    So if you are a ferner non Bajan, you can buy $US Bonds and get paid in $US.
    But effin you’re a Bajan, you can buy in Forex, but get paid in $BDS, and give it to somebody local.
    Or…you can invest your forex elsewhere, and sent home the money like you always have done.
    I believe Dub must be supplying the Minister with some of his more potent herb.
