Last time Moody was here, such prevailing condition earned our debentures the ignoble status of Junk Bonds positioning us to borrow at higher rates. One can only but hope that any further censorship will not be too harsh, as both Standard and Poors and Moody, both figuratively like iguanodons are expected at any time outside our gates.
