The George Payne IMPS are trying to tell us that based on Ermine’s role as Executrix to the Estate that she was well within her rights to sell a portion of the Estate to whomever bought it…BUT…problem with that slick trick….she did not notify her sister who is also beneficiary to her mother’s Estate ..among other very clear violations of Estate Law and tricks used to hide from the other Beneficiary, her sister, the sale of the property..
That would be all fine and dandy if:

I too would like to know the significance of Ermine’s Will to this discussion. The fact of the matter is that The Stewarts were duly notified of their rights. Mrs. Harewood was given a copy of her mother’s will at the time of her mother’s funeral and it was up to her to seek legal advice as to how to claim her legacy.

A person can be of sound mind and body episodically . Hoarding and living in unsafe environments can be the result of trauma. If my spouse, sister and mother died in quick succession and I faced limited financial resources I too would be traumatized.
Whether Jackie and her mother were in Barbados on holiday or not does not excuse them from visiting a relative and not seeing her living conditions. From what I heard, Jackie arrived and upon learning that land was sold became confrontational and provoked her Aunt.
