    These morons were intent on going through with this project, come hell or high water!

    It is quite interesting that the loweman assures the woman that all is well and that there will be no deviation from the signed agreement. This letter does not gel with his statement last week.

    No wonder these liars, cheats and thieves refused to declare their assets when Thompson asked them to. There again, he could not force them to do anything because he himself was just as corrupt!

    My goodness, when will this madness end?

    Sea Egg and FearPlay have certainly cotton on to that bold-faced liar and pretentious ‘piece’ of a crook’ .
    That man fumble has been lying to Bajans from day one: From little school children to University students; from CLICO policyholders to the electorate about no layoffs, no privatization with all intentions of immediately dealing with the acts of vote-buying which he witnessed during the last elections.

    Do you really feel any reputable investors would risk their money in Barbados with the current lying crooked lot at the helm?
    When the OECD becomes aware of the Cahill scam wouldn’t poor Barbados be permanently assigned to the black list of shame and scandal brought about by this low-life, classless bunch of corrupt morons? What does Donville have to say now? That poor innocent Barbados is being unfairly targeted?

    There are many sharks in this Cahill caper.One was willing to lend 1/2 mill at interest rate of 400%.A common name peculiar to both BLP and DLP is one Darcy Boyce.OSA and FJS are fuvckd by this unpatriotic St Andrew man called a Quisling by the man who practically made him into a notorious lawbreaker by entrusting taxpayers’ monies to his care and oversight.Wouldn’t it be poetic if the first order of business of the next party to govern Barbados,is to jail his donkey at Dodds.

    Donville is in the unique position to do something about the corrupt government of which he is a part…..that is if he is not one of those whose God is the DLP.

    No one would believe that these brutes would become so corrupt after the way they presented themselves to the electorate in 2008.

    Miller, remember the Stinkliar had said that some days he cannot get into his office, people are lined up waiting to see him? What a liar………..we all know that to see a minister one has to go through the PS to state your business and if the PS does not deem it worth the minister’s time, the appointment is not granted. These idiots really think all Barbadians are ignorant like them. It is amazing that out of these people, they picked this woman Cowan.

    Just as in 1994, some dems had to show Sandi their disapproval and voted to bring him down for far less than what we are witnessing unfolding, so too must Donville stand up and show Barbadians that he puts country above party.

    Your language, ac, in this instance is too ‘grammatically pure’ for me to assign authenticity to your BU identity. The same way you are questioning the authenticity of the letter carrying the signature of your boss the same way I will accept that the person who is pretending to be the regular dyslexic ac is the real McCoy or genuine article. Therefore, I will respond as follows:

    When I was a wee boy (less than 7 years) my great grand-mother, who was born in 1874 (May Light Perpetual Shine on Her!), told me to never trust a LIAR. “It is preferable to have a thief around you than a liar. A thief will do no harm if there is nothing to steal but a liar would steal to lie on you.”

    Fumble is a BIG BLASTED LIAR. Now pick sense from that!

    Fumble and his crew have already jeopardized Barbados. Why do you think Barbados has the label of Junk Bond Status like a millstone around its neck? Because of Mia Mottley? Who have been lying through their teeth to the IMF and other rating agencies? The BLP and BU? Why do you think Barbados can no longer borrow money on the international markets or attract investors to queue outside Stinkliar’s office?

    Are You saying that Freundel Jerome Stuart’s requested you to write this testimonial for him and present it to BU as a certificate of his character, presenting him to be a man of thick moral fiber….. a man who epitomizes up righteousness?

    Who know, perhaps when this CAHILL deal is over, he and the other eager 4 may experience some difficulty in obtaining a “clean” police certificate of character.

    When this article was first posted on BU, I was tempted to respond this morning by writing that the ACs and those other DLP yard-fowls assigned to this forum to would not immediately comment.

    Rather, they would call a meeting to discuss and strategize how best to deal with this issue and log on to BU later in the evening with their prepared responses.

    As we can see, none of the ACs’ contributions are spontaneous, but were prepared before they descended upon BU to sell us shiite wrapped in confectionery paper, hoping we will call it candy.

    It would be really interesting to find out exactly what these morons expected to get out of this deal!

    The men are prepared to move heaven and earth to please this woman almost to the point of bending over backwards to accommodate her and all her wishes for her to make millions and saddle the taxpayers with the bill.

    The loweman assured the woman that the SSA would supply plastic, card, recyclables and even old telephone books to the plant but hear the idiot this would not necessarily put the small operators out of business.

    And this is a party that says it cares for the small man? This deal would kill off all the small operators.

    But what do they care about the small man? Look at every major decision this bunch of wild boys have made since 2008………..every major project has gone to either Jada, Innotech or Mark Maloney……………poor Trevor Clarke gone to the great beyond and was not able to get a piece of the 40% that the dead king promised to go the small businessmen.

    Is it not strange that the Chief Town Planner moved so hastily against Anderson Cherry to enforce the law but to this day…….Mark Maloney built a encroachment on Crown lands….. on the road at Coverley and to this day they cannot enforce the demolition order!

    What a country we live in!

    What a bloody nightmare this is turning out to be for the DLP. The political blood of the DLP is gushing, the DLP patient is dying and yet no one wants to stop the haemorrhaging, why not? This is politics 101 so I am shocked that the DLP and the smooth, fleet footed Sinckler have been caught flatfooted.
    Here is a perfect political example of how to make things worst than they probably are. If only the DLP had chose to get out front of this story with the truth and by producing the actual agreements.

    IF and I say IF, that letter from the Cowan person, which accepts culpability is authentic, then look beyond the obvious.

    The letter is not to make herself culpable per se, but to put questions to rest as to who are really the principals behind the ‘scheme’ and stop it there. It is an emergency lever being pulled, to stop the real question being pushed.

    The main question is and has always been, WHO ARE THE PRINCIPALS behind the ‘scheme’.

    That letter, authentic or not, should not stop that question being asked.

    Regarding AC’s defence of FooFoo; I happen to know for an absolute fact that the man is a liar from personal experience. He (and a few other dotes like you) has set himself on a phantom pedestal that exists only in his mind.

    No-one in the cabinet even communicates with FooFoo other than by unanswered memos to an abandoned office.

    BUT, I also know for an indisputable fact that his inaction and mismanagement of the PM’s office has made it possible for the people around him to extort bribes in order to gain the facilitation of said office. Nature abhors a vacuum, so does management and leadership; someone will always spot an opportunity and step up.

    I have no doubt that the letter you so firmly dispute was typed by someone in the PM’s office and placed before him for a signature, probably by one of the other main players under pressure to meet deadlines that don’t exist in FooFoo’s (and many other corrupt lawyers’) brain. As you rightly say, the lazy fool does nothing unless pressured to do so.

    It seems the ACs, including Douglas, will go to any length to represent and defend the DLP and its members. But then again that is their role/assignment on BU.

    The ACs mentioned in previous contributions that “PM Stuart is best known to be a person consumed with accurate detail” and “his phrasings are impeccable.”

    The English Language has certain rules that govern writing and speaking skills. For example, tertiary level students are encouraged to present their assignments and theses in the Chicago writing style.
    There are also a number of conventions that should be used when writing a formal or business letter. Furthermore, you try to write as simply and as clearly as possible, and not to make the letter longer than necessary.

    Being a lawyer and a person “consumed with accurate detail,” Stuart would obviously know and would also want to adhere to the basic rules of writing a business letter, by “writing as simply and clearly as possible.”

    Despite Stuart’s skill or eloquence in public speaking, it would ludicrous and unprofessional for him to include in a business letter, words that he would normally use to address a CARICOM or UN gathering, or when he is on one of his tirades cussing people. This would make the letter longer than necessary.

    This particular AC (or DOUGLAS) may be more articulate than the usual one, but common sense is the attribute lacking in all of them.

    There is more than enough information and documents here to show that Cahill Energy has been breached and that these a authentic confidential documents. Here are some curious points of observation:-

    Cahill Energy has US$3,940.00 in cash at the bank.
    Cahill Energy has US$4.8 MILLION DOLLARS in accumulated losses.
    Cahill Energy had US$4.8 MILLION DOLLARS in negative equity.
    The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Cahill Energy and Government of Barbados is has been valued a US$53 Million.

    The scam was to load of up this paper company with Government of Barbados backed agreements and Government backed income stream and then sell the FACKER to someone chancer for a SHITLOAD of US DOLLARS and then split up the money in so foreign jurisdiction when its difficult to link the local private sector and political players.

    Why do you guys think Donville Innis is any different from this bunch. He was corrupt long before all of them and has been a little more successful than Fumble in showing a face as I think the whole country has discovered that Fumble is no Mr. Dignified and they will soon discover the same about Mr. Pornville. These are all in the same choir singing the same tune from the same hymn sheet.
    Darcy Boyce has been singing for his supper and we know what a big traitor he is the Attorney General doesn’t have a clue about law and so he doesn’t know what steps to take in this matter. Unless the people wake up and rise that Low man will continue to show disregard and disrespect for Barbadians and try to suck what ever he can get out of every project. He is the real Al Mundy in the group.

    I have long concluded that AC is truly a “consortium” of writers. No one persons has so many writing styles. Sometimes their contributions are coherent and articulate. Most times contributions are toilet material. Plain and simple.
    It is clear to see that the latest coherent article was written by someone other than the original AC.

    From my previous observations, one of the ACs is Irene Sandiford-Garner. Her style is very noticeable. Listening to George Pilgrim speaking I am convinced that another of the AC consortium is George A. Pilgrim.

    prime minister Stuart is known to be a crook of long standing. He has been fleecing clients for a very long time. He preferred conveyance where he could have stalled people for months and even years without closing any cases. For him it was all about glamour and I’m sure that some of his colleagues would agree with that assessment of him.

    Being prime minister is “it” for him. He couldn’t care less about the average man. Pompous, aloof, condescending are some of his greatest attributes.

    Like Bush Tea often says, we are cursed as a result of these morons, thieves, scoundrels, and dirt bags.

    We certainly deserve the government we elected.

    I am no water carrier for the BLP, but I’m sure that they may be rubbing their hands with glee.

    Am I missing something here? Is there a master plan in place to so anger the meek citizens of this country that we finally rise up in protest against the many wrongs that this band of bandits continue to inflict on us. Is it that they want some heads cracked and and a couple of us shot? Pray tell me why with all of these disclosures we are not hearing the Church and all clergy, the Chamber of Commerce and all members, the banks, service clubs, Hotel Association, the Bar Association AND THE OPPOSITION BARBADOS LAY-BORE PARTY marching, agitating and creating civil unrest to save our country?

    Oil prices continue to fall and we are unable to translate this to lower prices at the pump. Could it be that the wise thieves of Bay Street are amassing a war chest so that they can boast about how well the economy is doing when they release the excess funds harvested from us, the meek fools? We cry out about the unavailability of foreign exchange yet allow every major player in this country to send home profits made here. Do you think Massey, the banks, Sandals and other foreign owned hotels, insurance companies et al send home Barbados dollars? That’s why we don’t have access to foreign exchange! It’s not because some of us travel to Miami to occasionally send home a barrel.

    On Sunday we saw over 4,000 Barbadians hit the road in support of breast cancer yet we have a much bigger cancer consuming this country and the future of generations yet unborn, but the unions on one occasion, and the Barbados Lay-bore Party on another could not muster half that number in two marches. Are we serious?

    We know who is leading the charge to destroy our country. Now is the time for us to identify the supporting actors in those who refuse to speak out and do something about it. Last time this happened, the economists, accountants, bankers, businessmen, hoteliers, doctors, lawyers all came out to say what Sir Lloyd did wrong – after the fact, yet kept silent, as now while the country was being raped. Well, Sir Lloyd must be turning in his grave (an he isn’t dead yet) when he sees what is taking place and not a coward will step forward to bring this brothel down.

    Some of you are suggesting crossing the floor. Crossing the floor? Crossing the floor to where? I know it is said that politics makes for strange bedfellows but answer this – would you vote for the Barbados Lay-bore Party if they admitted even one of these despicable pieces of human feces? I think not. Change the pension laws for Parliamentarians – not a single cent from the Treasury for this gang of low way bandits and include the Governor of the Central Bank – not one of them, but an enabler.

    That’s why I refer to them as the AC consortium or legion of demons. I am also of the view that this consortium consists of George Pilgrim and Irene Sandiford-Garner. I have been mentioning this for a long time, even though the blog master has insisted Irene is not among the group. However, based on the way she speaks the journalistic use of metaphors, I’m convinced that Irene is an AC.

    However, on a serious note, the ACs should be reminded that:

    “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”: 1 John 1:18

    “Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”?”: Proverbs 20:9

    “As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one;”: Romans 3:10

    Freundel Stuart is not GOD nor is he PERFECT or a SAINT…….. he is just an ordinary human being and is no different from any other SINNER.

    Let us not fall for the ACs’ feeble attempt to distract us from focusing on CAHILL by arguing amongst ourselves if Stuart was the author of the letter, trying to convince the ACs that he is the author of the letter or allowing the consortium to make this issue about them.

    We should continue to expose CAHILL for the scam it is and hope more information is made available to expose all those politicians who are involved.

    Politicians, by their very nature, love to be praised and adulated. On the other hand, they hate and detest being portrayed in a bad light. Anytime a lie is told on a politician, or something they said or wrote is taken out of context, you invariably see them donning their white robes of purity and innocence IMMEDIATELY, and making sure electors get to understand that they have been wronged.

    Given the harsh comments that you have made regarding the contents of “his” letter, I would have expected the PM to “move mountains” and let the people of Barbados know that he was not the author of that letter. Additionally, given the fact that implicating the PM and attempting to destroy the credibility of the government of Barbados, through the use of forgery, chicanery, and deceit, is a heinous crime, I would have expected Michael Lashley, MP to have publicly offered some advice to the PM by now.

    If you are right in suggesting that something underhand has taken place, very soon, I would expect to see the PM on national TV, and hear him on national radio, informing Barbadians that the local police and international law enforcement agencies have been asked to assist with the capture and prosecution of the wrongdoers.

    However, if you are wrong, heaven help us all.

    In this, as in other matters, the people wait, whilst the PM, our master, “baits”.

    In his letter Lowe says “both the Prime Minister and I will be travelling to Samoa on official government business from Tuesday for two weeks.”

    Based on this BGIS release the letter would have been written some time in late August 2014

    He left on September 18 for North America to plead with the party faithful and others in diaspora to send money. I see in BT that on Sunday Minister Sealy was still “Acting Prime Minister”

    @Willie, you have been quite astute with your remarks here. Recently you noted that the Cahill company is essentially insolvent and based on the docs posted here there were at least one instance of fraud (request for sanitized financials) perpetuated.

    As a non-lawyer maybe you or anyone else can tell me why would the “Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Cahill Energy and Government of Barbados” NOT be VOID or VOIDABLE?

    This is now a dead deal from where I sit. And if not it can be held up in the courts long enough to make it non-actionable.

    At this stage of the game people start to point fingers and bullets fly, people start being investigated by law enforcement (dismiss that) or everyone looks for their safe-haven and moves on to plot the next deal.
