Philadelphia police said they found the men Thursday night after receiving a tip that people with firearms were heading to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in a silver Hummer truck.
Officers found a silver Hummer a block from the center — parked and unoccupied — around 10:20 p.m. Thursday, about seven minutes before finding the men, who acknowledged the Hummer was theirs, police said.
Both men were carrying loaded handguns, and police found an AR-type rifle in the Hummer, authorities said at a news conference Friday. About 160 rounds of ammunition were found in the weapons and the vehicle, authorities said.
Stickers and a hat with logos of the QAnon conspiracy movement were found in the vehicle, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said.
LaMotta and Macias were charged with having a concealed firearm without a license and carrying a firearm on a public street or public property, Krasner said.
“This alarming incident is still very much under investigation regarding additional charges,” Krasner said.
LaMotta and Macias were arraigned Friday night, and a judge set bail at $750,000 each, Krasner’s spokeswoman Jane Roh said.
Details about the alleged fake ballots — including where they came from, whether they were found in the Hummer, or what was marked on them — weren’t immediately available.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether the men had legal representation. CNN has sought comment from the Philadelphia Public Defenders Office and LaMotta’s relatives.”

As I have alluded to above in a post. the Pennsylvanian Supreme Court(PSC) is in breach of the US Constitution when it extended voting hours. It also breached the agreement made on 28 th. October before SCOTUS, that any ballots received after 8pm be separated. This was not done. The court has six justices who believe that the US Constitution should be followed as is and that one should not attempt to deviate from it as the PSC has done. The vote in Pennsylvania will be over turned as well as in all those States that allowed judges to set election day rules.

The way I see it Biden can effectively be called President elect…using the prevailing “math”, the mail in ballot was able to reverse a 500,000 vote lead Trump held in Pennsylvania on election night. Most of that outstanding vote now is in the counties that have the highest populations and are strongly Democrat leaning (approx 80%). Hence Biden is only going to increase that lead in Pennsylvania. The situation in Georgia is similar, the main difference is the vote lead and remaining vote is far smaller. It is only that this prevailing “math” does not conform to the high level statistical models the news networks are using to project winners.
So for Biden, 253 + Penn.(20) + Georgia(16) = 289. Even if Georgia does a recount Biden doesn’t even need that state. Also it means that what happening in Nevada, Arizona and North Carolina is basically academic They will only determine Biden’s and Trump’s final electoral vote tally. In other words Trump has no more moves on the chessboard to remain president. He can literally resign this presidential race and stop bitching with the litigation and wild conspiracy theories about mail in fraud. He is just wasting time and bringing down whoever in the Republican party that chooses to remain with him. He is just delaying the inevitable.
