There are not too many individuals in the USA space who have commanded media attention to match President Donald Trump. One person that qualifies is Robert Mueller, special counsel to oversee the department’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

Nadler and Trump first interacted in the 1990’s when Trump had a real estate venture that he wanted to do in representative Nadler district in New York. At first they got along very well. However, there was a divergence of views over the siting and scope of the project. Nadler wanted one thing and Trump something else. Trump project was stalled couldn’t get clearance to proceed to build as he envisaged. He sold out receiving about 1.5 billion dollars for his assets . The jury is out on whether this is Nadler payback for Trump, who calls him fat Jerry. Nadler was fairly plump at one time.

Democrats have lashed Attorney General William Pelham Barr to the horns of a dilemma: He must choose either to violate or to obey federal law, and then await the consequences.
House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerrold Nadler of New York and other Democrats subpoenaed Barr for a pristine copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russiagate report, complete with grand-jury testimony. Barr did not budge. The committee then voted 24–16 Wednesday to hold Barr in contempt of Congress.
Alas for Barr, he is bound by the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. Rule 6(e)(2)(b)(vi) states: “Unless these rules provide otherwise, the following persons must not disclose a matter occurring before the grand jury . . . an attorney for the government.” Even more ominous, under Rule 6(e)(7), “A knowing violation of Rule 6 . . . may be punished as a contempt of court.”
So, if Barr fails to deliver Mueller’s untouched findings, the full House will vote him in contempt of Congress, “when we’re ready,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) threatened Thursday. But if he caves under Democratic pressure, a federal judge could rule him in contempt of court.
Contempt of Congress or contempt of court? Barr is like a restaurant patron staring at a menu with just two choices: arsenic salad or cream of cyanide.
Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Stephen E. Boyd reminded Nadler about this. “As we have repeatedly explained, the Attorney General could not comply with your subpoena in its current form without violating the law, court rules, and court orders, and without threatening the independence of the Department of Justice’s prosecutorial functions,” Boyd wrote Wednesday. “Rule 6(e) contains no exception that would permit the Department to provide grand-jury information to the Committee in connection with its oversight role.”
DOJ spokesperson Kerri Kupec was less diplomatic: “No one, including Chairman Nadler and his Committee, will force the Department of Justice to break the law.”
Democrats ignored this and approved their contempt motion along party lines.
Democrats cannot claim that Barr is hiding the Mueller Report. In fact, Boyd wrote Nadler, “the Attorney General offered you and other congressional leaders the chance to review the report with redactions only for grand-jury information (because disclosure of that information is prohibited by law). That would permit you to review 98.5 percent of the report, including 99.9 percent of Volume II, which discusses the investigation of the President’s actions.”
To date, not a single Democrat, including Chairman Nadler, has reviewed the minimally-redacted report,” available at Justice headquarters. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders reiterated Wednesday, “Not a single Democrat has even taken the time to go and look at it.”
Democrats are steering America into a constitutional crisis over a document, nearly all of which they already have at their fingertips — but refuse to touch. Nadler is like an infant screaming his lungs out for a brimming bottle of baby formula, even as the 98.5 percent–full bottle right beside him cools from neglect.

Actually I have been fired when I was in charge of the Experimental Food Plant. I had a difference of opinion with the board and was fired: actually escorted of the premises. At the time one feels somewhat embarrass but life must go on, that is the way I view things.

It would appear that the firing of Comey was the catalysis that launched the investigation. The insiders had never experienced such an event ( it was done when he was delivering some kind of address to an audience).The feeling was that a man in Comey’s position shouldn’t be fired especially not how it was done. They will never forgive the outsider for that one. Trump must have laughed till he nearly dropped dead; considering the remarks they have made about him.

North Carolina Blowback Intensifies on Richard Burr's Rogue Subpoena
The intense home state backlash against Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, for issuing a rogue subpoena of President Donald Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump, Jr., has only gotten worse in the days since news came out about Burr’s questionable move.
“The people of North Carolina are very upset about this,” Wayne King, the deputy chief of staff to Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) and former vice chairman of the North Carolina GOP, said on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel. “They’re very upset about the attack on the president’s family and the attack on the president, and you can’t call it anything else but that–it’s an attack on the president and the first family. I’ve spent a good bit of time with Donald Trump, Jr., and he’s such a nice man–and for his family and him to have to go through this once again is just unbelievable to me. As a private citizen, he should be just that–a private citizen. Sen. Burr’s not running again, and his seat will be up in 2022, so there’s not any electoral repercussions [for him], but certainly people are talking about it and they’re very upset about it. I think that’s the reason Sen. Tillis came out so strongly against it, because he knew that that is not supported in North Carolina.”
King also said that the subpoena is indefensible and meant to “target” not only President Trump but the president’s whole family.
“I don’t understand that either. To subpoena a private citizen who’s already appeared before and testified some 25 hours is unbelievable to me,” King said. “It’s a target to the president’s family. It’s a target to the president. And it’s a problem, it’s a problem in this state, it’s a problem nationally, and the truth of the matter is when Leader McConnell says that the investigation is over, it should be over. We obviously have the Mueller report, which obviously the president was vindicated in that report in my opinion, and now they want to circle back again? It’s unbelievable. We control the U.S. Senate–now we need to act like we control the U.S. Senate.”
King is hardly alone in North Carolina. His boss, Meadows, who chairs the powerful House Freedom Caucus, was one of the first to publicly condemn the subpoena. Meadows called the subpoena “beyond inappropriate.”
Serving a subpoena to Don Trump Jr.—a private citizen who voluntarily testified before 3 Congressional committees for 25+ hours—is beyond inappropriate. He answered questions and was cleared in the Mueller report after a 2 year, unlimited investigation.

Both North Carolina’s third congressional district and ninth congressional district have outstanding special elections. The leading GOP candidate in the third district, Dr. Greg Murphy–the top vote-getter in the recent first primary roundis headed to a summer runoff against Dr. Joan Perry, the winner of which will face a Democrat in the fall in the bid to replace the late Rep. Some remained silent for now, but with the Trump team very fired up about this and demanding lawmakers take a position–Trump, Jr.’s team especially is taking a “with us or against us, no middle ground” approach to this, sources close to him say–it is likely only a matter of time before the rest of the delegation in North Carolina comes out on this issue.

Former Trump 2016 campaign communications adviser Jason Miller joined Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM Saturday to share his thoughts on Sen. Richard Burr’s (R-NC) recent subpoena of President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.
“I am fired up and mad as hell about what’s going on on Capitol Hill right now. This continual harassment of President Trump and his family has got to stop,” Miller told Breitbart News Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle.
“The Mueller report has completely cleared the president, the campaign, his family, every single American of any sort of collusion or obstruction,” Miller stated. “To now have this type of harassment on Don. Jr, I think is despicable, and I think the backlash on Senator Burr is justified, and I think it’s only going to continue to grow.”
Throughout the interview, Miller questioned, criticized, and shared what he believes to be the motives behind the rogue subpoena of Trump Jr.
“We already have a 450-page report from former FBI Director Mueller saying that there is no obstruction, no collusion,” Miller said. “What do they think they’re going to be able to get to the bottom of, or answer whatever question, that Bob Mueller couldn’t get to the bottom of after $30 million and almost two years of investigation?”
“There’s no more civil discourse or polite conversation about this issue on Capitol Hill. This is specifically being used to try to destroy the president and destroy his family.”
Miller also pointed out Burr’s bias in siding with Democrats on the committee he oversees, the Senate Intelligence Committee.
“Who is Burr siding with? He’s siding with Mark Warner, who’s the vice chairman and minority member of the committee, along with two Democratic presidential candidates who are on this committee.”
“If you don’t think that this is gonna be an absolute political circus and this is only playing right into the Democrats’ hands, you’re completely foolish.”
Miller reaffirmed that the investigation is over and called Burr a “wimp” for letting other members on the committee control the gavel.
“Case closed. This is over. The fact that they’re doing this only serves to go and harass the president and his family and it has to stop.”
“Ultimately, Burr is just being a wimp here. He’s getting rolled by Mark Warner. Why don’t we just go ahead and hand the gavel over to Mark Warner and just acknowledge what seems to be clear,” Miller asked. “The fact that Burr is not squashing this thing and wants to go and ratchet it up is mind-blowing to me.”

Burr is one of five Republican legislators who read the full unredacted Mueller report. Don Jr. refused to be interviewed by Mueller and there must have been some damning information in the blacked- out areas of the full report about Don Jr. that caused Burr to issue a subpoena. Burr isn’t running again so the “blowback” in North Carolina is just so much hot air. Suddenly Burr is a bad guy because he has defied Trump but Burr is no Howard Baker who directly challenged Nixon, remember Burr went to the WH to disclose information that was gleaned from closed door testimony of people called to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Barack Obama’s reelection campaign was financed with dirty money, federal prosecutors believe, and they have a suspect.
On Friday, the Justice Department charged Fugees rapper Pras Michel with breaking campaign finance law.
Authorities believe Michel funneled $865,000 through a network of straw donors while failing to disclose its foreign origin.
To make matters worse, the money may have originated with a Malaysian fugitive wanted for fraudulently taking money from the 1Malaysia Development Berhad fund to influence government officials.
The fugitive, Jho Low, is currently sought by both Malaysian and U.S. authorities.

The Muslim Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has been attacking President Donald Trump non stop since his visit to England was announced.
But now, Queen Elizabeth II gave the mayor a swift kick in the pants by embarrassing him by scratching his name off the guest list for the event, Labour’s Mr Khan was left off the guest list by the Monarch, despite announcing he would be happy to meet the American. Mr Khan’s spokesman, Jonathan Weisgard, told Newsweek: “The mayor has not been invited to the state banquet.” Invitations were sent to Lib Dem leader Sir Vince Cable and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, who both declined to attend.
Mr Khan and Mr Trump have clashed on numerous occasions in the run-up to the President’s second state visit, the first being last year.
Mr Khan, who has been condemned by Mr Trump for London’s knife crime epidemic, agreed to allow a blimp of the Republican to fly over the Capital in protest to his last visit….
In protest of Mr Khan’s decision to allow the blimp to fly over London, a second blimp was made that also depicted the major as a giant baby was flown over the city.
Whether the so-called ‘Trump Baby Blimp’ will be used again for the state visit planned for early next month remains unknown.
President Trump also locked horns with Mr Khan over his controversial decision to attempt to temporarily ban Muslims from entering the US in response to terrorism.

Khan has been hammering President Trump and using him as a way to score points in his liberal city, London Mayor Sadiq Khan said President Trump was not “in the same class” as his predecessors ahead of the commander in chief’s state visit to the United Kingdom next month.
In a recent interview with British radio station LBC, Khan was asked about Trump’s state visit.
“Of course we should have a close relationship with the president of the United States, but we shouldn’t be rolling out the red carpet; we shouldn’t have a state banquet,” Khan said.
“History tells us only two presidents have had a state visit,” the mayor said.
“I think President Trump is certainly not in the same class as those two,” he continued, referring to former President George W. Bush and former President Barack Obama. Bush visited in 2003 while Obama went in 2011.
Khan told the host that he would not go to the state dinner if he was invited and approved of Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbyn’s decision not to attend the event.
The mayor said he had an issue with how Trump talked about women.

Levin: Time for Comey and ‘the whole cabal’ to testify under oath

Former FBI director James Comey is busy doing damage control in the media, but the walls are closing in. An inspector general probe into the FBI’s alleged surveillance abuses is expected to wrap up within the next month or so.
Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity, Levin has some ideas about how the DOJ should proceed. “What oughta happen here is there ought to be a grand jury impaneled,” conservative radio host Mark Levin argued on Fox News’ Hannity Thursday night. “Comey should give testimony. [Andrew] McCabe should give testimony. [James] Baker should give testimony. [Peter] Strzok. [Lisa] Page. The whole cabal should be giving testimony.”
“We should have a criminal grand jury, and we should have either a special counsel or a United States Attorney take the case and get to the bottom of it,” Levin demanded. “Put these people under oath, and let them get the Donald Trump treatment. We want all their documents, no privileges, nothing. Drag them in, and you know, maybe drag their kids in, too.” Watch Levin below:
Levin was reacting to Comey’s appearance at a CNN townhall-style event hosted by Anderson Cooper, where the ex-FBI agent claimed that the bureau he oversaw was “very reasonable” and “careful” about the secret wiretaps and informants it used to track the Trump campaign in 2016. Attorney General William Barr and other law enforcement experts have called these surveillance tactics “spying.”
“I can’t believe Republicans would have wanted it any other way and we acted in a very responsible, limited and constrained way,” Comey said. “I’m proud of the way we conducted ourselves.”
Actually, Republicans are horrified by the clandestine means the FBI and Justice Department (DOJ) used to monitor the leading Republican presidential candidate. Last year, House Republicans led by Nunes examined Comey’s use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and found that he and other DOJ officials used unverified political opposition research as the basis for requesting electronic surveillance of a Trump campaign aide.
Each of the federal law enforcement officials named by Levin has come under scrutiny for corrupt actions designed to take down the president. McCabe was fired from the bureau for leaking to the media and lying to investigators, while Baker is still under investigation for criminal leaking.
Strzok, a top FBI agent, was removed from the special counsel — which took over the Russia investigation after Comey was fired for incompetence in May 2017 — when text messages he exchanged with his lover, Lisa Page, demonstrated his unmistakable bias against Trump. Strzok and Page agreed to “stop” Trump from getting elected, and even spoke of an “insurance policy” against the president if he won the election.
Comey “made a mess of the FBI”
“There’s no question as it relates to the FISA on Carter Page that nothing was done by the book,” Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said Friday on Fox and Friends. “In fact, it was all done — it was all very irregular.”
“This is a guy who continues to just make a mockery of the entire FBI and the Department of Justice,” Nunes explained. “This is the guy who, remember, leaked his memos in order to make sure that a Special Counsel was created to investigate the president.”
“This is the guy who put an unverified dossier in front of a FISA court,” he added. “There are lots of problems with Comey’s story. None of it matches up with reality.”
And yet, Comey is confident that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, in his probe of the government’s conduct during the Russia investigation, will fail to uncover any evidence of wrongdoing from his office.
Nunes disagreed:
I don’t think [Comey]’s telling the truth, is the bottom line here. The former FBI director is not a stupid man and he’s acting awfully stupid … Remember when he came before our task force at the end of the last Congress, this is a man who couldn’t answer a question. I think, you know, over 100 times said things like, ‘I don’t recall,’ so whenever put under oath on a body like the legislative body of Congress, the guy couldn’t answer a question. He could do a town hall and make a lot of things up, but look, I think Mr. Comey is in a lot of trouble and he should be. He made a mess of the FBI.
Comey should be forced to answer for his actions. The Russia investigation has targeted the president’s children, and even now — weeks after the Mueller report proves there was no evidence of collusion — partisan hacks like Comey are still trying to come up with a way to destroy Trump.
It’s time to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Obama’s White House Lead Hillary’s Email Cover-Up
A new bombshell report is indicating that former President Obama’s White House was aware of the inquiry into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as early as 2012 and worked to cover it up.
The cover-up was done by improperly denying Freedom of Information Act Requests made to the State Department.
According to The Daily Caller:
The Obama White House kept tabs on a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email accounts that the State Department improperly denied, according to newly released emails.
The emails, which were provided to Judicial Watch, show for the first time that the Obama White House was aware of the Clinton-related FOIA request, which the liberal watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) submitted to the State Department in December 2012.
The State Department denied the request in May 2013, claiming that no responsive records existed. That despite officials at the State Department, the White House and even President Obama himself knowing that Clinton used a personal email account for government business.
Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton’s theory on the White House’s interest:
“These documents suggest the Obama White House knew about the Clinton email lies being told to the public at least as early as December 2012,” he said in a statement.
The report indicates that if the FOIA request would have been fulfilled the public would have known of Clinton’s impropriety earlier than 2015.
Clinton denied using the private email server for classified information but a subsequent investigation determined that was a lie. James Comey even stated that Clinton’s use of the server was “extremely careless.”
