Some will not support BU giving airplay to  Chris Mchale’s matter. McHale must surely register as one of the most controversial personalities in Barbados in the last 30 years. He is remembered

by BU has the White businessman who dared to refer to Prime Minister Lloyd Sandiford (at the time) as an ‘errant school teacher’. It is not farfetched to credit Mchale for inspiring the popular song My Way.

The following exchange of emails is self explained. BU has withheld the substantive matter to protect certain parties.

In accordance with our statutory right, I attended PWC Offices at 10.00 a m.  Davian Durant told me that I could not access the records and that he would not give me the name and contact details of the security guard who broke my hand.  Mr Durant stated that he was not available.  I pointed out that both he and Maria Bristol were available  in that they were talking to me.  I requested that a Director from PWC EC attend.  Mr Oliver Jordan presented himself.  In answer to my request he gave the same responses as Mr Durant.  I note for the record that PWC have again shown scant regard for the Laws of Barbados.

I will attend PWC EC Inc at 10.00 a.m. as previously advised in our letter of 13.2.2014. copy attached.

AT THE SAME TIME;

A. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE SECURITY GUARD WHO BROKE MY HAND ON AUGUST 24, 2012;

AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE TO ME THAT THE SAID GUARD WAS LICENCED.

B. ENSURE THAT ALL THE RELEVANT BANK STATEMENTS SINCE AUGUST 24, 2012 ARE AVAILABE FOR ME TO INSPECT.

C. PLEASE ENSURE MY PERSONAL SAFETY.

SEC 283 CAP 308 “The accounts MUST be available during usual business hours”.

We attach documentary evidence of your previous default.

    Hold on one FCUKING minute … Am I to believe that the Oliver Jordan mentioned is/was a director at PWC … the auditing firm that has to bear responsibility for the CLICO fiasco, or that the Oliver Jordan who is head of Deloitte Consulting Ltd., the Judicial Manager is a different person..?

    McHale, a pitiful excuse for a man. The sad fellow is hated by every single business partner he has ever had, because of the way he abused people and tried to steal money from them. Now he is going broke because of his actions.

    Why is he even allowed to remain in Barbados? The man has committed criminal actions, stolen, lied, perjured himself, assaulted various members of the public and government both physically and verbally…

    What a joke. This is one man the world will be glad to get rid of.

    BAFBFB, yes the same one Jordan who cannot hold a job the same one under Barney Lynch who along with a news reader now while employed with the BTA over $600,000.00 was stolen by Jordan and the other one and when the BTA auditors were called in they suggested to Lynch that the police should be called in and the two of them be charged with the theft of public funds namely the monies of the BTA.

    Did he pay the fee or any part thereof? I bet he didn’t pay one blasted cent but rather chose to focus on the unreasonableness of the fee charge, a simple diversionary tactic often employed by this slime ball.

    In Barbados we have sophisticated criminals trading and defrauding people primarily because they have a professional qualification, some state sponsored designation and a foreign accent.

    Consider yourself most fortunate, others have not been so lucky. He is a real scamp and rascal of man.
    Mental illness is not to be taken lightly and I suppose that’s why quite a few people have reported him to the police and in some instances he has been charged and convicted for his criminal inclinations.
    In one particular case I am advised that he would not cease threatening a man and his family until the end of a revolver was stuck into his mouth and given the finer points of how exactly ruff justice in Barbados works.

    He is involved in numerous court cases with various parties…
    Look at the business that went sour with him…

    Tropic Ice, Ship Inn, Ocean Reef and fights with at lest 3 other companies…

    This is the same man who writes letters to ministers calling them ‘bullers’ ‘homosexuals’

    You can attack personally the so-called madman C McH as much as you like but as far as we know the self-designated FCA never signed off on CLICO’s accounts as reflecting a ‘true and fair view’ of the financial health of that ponzi scheme.

    So give the poor scihzo Chris a break and deal with the real criminals hiding behind debits and credits.

    The question is whether or not the mad-ass Chris is asking for information he is not legally entitled to under the Companies Act and in accordance with his timetable provided therein.

    Message: McHale company gone bust, bank repossess the the apartment building using lawyers and pwc as receivers. receivers know McHale crazy so them bring a guard when them repossess, McHale trick them and lock them in a room for hours before the police called. Police warn McHale. After police left McHale curse the guard, call him the N words a few hundred times and then spit on him. Guard get vex and pelt McHale down the steps in the apartment building and McHale hand get brek.

    McHale is one crazy-ass dude who should be put away in some as(s)ylum. Why continue, like a white collar bully, to pick on the piece of ‘shithound’?

    At least the legal and justice systems have dealt with him in some way. The security guard also gave him a taste of what he truly deserves.
    But is he any worse than Greenverbs Parris and his ass-licking public accountants who prostituted their professional souls for handsome audit fees?
    They too need to be treated just like McHale.

    And don’t you go talking about bringing any PwC issue to the forefront. That has already been done and the shit still continues with Oliver J on board to cover up the nasty tracks and tie up any loose ends that could expose evidence of deliberate collusion and negligence on his new employer’s part in the whole ponzi pyramid of fraud and law breaking including the funneling of millions through the DT Associates laundry machine to avoid income tax..

    So right … Thank you.. I ain’ going mad … How the fcuk can a person be representing interests as a board member of a company that is involved with an ongoing investigation by a company that he heads up ..? Maybe Mr. McHale’s observation was compromised …

    The worst thing about this whole thing is that the person that made the decision on the judicial manager was was also appointed by the political party leadership. (fcuk dat …!)

    Now to Mr. McHale’s credit, he took on not one, but two Prime Ministers with very public criticisms … Sandiford, “the errant school teacher”, and Arthur, “the man with his balls over the tracks of a very fast moving train”.

    Years ago he used to let his g/f take him down to Jenkins for some shock therapy. This used to work for him, he would be good for a few weeks or until the next full moon. Like a lot of the mentally insane the approaching full moon does send into a crazed lunatic.

    He stopped going and complained the shocks caused his head hair to fall out and made his head increase in size and appearance. He once told a mutual friend that the shocks made him forgetfully and cause him to perspire with noticeable metallic smell.

    Something is wrong here.

    CM is complaining about not having access to accounts the receiver keeps ….. once he is a director that is his right.

    If he is perceived by the receiver to be a physical threat then go to court and restrain him from coming to the offices of the receiver.

    Below is section 283 of the act which he raises in his correspondence.

    Section e, even to a non lawyer like myself is pretty plain and straightforward.

    The Receiver must keep records of his every transaction and make them available to directors of the company during normal business hours.

    To a simple minded man like myself un-versed in all the complex vagaries of the law, it doesn’t get any simpler than this.

    The man may have his problems with various peoples in Barbados but once he is a director of the company in receivership he is due his access to records kept by the receiver.

    No one has advanced the proposition that he is not a director …….

    …. incidentally a lunatic cannot be a director of a company ….

    …. which indicates he cannot be a lunatic as suggested by various contributors who seek to malign the man.

    Maybe they have an agenda to get him declared a lunatic but I am sure they will find difficulty locating a doctor who actually reads BU and who will do as they desire.

    Chances are the doctor will tell them fly in hell.

    Section 283

    A receiver or receiver-manager of a company must
    (a) immediately give notice of his appointment to the Registrar, and of his discharge;
    (b) take into his custody and control the property of the company in accordance with the court order or instrument under which he is appointed;
    (c) open and maintain a bank account in his name as receiver or receiver-manager of the company for the moneys of the company coming under his control;
    (d) keep detailed accounts of all transactions carried out by him as receiver or receiver-manager;
    (e) keep accounts of his administration, which must be available during usual business hours for inspection by the directors of the company;
    (f) prepare financial statements of his administration at such intervals and in such form as are prescribed;
    (g) upon completion of his duties, render a final account of his administration, in the form adopted for interim accounts under paragraph (f); and
    (h) file with the Registrar a copy of any financial statement mentioned in paragraph (f) and any final account mentioned in paragraph (g) within 15 days of the preparation of the financial statement or rendering of the final account, as the circumstances require.

    Like most things in Barbados we deal with the individuals involved rather than the principle of the issue at hand. wheather McHale is a certified madman, and undocumented madman or just a plain dispicable human being should not be a factor in determining what is right or wrong.

    Do you guys understand that PWC filed a criminal complaint against McHale for unlawfully imprisoning its staff when they carried out the foreclosure on his apartments and that the police has filed charges against him.
    You would let that madman on your property? The police have formally advised McHale to stay away from the business premises of PWC unless he has an appointment confirmed by PWC and in the presence of the security personnel.

    Thank you John for that insightful comment. I know nothing of these matters but from what you say Mchale needs to be given access to his company’s info even if it is with police presence. It is very clear if this man has mental challenges the stress he must be going through will surely push him over the precipice.

    He is not a good person and for all the wickedness he has dished out for the last 25 years it is only fair that he should now reap his fair share in return.

    The truly Evil should be returned to their maker. We have serial Murders like Olson who not only killed 12 kids BUT while in jail sent gruesome letters to the parents of said victims detailing what and how he did——-are you saying he should escape Capital Punishment? Society should spend $300,000/ yr for 30+yrs to keep him alive??? NO!

    It is a total shock that this guy is still sucking oxygen. Met him once and he was making unwelcome advances to this beautiful light brown lady, she was very close to slapping him silly.
