. There are many factors involved in that decision-making process. One of them is a perusal of how much jobby the professional drops outside of his/her area of competence. Another is his/her worldview and biases.

Political leaders too get opposing opinions from professionals and have to use their best judgment.

Sometimes they get it wrong. Sometimes we get it wrong. Sometimes professionals get it wrong.

In the END, we usually find out who got it wrong about what.

  • Dr Pierre Kory of the FLCCC revealed one week ago that over 100 US Congress members plus their families and staffers were taking Ivermectin as per the FLCCC’s recommendations for the last 15 months.

Dr. Pierre Kory of Frontline Doctors — “Between 100-200 United States Congress Members (plus many of their staffers and family members) with COVID.. were treated by a colleague over the past 15 months with ivermectin & the I-MASK+ protocol. None have gone to hospital.”

    https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/100-200-members-of-congress-treated-with-ivermectin/

One small clarification to the above: Dr Kory is a pulmonologist and critical care specialist and member of the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), not the other group known as America’s Front Line Doctors which also advocates for ivermectin and other treatment options as viable treatment options for Covid-19.

Not a peep about this in the mainstream media of course, many of whom were all happy to jump on the “ivermectin is only horse de-worming medicine” BS bandwagon a few weeks ago when the establishment media thought they found a new propaganda angle that could help our their pharma friends to discredit anyone who listened to expert advice from the FLCCC and took ivermectin against Covid-19. Obviously these naïve and gullible ivermectin fans had to be uneducated, country hicks, possibly related to “backwoods” folks like Jed and Granny Clampett. That’s exactly how they use psychological warfare techniques and propaganda to manipulate the minds of the unwary consumers of mainstream media.

It would never do for the pharma/medical establishment for an actual viable treatment to show up for Covid-19, as it would negate the need for Emergency Use Authorizations to allow the new, experimental, gene-therapy vaccines to be unleashed on millions of people in one go before any long term testing and analysis that would otherwise be mandatory had been completed. Also, it would be harder to terrorize people into taking their product, if it became known there were treatments available that worked.

    Are the COVID Shots Working?<./STRONG>

An unidentified dialysis patient came in for scheduled treatment with fever and cough. Over the course of several days, his condition continued to deteriorate, but he remained in the dialysis unit at the Meir Medical Center.

COVID measures at the hospital includes routine wearing of full protective equipment by all COVID unit staff, including N-95 mask, face shield, gown, gloves and hair cover. Patients also wear surgical masks when in the same room as another patient.

By the time the sick patient was tested and diagnosed with COVID-19, he had a PCR cycle threshold (CT) of 13.6, which means he had a viral load approximately 1 million times higher than a person with mild infection.

This communication … challenges the assumption that high universal vaccination rates will lead to herd immunity and prevent COVID-19 outbreaks… In the outbreak described here, 96.2% of the exposed population was vaccinated. ~ Eurosurveillance October 3, 2021

The infection spread rapidly among patients and staff, spreading from the dialysis ward to the COVID-19 ward and other units. At the time of the outbreak, 238 out of 248 (96%) of the exposed patients and staff had been fully vaccinated with Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine. Of the 238 fully vaccinated individuals, 39 (16%) were infected, as were three of the 10 unvaccinated individuals who got exposed.

Near-Maximum Vaccination Rate Yet No Herd Immunity

While all of the sickened staff recovered, five infected patients died and nine turned into severe or critical cases. All of the dead and severe/critical cases were fully vaccinated. Two unvaccinated patients who were infected only had mild illness.

  • @ Grenville Philips.

You have clearly articulated your position here and I cannot say that I don’t find that in your reasoning, there is a lot of logic and fact contained therein. But you clearly have a problem.
The problem is Mr. Philips, you are trying to enlighten the ‘Peanut Gallery” of intellectual miscreants and other academically dysfunctioning pseudo-intelligent CNN, CBC & BBC parrots. THe remainder are just plain old maggots feeding happily on the dead flesh of lies and propaganda about a disease which rises to Pandemic status, but had not killed as many persons as the AIDS epidemic back in the late 80’s and early 90’s or even heart dieases today.
These “useless -eaters” spend their time walking around trying to sound inteligent by reapting stpid phrases like:

    Be safe!
    Protect yourself and each other
I’m practicing Social Distancing and other dumb terms that they cannot see the lack of logic in.
For example, how can I :Be Safe” by re-absorbing a waste product from my body continually and then exacerbate the situation by coupling that behavior with trying to avoid everyone like the plague, when my immunity needs exactly the opposite to work.
These IDIOTS cant fathom that this is an attack on their immunity and in time, the chickens will come home to roost when they have sufficiently eroded it to the point that its almost like they contracted HIV which developed into AIDS.
Its just so pathetic to watch and hear them babble out this irreverent psychologically influenced “puup” all day

Every vaccine save Covid-19, took years, sometimes decades to develop. You do not have to be a doctor or scientist to know that. Neither do you have to be any of the aforementioned to know why that is so, if you are interested in fact.
With the sheer number of different DNA types and diverse peoples across the global sphere, it is still IMPOSSIBLE even with the use of super-computing, AI and Machine Learning combined, to predict accurately how a vaccine or a medicine will be accepted across the various and diverse gene pools that exists.
So when an idiot on this forum tries to cast aspersions on your thoughts by calling you a engineer who is now a doctor, you can ignore them because its clear that many “educated” persons in this country are either under some form of a hypnotic spell, or just plain ignorant as hell!

Logically, how can I take a vaccine and have to CONTINUE to do the very things that I had to do to avoid infection or exposure before I took it.
If you took the vaccine, still wear a mask and all the other stupid edicts issued by the WHO and CDC, you are a prized ass who will soon have more issues to deal with than you can imagine..
I will also suggests that while you are at it, and enjoy re-absorbing one of the waste products of your body, have a spoonful of “jobby” every night and cap it off with a mouthful of pee too just before bedtime. Hopefully , one bright day, we wont have to hear from you anymore!
    DAMN FOOLS!
GO off this forum and go do some serious research and discovery of factual information if your puny, Vaccine infected brains can even work now.
A vaccine is supposed to help BUILD immunity, not break it.
SO here are some facts that NONE of the Covid-19 protocol abiders and vaccine lovers can deny:

Covid-19 “cases” have no direct correlation to infections or deaths.
Covid numbers worldwide are STILL hovering at under 5% deaths total when compared to infections.
Heart Disease alone kills just as many persons in the great old USA, as Covid has done there this year.
We are following the mandates and directions or two organizations that have NEVER managed a Pandemic before and have no credibility with the flip-flop of information emerging from them weekly. The consistency of their message is waning and their credibility seems in question.
The MAJORITY of Barbadians that have been infected and have recovered, have done so with NATURAL Immunity. Not drugs or stupid measures. That is how human immunity works. It needs exposures to pathogens to continue to learn, grow and develop itself.

I am going to agree with Grenville when he says the following: “…But if taking the injection will make me like you, then I would rather die with my humanity intact”, because I am in disbelief that we are so stupid that we cant see that we are being misled daily by the Covid Monitoring Unit headed by an Illustrious “Mosquito Dipper” who was dying to be important from the earliest days in the Ministry of Heath when it was located down Jemmotts Layne.
He now has power and has abused it at many turns. So we have another good “house slave ” coming out to crack the whip for massa!
Time is ALWAYS longer than twine!
We have played God one time too many!
When the time of reckoning comes, I hope the “vaxers” are happy with themselves because you will not get to enjoy your “Safe Zones ” and other discriminatory measures for long unless the good Lord steps in and saves you collective dumb asses!
GO GET SMART AND OPEN YOUR EYES!

I know all about exercise induced asthma. I take a couple of puffs before I go and I never walk without my inhaler. I learnt that the very, very hard way. As for cold weather induced asthma, starts on me in the early morning every December. Have to keep my bathroom window closed or a trip to the bathroom could be deadly. Rainy weather also sets me off. Drip, drip, drip down the back of my throat and then suddenly wheeze, wheeze, wheeze and everything closes down before I can find my inhaler.

Along comes the new appointed Director of Education Reform to add more stress and division in the country
    Xxxxxxxx

    Standing by her words
DENNY SAYS HER COMMENTS WERE MADE OUT OF CONCERN FOR STUDENTS
    By Kimberley Cummins
Recently-appointed Director of the Education Reform Unit in the Ministry of Education Dr. Idamay Denny is standing her ground and will not be apologising for encouraging children to urge their parents and relatives to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
She told Barbados TODAY that she does not think her comments were out of order and there is nothing to apologise for because her main concern was that the most vulnerable children in Barbados are being robbed of an education due to the suspension of in-person classes.
The veteran educator’s stance is in spite of a barrage of criticism levelled against her today on social media after a clip of her contribution to the Media Resource Department’s series Let’s Talk sessions: Conversations with the Minister held on Wednesday surfaced. The session was attended by Minister of Education Santia Bradshaw, chief education officer Dr.
Ramona Archer-Bradshaw, as well as some children and their parents.
In the clip, Dr. Denny spoke directly to the children and implored them to tell their parents they needed to do “what is necessary” to get them back in school.
“Now you are too young to be vaccinated but your parents can be and your older siblings can be. So tell your parents if they and your older siblings, who are older than 12 years old, are not vaccinated that they are doing you harm. They are not allowing you to get the development that you need in order to develop into the kind of citizens that your country can be proud of,” she told the children.
But while some people, including the Democratic Labour Party (DLP) spokesperson of Education, Neil Marshall contends that Denny’s comments were reprehensible and she should apologise and Opposition Senator Caswell Franklyn thinks she should be sacked, she maintained that she did and said nothing out of place.
“Any person who thinks I did, that is their feeling. There is a saying that when good men do not speak, evil prevails. I think ordinary people need to speak up about what is happening in Barbados now with this pandemic. You know the children who are going to suffer as a result of not going to school face-to-face? It is the ordinary people’s children and that is my concern. That these children, many of whom do not have the resources to benefit from online teaching, are being harmed by the people around them.”
The former deputy chief education officer, emphasised her point by referring to a Caribbean Development Bank-sponsored study on the impact of the COVID pandemic on education in the region. Denny said it showed that children have suffered between two and 24 months learning loss, as a result of being out of face-to-face school and she stressed that the hardest impacted were the children from poor and vulnerable homes because some of them do not have internet access, electricity and other means to access online learning.
According to her, it means that the longer they are out of school, the more difficult it is going to be for them to catch up, to get the prerequisites that they need to build their learning on.
“So somebody needs to tell the parents to give your children a thought because your children are the ones who are suffering most in this. When I was going to school, the school used to give us messages to give our parents because the school can influence the society too. It does not have to be that the school is a microcosm of the society, the school can take the lead. So I used to take home messages, ‘my teacher said you have to do so and so and so’ and my mother used to follow those dictates.
There is nothing wrong with giving children messages to give their parents,” she said.
“Well who wants me to apologise can call me and tell me to apologise. I don’t think I was out of order. I think we have reached a stage in Barbados with this pandemic that … we should not just be leaving it to the politicians. People who have a voice need to tell Barbadians we need to stop what we are doing because we are injuring our children.
“My concern is for the poor and vulnerable children in Barbados who are being robbed of schooling. I am not going to apologise for having that concern. I am where I am because I had an opportunity to get educated, because I come from a poor and vulnerable background.
I want the poor and vulnerable children in this country to have the same opportunity that I had. They are going to be robbed of it if they cannot go to school,” Dr. Denny reiterated.
However, Marshall, while noting that he supports vaccinations, abhorred what he considered was the ministry official using minors as influencers to their parents. He was concerned that if this act was allowed to go unreprimanded it could be used as a gateway for children to challenge the choices of their parents.
“I think it is unethical and it is wrong in all respects. Children don’t lead parents. Parents are there with the responsibility of leading and guiding children, sometimes, however misinformed we think the parents may be but that is not our call. It is wrong and why it is wrong is because we can carry it to the logical absurdity to which it can go.
“We are in a predominantly Christian society, who’s to stop anyone from telling a young Rastafarian child their parents are doing them a disservice and they don’t like them and they are endangering their spiritual well-being by not sending them to a Christian Sunday school? “Let us leave parenting to parents to make the best choices that they have for their children and what Ms. Denny should be focusing on is if she has a message to give in that regard she should be giving it to parents through the respective PTAs. The Government already has its own efforts in relation to that nationally in speaking to all adult Barbadians, parents or otherwise, and she can add or amplify that if she wishes to speak to the parents themselves.
“On sober reflection, Ms. Denny knows that she was wrong and the powers that be know that and I think that an apology to the parents of Barbados should be forthcoming,” Marshall said.
On the other hand, Franklyn, spokesman for the Opposition People’s Party for Democracy and Development, conveyed the view that due to the tension that revolves around the pandemic, it was unfair to burden children with such information especially given the fact that some adults themselves are having difficulties coping with the same information.
He said: “. . . You do not want to put more pressure on these little children. Right now they are out of school, they are not socialising, and you are putting fear in their hearts now.
Let the parents be parents. She had me real vex. You cannot print the words that I said to myself when I watched the video. She is intimidating. Where are the parents? The parents should be outraged and we have a way in Barbados of sitting down and taking it but when you do that to my children, I got a problem and I will let you know I have a problem and as a result, you will have a problem too. But you don’t sit down and let people abuse your children- this is child abuse.
She should be reported to the Child Care Board and kept away from children. When you beat children that is one type of abuse but this is psychological abuse that she is inflicting on those children and I don’t feel that she should get away with it.”
Child advocate Shelly Ross also voiced concern about the mental health of the island’s children as she described it as unfortunate that children were used in this manner to get a message to parents.
“Children are presently stressed enough and must be confused with all that is going on and no needed pressure on them can be a good thing at this time. The mental health of children should always be on our minds as we speak to them and act on their behalf. What was said is not really wrong, it is just the audience that is wrong. Today we are under a lot of stress and not everything we do is going to be ‘perfect’ or right on the first go,” Ross said while noting that she did not think the situation required any kind of reprimand.
Likewise, the National Council of Parent Teachers Association did not believe that the comments were worthy of reprimand. In a statement issued this evening it said: “Due to the age level of the children involved in the session and the fact that vaccination is currently a sensitive topic in our society, one can understand how the message would have been received in more than one light. However, we believe no ill was intended by Dr. Denny.”

  • 57 Top Scientists and Doctors Release Shocking Study on COVID Vaccines and Demand Immediate Stop to All Vaccinations

A group of 57 leading scientists, doctors and policy experts has released a report calling in to question the safety and efficacy of the current COVID-19 vaccines and are now calling for an immediate end to all vaccine programs. We urge you to read and share this damning report.

There are two certainties regarding the global distribution of Covid-19 vaccines. The first is that governments and the vast majority of the mainstream media are pushing with all their might to get these experimental drugs into as many people as possible. The second is that those who are willing to face the scorn that comes with asking serious questions about vaccines are critical players in our ongoing effort to spread the truth.

You can read an advanced copy of this manuscript in preprint below. It has been prepared by nearly five dozen highly respected doctors, scientists, and public policy experts from across the globe to be urgently sent to world leaders as well as all who are associated with the production and distribution of the various Covid-19 vaccines in circulation today.

SARS-CoV-2 mass vaccination: Urgent questions on vaccine safety that demand answers from international health agencies, regulatory authorities, governments and vaccine developers

    Abstract

Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, the race for testing new platforms designed to confer immunity against SARS-CoV-2, has been rampant and unprecedented, leading to emergency authorization of various vaccines. Despite progress on early multidrug therapy for COVID-19 patients, the current mandate is to immunize the world population as quickly as possible. The lack of thorough testing in animals prior to clinical trials, and authorization based on safety data generated during trials that lasted less than 3.5 months, raise questions regarding the safety of these vaccines. The recently identified role of SARS-CoV-2 glycoprotein Spike for inducing endothelial damage characteristic of COVID-19, even in absence of infection, is extremely relevant given that most of the authorized vaccines induce the production of Spike glycoprotein in the recipients. Given the high rate of occurrence of adverse effects, and the wide range of types of adverse effects that have been reported to date, as well as the potential for vaccine-driven disease enhancement, Th2-immunopathology, autoimmunity, and immune evasion, there is a need for a better understanding of the benefits and risks of mass vaccination, particularly in the groups that were excluded in the clinical trials. Despite calls for caution, the risks of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination have been minimized or ignored by health organizations and government authorities. We appeal to the need for a pluralistic dialogue in the context of health policies, emphasizing critical questions that require urgent answers if we wish to avoid a global erosion of public confidence in science and public health.

Nickname No.1, “Blackie”. This was on account of my being the only black at my neighbourhood school. I thought nothing of it, though I found it puzzling as I had recently learnt my colours and perceived that my skin was brown. Race issues had not featured in my consciousness at that age.

Second nickname is the secret one. Bajan primary school children trying to punish me on account of my being the teacher’s pet. Had to do with my legs and a barnyard animal. Let’s see who knows their Bajan! (lol)

Third nickname – Twinkie. Given to me on the my first morning at Q.C. by a classmate who said I twinkled like a star.

Fourth nickname P. J. Dujon. Given to me by the young men at Cave Hill, on account of my display of lightning reflexes behind the stump in the girls’ interfaculty “cricket” competition. The girls used to pelt so wild that the game was won on how many wides could be saved. Our coach made me play with a knee injury I got making a spectacular catch by throwing myself on the hard ground. On the day of Tom Adam’s death, I hobbled down Broad Street to the infuriating chorus of “wuh happen? Yuh man beat yuh?” I caught

the van to class only to be told all classes were cancelled.

    But I digress!

Fifth nickname is “Dog Nose” given to me by my son.

I smell upwind grass fires ten minutes before he does.

I smell perfumed passers by while inside my house which is set back from the road farther than average.

And I smell the shit from the cleaning of my cousin’s pig pen down the hill five minutes before my son does.

So…I say all that to say this!

Donna got a nose for sniffing out shite! And yours has been duly smelt!

But today I am way too happy to fret with you! Last week I finally discovered a brand of cat litter that actually masks most of the cat shit smell. And yesterday, I finally managed to find a covered cat litter box that contains the rest.

Imagine living in a house for over six months with cat shit, a dog nose and a human sense of what smells good and bad!

But my son needed something to get him through this pandemic. Two cats an a walk-in determined stray dog also shitting stinkly in my back yard are doing the trick. Found some training pads to direct her activity away from my windows and doors too.

So… today I am too happy to tangle too much with you.

It is down to the cliffs with the same stinky dog where the sea air will clear my palate!

P.S. If you manage to guess the second nickname, I will confirm it. Hint: IT IS NOT RUMPLESTILSKIN.

My sea spray is strictly east coast. St. Philip east coast. Fifty years and nary an ear effection while living in St. Philip. Two years living next to Enterprise beach and one excruciating ear infection.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Probably a bit of bacteria which survived to infect your ear.

Probably coming from sewage from adjoining properties.

Assume the same possibility for viruses and avoid the sea in the places I listed.

The further away houses/buildings are from the shoreline the higher the likelihood you will avoid infection.

Here is a population that is really at risk if it is also in the municipal water supply.

Muslims wash before prayer …Wudu, Ablution.

    Google and watch the process.

  • I for one am very happy thst people are looking at the counterfeit (ASTRAZENECA CALLED IT THAT) vaccine scam rationally and as the financial and injurious harm it was meant to cause the majority and using a virus with a deadly variant to sow seeds of discord and permanent divisions among the Black population in their usual dirty criminal dirtbag style.

    “From Face book:
I am a student of history and I have always been fascinated by humans because their actions and desires seem so alien to me that sometimes I question whether I am such as they are.
Living through this Covid-19 pandemic for example, has been an enlightening experience. When I was in school, and we studied WWII, I often wondered how a strong and intelligent people as the Germans came to be ruled by an idiot, and why they allowed such lunacy, prejudice and horror to flourish.
Then Covid-19 hit Barbados and I watched ostensibly sensible people argue so much nonsense, that the comparisons were inevitable. Fear and avarice are powerful human emotions indeed.
We have a weak virus that can barely survive outside the human body, it is killed with soap and water, and it in turn kills 1-2% of those it infects.
A nation of descendants of slaves is listening to a PM who boldly told them that she broke international law and sought to buy a vaccine for this disease on the international black market. This vaccine costs $3 a dose, and is price-controlled by international treaties to stop persons from profiteering off the death and suffering of poor people and countries.
A nation of descendants of slaves is listening to a PM who promised a white man to buy this vaccine from him for EIGHT TIMES the going rate, and then give him an extra 2 million dollars because… umm ainno because he pretty? 🤷🏽‍♀️
A nation of the descendants of slaves is willing to accept segregation and discrimination imposed ob their fellow citizens.. nay.. not just “willing to accept” they are DEMANDING that fellow citizens be excluded from public life because they fear for theirs.
Suddenly all the lofty ideals of civil society have fallen by the wayside. It is science! Science they bleat. We have to oppress them. We have to introduce unjust laws. We have to punish them. We have to take away their rights. We have to leave them die if they don’t want to take this treatment. We have taken the treatment and now they are a threat to us.
    Where does science say that?
How far away is this from let us hunt them down and kill them before they kill us?
The fear is real. It is driving out ALL reason. But larger, more encompassing, and even more determined than fear is GREED. An enlightened leader, an intelligent leader would take this opportunity to teach, to show how to manage power judiciously, and to reassure.
Do you feel safe and reassured when your leader goes on the radio and rants at you? Do you feel protected when a white campaign financier is getting TWO MILLION DOLLARS for selling you whatever-it-is that he is buying on the black market to inject into your body? Cause it is not the vaccine- the vaccine cost $3 and IS NOT SOLD TO ENTERTAINMENT COMPANIES.
Do you feel that it is a fair and judicious use of power that a company with NO experience dealing in drugs can make twenty three million dollars off the pain and suffering of our fellow citizens while businesses are forced to close?
Do you really feel so much fear of Covid-19 that you are willing to oppress your fellow citizens to force them to take a vaccine that does not inoculate?
Can you not see that the fervour for the vaccine is less to protect and more about profits?
As the PM said.. it’s silly season. Elections are in the air. But is blood in the water?*

  • It doesn’t matter if social distancing and masking are practiced on the beach if the virus is in the sea and you decide to take a sea bath.

The two politicians that went sea bathing on the south coast during the sewage issues do not know how lucky they were the virus was not about!!

The real problem tourist destinations have is actually admitting it is in the water.

The real fear is that it will ruin their reputation as a tourist destination.

Then there are the liability issues.
