Here is another document for discussion regarding the case Ridgemount FS Ltd and Claire Cowan – Statement of Claim [Court Case CV-15-535661].  BU posted another document [redacted] which conveys that Paul Bynoe of B’s Recycling attempt to access financing […] from overseas is being blocked because of the Cahill Barbados transaction and Minister Lowe.

    who is holding the CAD$700K in shares? Imagine the value of this shares, if and when, Cahill Energy Barbados is sold to the highest bidder?

    I am curious, just absolutely curious as to who are the beneficiaries of these shares as it starting to look and smell ROTTEN.

    When will the members of this government stop embarrassing Barbados. I understand that the Prime Minister has a razor thin majority and that it would be difficult to discipline MPs whose conduct is inappropriate but he must put the reputation of Barbados above all other considerations. The only word that comes to mind when I think of this government is sleaze.

    Freundel should relieve the country of his ministers that appear questionable, find some new candidates and call an election. He might even win as it appears that the motley BLP is not in a position to manage its own affairs far less the affairs of this country.

    But a key question is how much is the company worth right now?? the only assets it has is the government contract
    Right now thats worthless
    Who did the valuation of the company and why 700k in shares ???
    How can this all be so cloak and dagger??
    For a woman who proports to be a sophisticated CEO how can she have gotten into such a mess
    And dragged us into it with her

    It does not make since for 700 shares to have value until the TP approval is a done deal. Not sure which financial institution would accept such flimsy security.

    The ridgemont guys are actually very astute
    Mortgage of 1.5million paid in full plus intrest and costs and a punt on a potential 15to20% of a sweetheart deal which could yeild 3 to 10 million with zero risk

    I don’t know who was behind the lady in the Cahill fiasco but there is one thing for certain, she couldn’t just out of the blue, from outside Barbados, know exactly which fools to approach. It is clear that Claire had a local handler, unless, the idiocy of those she approached is of international renown, which is a possibility.

    Ridgemount and the 700,000 share are connected to/acting for who in Barbados? Why would 700,000 shares be given as security especially when its a shell company? The mortgage is a fiction, its only been put in place to justify the payment which will ultimately be paid to Ridgemount in trust for ‘Others’.
    Sophisticated corruption and money laundering?

    Sadily I don’t think this woman has any backers either in Canada or here in Barbados
    Key questions are how did she convince the first and second mortgage holders to loan her the money?? she had to fill in application forms
    Had tax returns proof of income and miriad other proofs in order secure the mortages ????
    We can only assume she lied and forged proof documents to substantiate her income

    Did her trust company Blenheim from Guernsey fraudulently supply her with income statements or did she write these on her own.

    Ridgemount FS Ltd was incorporated in Ontario on November 25, 2014, (two days before the date of the mortgage). Its registered address is Suite 1602, 200 King Street West, Toronto (which is also the address of Graywood Developments, one of the largest developers/homebuilders in Toronto)

    The sole Director of is Alex Iscoe.

    Alex Iscoe is also Principal at RidgeMount Group Ltd from 2010.

    From May 2005 to January 2008 Iscoe was an Associate – Leveraged Finance at Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong

    From July 2003 to December 2004 he was an Analyst – Leveraged Finance at CIBC World Markets.

    In 2008 the 28-year-old Alex Iscoe quit his job as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs to be one of the 230 people who have climbed the Seven Summits – the highest mountains in each of the seven continents.

    Alex Iscoe is, apparently, is one of the “ruthless fellows” who “want it all”. I guess an investment banker/mountain climber could be ruthless when he wants his money back.

    Clearly MECC was way in over her head when she borrowed CDN$1,500,000.00 from this fellow and gave him a second mortgage over her residence and 700,000 CDN worth of shares in Cahill Energy Limited (CEL).

    Now that Alex Iscoe owns a piece of CEL, it is possible the he will step in and take it over and do what investment bankers do – find the leveraged finance to fund the deal the Group of Four signed on behalf of the taxpayers – if he can see making money.

    If Iscoe does decide to do something with his shares The Group of Four will have a very different counterparty than they do with the inept MECC.

    With all the nonsence going on with this woman we all seem to be forgetting that the contracts for the monster plasma gasification plant are still alive and were obviously used as leverage for this fraudster to get this far
    The PM still needs to void these contracts and go back to the drawing board on a viable waste management solution
    What we don’t want to happen is that the contracts are novated across to a new entity with the plasma technology remaining
    These guys from infrastar want the contracts changed to something other than plasma and if we are not carefully this will slip in under the radar.

    Your agenda is noted and is, for the time being, congruent with that of many Bajans and, given the obvious advertising that has been ventilated across cyberspace, to see that “we” have not been forgotten, all one has to do, as with any astute investor from over and away, is to google “Cahill Waste to Energy…” and the third entry in that google speaks to the numerous comments by concerned citizens.

    “You can hide and buy land, but you cant hide and work it” an old Bajan saying which, in your case being that you Renewal Energy and WTE activist extraordinaire should not be asleep at the wheel.

    That is your forte and that of Kammie Holder and the rest of the Bynoe Grouping’s vested interest to protect.

    Whether it is the issue of migrating the technology to another party OR the exhorbitant cost of said technology OR the environmental costs of such technology we hold you and your brethren to the task of keeping wunna ears to the ground and being vigilant.

    How can Plasma slip under the radar with people like you and the Future Centre cabal watching?

    Ridgemount FS was clearly set up as an SPV specifically for the mortage /share agreement only our sophisticated CEO was either desperate for funding or had to pay off the maturing second mortgage which she didwith $800k leaving 700k to service the first mortgage with home trust …. Living in the Four Seasons has to be running to $40-45k a month ???
    With no visible means of income how could she think this was sustainable.

    You playing naïve and you know it. Ridgemount FS is a special purpose company set up to eventually hold ownership of this unit with there being an audit trail of the bribe. Who is the beneficial owner of Ridgemount FS? If its politician is he from the Upper or Lower house?
    In the end the artificial debts on the unit will be ‘liquidated/vaporised’ leaving this wonderful Four Seasons apartment in downtown Toronto free, clear and clean for its Bajan owner. I don’t know who did this set up but Dat Boy(DB) is quite smart hear.

    MECC says in her email to her new lawyer Tim Gleason (to whom she was referred by another lawyer, James Botnick, that “The entire reason I took the 2nd mortgage was for funds I needed for my company, Cahill Energy,”

    You said “pay off the maturing second mortgage which she didwith $800k leaving 700k to service the first mortgage with home trust …”

    What $800k second mortgage?

    MECC also said “This is a well documented transaction, with my lawyers and my directors being involved in the process.”

    What lawyers and what directors?

    In Canada, UK, Guernsey, Barbados?

    @ Caswell Franklyn: I listen to you speak on a number of issues and, i am not sure why a person of your discipline don’t take the initiative to lead a MOVEMENT that looks into the actions of our representatives. I have spent some time abroad, they are ORGANISATIONS, GROUPS ETC, that takes a turn in the @%$#@ of their reps when violate, not only reps, they also expose the FORNICATION & ADULTERY between business entities and our reps.

    This dumb down mentality that our representatives have about the masses must come to and end.

    THERE SHOULD BE NO DECISIONS MADE IN PARLIAMENT ON ANY BILL, BEFORE THE ISSUE IS TAKEN BEFORE THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY.

    The people who we hired to look after the interest of Barbados, MUST answer to the people, you don’t hire someone to work for you and they becomes your BOSS, what folly is that. All matters pertaining to the well being of Barbados MUST be taken before the people (EMPLOYERS) before the STATE EMPLOYEES can act, they don’t have the authority to act in the masses name, without first consulting us.

    To answer the mortgage question, this crazy lady has her first mortgage with HomeTrust for $4,000,000. She had a second mortgage with Cameron Stephens Mortgage company for $800,00 however she thought they were ripping her off in interest, so she borrowed $1,500,000 from Ridgemount to pay off Cameron Stephens, thus making Ridgemount her second mortgage holder. I hope this answers your question.

    Always look and the irregularities and inconsistencies in a document e.g. do lines/tables align, are original signatures, perfectly matched.

    A few Observations per these documents

    1) jpg 3 & 4 seem to be the same
    2) The Preparers of choice are SBA Partners in both? sets of documents
    3) I say both? because the first document Cowan 5 titled “2013 Assessment – 12 May 2014 is “dated” July 3rd 2015.

    But in the second set of documents, when she viewed her return online at 7/3/2015 there is a slight difference in the format of that document and the amount of (global) income which she claims, some 3 or 13 dollars less, a small detail but…

    At the top of the form, there is a change which might be that (a) the forms have changed or (b) one was an online document and the other a document mailed to her

    Question for you or any Canadian Party knowledgeable about these tax forms

    is Clare an American? or Canadian?

    It these are two documents for different years did you see another Control Number like the (A480137TG3200)

    Is Clare filing her takes late ergo the dates that seem out of sync and the format of the forms?

    Do you know anyone in Canada in the same place where she is purported to have filed? Is the format of that number consistent with the Control Number provided?

    Notwithstanding the above questions all of which I plagiarized from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s “A Study in Scarlet”, the documents and the two email portend much.

    Their “format” suggests that they were redacted from info that you received in your Sherlock Holmes-like skills to hide the identity of the sender (and the format of their machine, an obvious giveaway to Clare)

    I can now see why you were absent from the Blog yesterday and allowed another to respond to Dompey et al., It was noticeable in his style, and absence of yours, and his inability to repeat your legendary “thing ignorance knows no bounds” ad verbatim

    All told these documents do suggest that Clare has been abandoned by the current administration and that this Cahill WTE project is DEAD.

    She is being left to drown in the quagmire that she has created and her not too kindly pronouncements about the Prime Minister notwithstanding the $$/bribe? of $8 million promised to David Estwick.

    This is just part of the disdain that she and many other white peeple have for the gorilla looking buffoons that we have as Prime Ministers and ministers of our Banana Republics
