Democrats Running Scared as Evidence is Piled High
The liberals are running for cover as the evidence of their criminal deed comes to the surface. They have a long list of crimes that they are going to have to answer for as Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell take aim at finding those responsible. The Democrats stepped into a circle with socialists and communists that want to see America come to an end.
President Trump’s team of lawyers took to the media and presented their opening statement about the massive amount of evidence that they have found. What was discovered is a pathway of cheating that took place on local, state, and national levels.
Many of the witnesses that have come forward and revealed the truth of the night of the election stated that they were the ones told to do the actions. They went on to identify those people.
The Democrats are in hiding, and the media will not report any evidence because they are trying to protect the people responsible. Powell and Giuliani both state that the evidence is there, but the media downplays it all and reports no evidence exists. But when there are thousands of witnesses and accounts of voter fraud, there has to be someone calling the shots.
Trump’s legal team has thousands of witnesses that these issues happened. However, most of the witnesses have asked not to be identified because they are fearful of their safety. The Democrats threatened several essential attorneys with death if they continued to pursue their cases.
Democrats have and will silence people that turn them over to the law because of their crimes. The fearful Democrats will do anything to silence people. That means they are willing to kill in order to keep witnesses from testifying.
It may come down to some of these witnesses being placed in witness protection because there is also evidence that extremely wealthy liberal Democrats paid big money to have the election rigged. They paid big money to communist nations to make sure that Biden wins.
These selfish, money-hungry thugs think nothing but of themselves. Many of the witnesses claim that they saw first-hand the “nefarious activities” that took place late into the night. One witness in Georgia stated that they say ballots that look like they were printed in mass to be counted for Biden.
On another account, witnesses said they saw people taking chunks of votes and switching them to Biden’s account. Nearly a million votes are in question in several states. This is more than enough to keep Biden out of the White House and to put into fighting the nasty liberals behind the crimes against the country.
The list of fraud and criminal actions committed by the Democrats and hidden by the media gets larger every hour. The liberals that run these cities were able to violate the 14th Amendment because they put their commanders in place on the elections committees. Thus, they can shield themselves from being exposed.
But what is even more shocking is that Democrats from 20 years ago found that the software and machines that were used in 2020 were unreliable in 2006. And yet, none of the liberals ever wanted to bring it up. They just found their way that they could cheat and kept it silent until they needed it in 2020.
Powell has proof that the rigged voting machines are linked to Venezuelan dictator and enemy of the United States, Hugo Chavez. But everywhere the liberals were in control, there were problems because the software was manipulated to change the votes.
The nasty media is trying to protect their criminal bosses by downplaying the evidence. They are hoping that the public opinion game can be won in order to affect a court decision. The fearful Democrats are running scared because Giuliani and Powell are leading the fight for honesty and integrity. These two things are lacking in every Democrat.
Powell stated it best when she said, “I never say anything I can’t prove.” She focuses on revealing the truth and stopping other countries from tearing down the United States of America.

Judge Blocks Certification of Pennsylvania Election Results

A Pennsylvania judge on Nov. 25 ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Nov. 27.
Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Nov. 24. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.
“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order (pdf).
“Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”
McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
The plaintiffs allege that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail statute—Act 77—is in violation of the state’s constitution.
“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the lawsuit, filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, states.
“As with prior historical attempts to illegally expand mail-in voting by statute, which have been struck down going as far back as the Military Absentee Ballot Act of 1839, Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.”
The plaintiffs include Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania House of Representatives candidate Wanda Logan.
The office of Gov. Wolf didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment. It’s unclear what steps remained as of Nov. 25 to “perfect” the certification of the presidential and vice-presidential races.
After the Keystone State announced the certification of the presidential election results on Nov. 24, the plaintiffs filed an emergency request (pdf) just before midnight, arguing that there was no need to act so fast. In 2016, Pennsylvania certified the presidential election on Dec. 12.
“It appears that respondents’ actions may have been accelerated in response to the application for emergency relief … in an effort to preclude any remedial action by this court faster than this court was able to evaluate the application for emergency relief and the answers to it,” the plaintiffs wrote.
The emergency request underlined that while Pennsylvania completed vote-counting and submitted the signed certification to the U.S. archivist, a number of steps still remain for the formal certification process to be completed.
“While Respondents may have proactively attempted to avoid potential injunctive relief granted by this Court, Respondents duties with regard to finalization of the full election results are far from complete,” the filing states.
Marc Elias, one of the top attorneys leading the Democrats’ post-election legal battles, called the lawsuit frivolous.
“Republican Congressman Mike Kelly has filed a new frivolous lawsuit in Pennsylvania seeking to block the state from certifying the election results and having the state legislature choose electors,” Elias wrote on Twitter on Nov. 21. “This is absolutely shameful.”
President Donald Trump responded to Elias, writing: “This is not at all frivolous. It is brought on behalf of one of the most respected members of the United States Congress who is disgusted, like so many others, by an Election that is a fraudulent mess. Fake ballots, dead people voting, no Republican Poll Watchers allowed, & more!”
Wolf signed Act 77 into law on Oct. 31, 2019. Eight of the nine sponsors of the bill in the Pennsylvania Senate were Republicans.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro responded to the order, saying that it does not affect Tuesday’s appointment of electors.
Later on Wednesday, Boockvar and other state officials filed a notice of appeal informing the court that they were appealing McCullough’s decision to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (pdf).

Nevada Judge Agrees to Hear Evidence of Alleged Voter Fraud

A judge in Nevada has agreed to a court date next month to hear from Republicans who allege widespread voter fraud.
First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing in the case, which is being presented by President Donald Trump’s campaign. Up to 15 witnesses may be deposed in the case, the judge said on Tuesday.
“The complaint is kind of a very limited nature, challenging basically the machine used in Clark County,” Russell said, the Nevada Independent reported. Jesse Binnall, a Trump campaign lawyer, said the complaint is “far from the main meat of our challenge” and that evidence will come from deposed witnesses. “We will have whistleblower testimony showing that overnight, the disks that were used to hold votes would magically have votes appear and reappear on the same desk,” he added.
The Trump campaign has alleged there are thousands of instances of provable voter fraud in Nevada, a crucial battleground state that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden won by about 23,000 votes.
“We now believe that Donald Trump won Nevada, once you take out the fraud and irregularities,” Binnall said on Fox Business last week. “And these are instances of dead people voting, people voting in multiple jurisdictions.”
Marc Elias, an opposition attorney, has said the lawsuit is “frivolous” and amounts to “fishing for evidence.”
Matt Schlapp, a Trump ally who chairs the American Conservative Union political organization, said on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday night that the Dec. 3 hearing is “big news.”
“A lot of people in the national media have said, ‘if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.’ Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality,” he said. “I just think it’s a great step that we’re going to have a chance to present it in court.”
Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, added in a tweet that “Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots.”
Also on Tuesday, Clark County District Court Judge Joe Hardy Jr. rejected a request by Republican state Senate candidate April Becker to order a new election.
Another case is set for a hearing on Wednesday. Republican congressional candidate Dan Rodimer is seeking a re-vote in a race he lost by three percent to Rep. Susie Lee (D-Nev.).

Biden’s ally China wants you coded and tracked November 24, 2020
In today’s world, the coronavirus is giving ideas that were once relegated to dystopian fiction an increasingly better chance at becoming reality. Breitbart reports that communist China now wants everyone to be barcoded so that their travel can be monitored and, if necessary, restricted.
The idea was suggested by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G20 summit over the weekend. Xi called for a “global mechanism” based on “nucleic acid testing results in the form of internationally accepted QR codes.”
“We need to further harmonize policies and standards and establish ‘fast tracks’ to facilitate the orderly flow of people,” he said. “[We] hope more countries would participate.”
We have some idea about how the system might work because Xi has already imposed it upon the Chinese people. In China, it has been in place since February. There, everyone is given a QR code, which is basically a barcode that can be read by a cell phone. Then, based on both information provided by the individual and information obtained from big data, each individual is tracked and given a traffic light-type status.
If the individual is assigned a green light, then he or she can travel as desired. But, if given an orange or red code, then the individual’s travel is restricted and he or she may be forced to quarantine for up to two weeks. The dangers of such an approach are obvious but have been spelled out by Kenneth Roth, the executive director of Human Rights Watch.
“Beware of the Chinese government’s proposal for a global QR code system,” Roth said. “An initial focus on health could easily become a Trojan Horse for broader political monitoring and exclusion, akin to the dangers associated with China’s social-credit system.”

Thus far, such an idea hasn’t really gained any traction here in America. But, some of the measures being taken, supposedly in the name of the coronavirus, by Democrats in power makes one wonder whether such a tracking system could be a possibility.
With this being Thanksgiving Week, several Democrat state governors are using their executive powers to impose harsh coronavirus restrictions, including on things people can do within their own home. In Oregon, for example, Gov. Kate Brown (D) has put a six-person limit on gatherings, and she is urging residents to report violators, or, in other words, to snitch on each other.
Such things are right out of the communist playbook. The saving grace so far is that local law enforcement in many of these states where such orders have been implemented have publicly stated that they will not enforce them. Still, though, it feels as though we are a short step away from China’s tracking system, and worse.

A tech expert says the outcome of the 2020 election was ‘manipulated’ for Joe Biden right in front of our eyes. No wonder he didn’t have to campaign much.
Tech expert and researcher for the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology Dr. Robert Epstein told Tucker Carlson on his Fox News program that Google manipulated search and other data, including using voting reminders, to manipulate the results of the 2020 election.
The Harvard Ph.D. and his 33-member research team watched tech giants Google, Yahoo, YouTube, Bing, and Facebook in three swing states—Arizona, North Carolina, and Florida—during the 2020 election. The former Psychology Today editor said his team “preserved 500,000 ephemeral experiences,” which he says are those short, quick bursts of information or experiences that disappear within seconds. He described “ephemeral experiences” in a 2019 interview and said how important it is to catch them in real-time.
“If you don’t monitor, you can’t go back in time and figure out what these companies were showing people because what they’re showing people is ephemeral. That’s the term that Google’s own employees use internally, they’re showing ephemeral experiences, those really short-lived experiences that kind of appear before your eyes and then disappear, like search results for example.”
He told Carlson that the 500,000 ephemeral experiences his team captured in the lead-up to the 2020 election gleaned 30 times more data than they got in 2016.
Here’s How Google Can Shift 15 Million Votes Without Anyone Realizing It
“Google’s search results were strongly biased in favor of liberals and democrats. This was not true on Bing or Yahoo. The bias was being shown to pretty much every demographic group we looked at, including conservatives. In fact, conservatives got slightly more liberal bias in their search results than liberals did. How do you account for that? […] These manipulations that we’ve so far quantified could easily have shifted at least six million votes in one direction. That’s the bare minimum at this point that I’m confident of. The maximum we haven’t even begun to estimate because we have so much data to look at.”
He says his team caught Google in the act and described what he called “a smoking gun.”
“Then we found what seems to be a smoking gun. We found a period of days when a vote reminder on Google’s home page was being sent only to liberals. Not one of our conservative field agents received a vote reminder during those days. The good news is on that fourth day that we were monitoring, we went public with some of our findings and Google backed off. They literally shut off that manipulation that night, and so for four days before the election they were showing vote reminders to everyone finally.”
That was at least the margin of the election.
Epstein says this wasn’t unexpected. After all, in a leaked video from a 2018 all-employee meeting following the 2016 election, Google executives bemoaned the election results and vowed to do something about it in Trump’s re-election bid. But on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Carlson asked Epstein if “manipulations of one company, Google, could have determined the outcome of the election.” His chilling answer was, “yes.”
“We’ve been told this by nearly a year by whistleblowers from Google. We’ve seen it in leaked documents from Google, leaked videos from Google. There’s no question that they set about that after the 2016 election to make sure that President Trump, whom I do not support by the way, to make sure he is not reelected. And the massive amount of data that we’ve collected is consistent with what the whistleblowers and leaks have been telling us for a long time now, so yes, the answer is yes.”
After that video appeared in 2018 (see it below), Epstein said they could shift more than six million votes to the Democrats. In the data that he and his researchers are culling, it’s probably many million more votes than that. Breitbart was given the leaked tape that includes some stunning assessments of Trump and his voters.
These individuals, who preside over a company with unrivaled influence over the flow of information, can be seen disparaging the motivations of Trump voters and plotting ways to use their vast resources to thwart the Trump agenda.
Co-founder Sergey Brin can be heard comparing Trump supporters to fascists and extremists. Brin argues that like other extremists, Trump voters were motivated by “boredom,” which he says in the past led to fascism and communism.
The Google co-founder then asks his company to consider what it can do to ensure a “better quality of governance and decision-making.”
VP for Global Affairs Kent Walker argues that supporters of populist causes like the Trump campaign are motivated by “fear, xenophobia, hatred, and a desire for answers that may or may not be there.”

That commission was led by Kris Kobach who was the then Secretary of State in Kansas. It was dissolved in ignominy after less than a year in operation principally because it couldn’t find any evidence of widespread voter fraud and even other republican secretaries of state told the commission to take a hike as they knew it was only established by Trump to bolster his claim about voter fraud.
Fast forward to 2020 and Trump is on the losing end of an election and he is again claiming voter fraud, one remembers Trump saying ‘the only fair election is one that I win” or words to that effect.
