One only need check the floors and the walls of the newly finished Justice Building at Whitepark Road and we will see a structure which already has structural defects
But then again, the building that formerly housed Campus Trendz and those owned by Mrs Ram Kirpilani’s in Bridgetown (all these donkey years) only serve to remind us that, even in the face of so-called building codes, single entry commercial structures in Barbados persist, notwithstanding the oversight of the vaunted Town & Cuntry Planning department.
Do you think that the Town & Country Planning and/or the other relevant authorities really care about the welfare of the employees in these buildings?
Look at this recently constructed strip mall, near Chicken Barn in Worthing. Not a single back door.And it was given a passing grade by all concerned.
