    To elucidate about the documents raised which show that Ralph Thorne Qc and Richard Byer did work for Violet Beckles, we encourage them to communicate to BU.

    Plantation Deeds is not going anywhere.

    Here it is, another Violet Beckles STOP SIGN, more information, more evidence coming out of the closet to prove that she, Violet Beckles was attacked by fraud and massive land theft. Agree, Plantation Deeds is not going anywhere, he refuses to be dead and buried. His story should not be dead and buried simply because a wrong has been done. someone is responsible for this. Someone has to be accountable.

    Speaking at a political meeting at the corner of Deacons Road, Owen Arthur said “the island had been humiliated by the recent S&P downgrade.”We have been reduced to junk status and someone has to be held responsible for it. He Arthur said also that the S&P downgrade report must be taken seriously. Violet Beckles also has been humiliated by massive land theft and fraud. This must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.

    Deeds transcripts make for intersting debate.however the long and short of the story is resolution and accountabilty that can only be handle through the courts my advise is for Deeds to find out side legal advice who can help him unravelled this quqdmire of deception and robbery .it may cost him plenty but all and all it would have been good money spent. no lawyer in barbados going dare walk this fiery path .those who have tried have been stop dead in their tracks

    Alike the Myrie woman from Jamaica, he, Deeds is doing what’s needed, PUBLIC EXPOSURE. That Myrie woman did what was needed, PUBLIC EXPOSURE. The Caribbean Court of Justice (CJJ) you may or may not know accepted her case and Barbados is responsible for all expenses incurred. You said “no lawyer in barbados going dare walk this fiery path .those who have tried have been stop dead in their tracks” Agree. Too much of this mess has been hiding and hiding some of Barbados’ high elites.

    I am sure they will try to shut up plantation deeds permanently, but what about all the other nasty stuff that is now snowballing too fast for them to plug the leaks. there are people out there ready, willing and able, to see if any of them have the audacity to attack anyone for EXPOSING the viciousness. THEY BETTER TAKE WARNING SERIOUSLY, THIS IS NO JOKE, AND IT WILL NOT GO AWAY. What is happening now is the result of years of a majority being psychologically beaten down by their own, Bajans who had to flee the island decades ago would attest to this, lets say that chickens are finally coming home to roost.

THe corruption in Barbados has been carefully hidden and camouflage for eons. Countless people have been hurt and mysteriously suffered lost of life and property.     Could you possibly be one of those being exposed by Plantation Deeds? This plantation deeds mess should have been corrected before that woman’s demise, Violet Beckles and without difficulty. Barbados you may or may not know denied that Myrie woman’s accusations [rape] but later conceded, likely will concede to Plantation Deeds. Plantation Deeds is not going anywhere and won’t shut up. What rightfully belonged to Violet Beckles now belongs to her heirs.

    Answer. Sir Cheltenham work was to Assent the Plantations Deeds from Beatrice Henry.
    Fraud Squad has Violet 18 page statement , signed in 2009 after PM David got the ball to roll.
    But Police nor the New PM will do nothing.
    Violet died 23rd Aug 2010 and PM David died 23rd Oct 2010.
    Before you VOTE ask your new PM who was AG under PM David what has he done.

    All that needs to be done now is bring in the powers from the United States to sort out the fraud and deception that has taken place here and have these lawyers disbarred from robbing people here in Barbados. There has to be at least 3 lawyers in this country who can take a stand against this MASSIVE CRIME.

    Barbados at moment is chaotic, just a total mess. The S&P and Moody’s said so. There are lots of theft there [Barbados], the United Nations said so this Violet Beckles case proves it. This Violet Beckes fire started with Owen Arthur and the BLP. They know this, can’t hide it. Should have been resolved before that woman’s demise [Violet Beckles] and without difficulty. Al Barack, another out-of-control fire started with Arthur and the BLP. Arthur and the BLP gave birth to Al Barack. They know this, can’t hide it.

    This Plantation Deeds person is not going anywhere. Case will not be dead and buried. The BLP knows this. The DLP knows this. All those dirty lawyers in it knows this. . . . Dig one ditch, you better dig two, the trap you set just may be for you.

Barbados, Antigua, St. Kitts and Nervis, Dominica, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. LOL

    Barbados recommends a crooked lawyer to offer legal advise to United States citizens and or assistance in a crivil or criminal matter. LOL

    Barbados is good to visit and enjoy the Sun and the Beach and the food and night life.
    Just stay away from the lawyers and people looking to sell time share and houses that will never be built,
    Ask who is here and you will know that. If the Bajans get rid of the lawyers and others with high rank like QC, Sirs AG, GG and PMs you will be fine , They dont want to see you in their office unless you have money to burn under fraud sales.

    Where I live, corrupt lawyers, judges and politicians are persecuted and convicted. Where I live legalized wills, deeds, etc. are honored. Where I live, Owen Arthur, Mia Mottley, Dale Marshall, George Payne, Gline Clark, etc. would have been persecuted and convicted.

    Amid singer Michael Jackson’s family feud, he Jackson BEFORE his demise [2009] produced a legal last testament and will [2002]. The Jackson family continuously contested the will as the will makes no provision for bequests to Jackson’s father or any of his (8) siblings. The United States judicial system, never-the-less honors the [2002] will that provides bequests ONLY for Michael Jackson’s mother and three children. Now, now Beatrice Henry [in Barbados] BEFORE her demise [December 13, 1985] produced a legal last will and testament [January 17, 1984]. She, Beatrice Henry made provisions for bequests to Violet Beckles, vast amount of land that she owned. The Barbados judicial system, sad to say does not contest the will and or deeds just ignores them as if they don’t exist. Numerous corrupt lawyers, high authorities and the Barbados judicial system denied Violet right of her bequested land, almost all of the Barbados island. Land acquired by government for Kensington Oval rightfully belongs to Violet Beckles. Land acquired by government for ABC Highway belongs to Violet. Site of the famed Sandy Lane Hotel belongs to Violet as does site of the Courts of Justice and more. Violet according to Maria Bradshaw of the Nation News (12-13-09) showed the Sunday Sun title deed to the 240 acres of land in St. Peter stating that her aunt Beatrice Henry bought and bequeathed all to her. The deed according to Ms. Bradshaw said show that Beatrice Henry purchased the land, 240 acres at Six Men in St. Peter October 10, 1926 for 10,000 pounds. The deed document was signed by then Register of the Supreme Court, H. Williams, in the presence of Hugh Banfield and E.D. Mottley. All land and plantations that Beatrice owned was surrendered to Violet. Violet owned everything that belonged to Beatrice; all, however was WITHHELD. She was allowed No piece or remnant of what she inherited. This is humilating and must be taken seriously.

    Got the message, stay away from lawyers, people who sell homes in Barbados, can’t and won’t acquire a clear title deed. Can’t trust the list of lawyers on file either [United States Embassy], Bridgetown, Barbados. According to the Myrie woman from Jamaica, can’t trust the Barbados police. Can’t trust the Police Commissioner [Darwin Dottin] either. Best just keep driving, don’t stop at site of Barbados. LOL

    Watch your wills with the lawyers, if you die they will forge the will to benefit them and any wicked relative who would allow such. US lawyers may not be able to help, Canadian lawyers are probably more versed and allowed to practice there because of the english laws. It’s the norm to wait for people to die in bim to steal their possessions, the thieves hardly take into account that they may die first, just does not factor in that little detail, too busy planning. The stories of thievery by the so called justice system is just heartbreaking and continues ad nauseum. SAD

Can’t trust either, lawyers or judicial system in Barbados. The Jamaican woman [Shanique Myrie] was police raped. Can’t trust the police and or the police commissioner either. LOL

    I personally know of dead people’s Wills that were forged by lawyers in Barbados, and they have the gonads to go to the high court in bim and continue fighting to steal the dead person’s land, house whatever their evil little minds think they can get away with, again those archaic, disgusting 18th century colonial laws give a lot of wiggle room for thievery, remember the laws were not designed to benefit black people or poor people, only who could successfully manipulate the laws.

The incident (s) involving that woman Irene Garner-Sandiford at her home and place of business was also a direct attack. Violet was an old woman.     Deeds, you know what, put the white man aside for a minute all these crimes being perpetrated on the people of Barbados is BLACK ON BLACK. Mind you am not make any trivial assertions about what whites are capable of but they are not the problem here right now, Barbados is a majority black country and continue to discriminate, keep down, disrespect and destroy each others lives with total enjoyment and abandonment. That is the real problem here. And you do have to be very careful, because it is not the whites who would physically destroy you over those deeds, it would be your own people.

    I also know of instances where Wills, Deeds, judge’s decisions, and really important files and documents were removed from the registry ‘WE CANT FIND DEM, DEY GET MISPLACE”. I know one very corrupt evil minded old female lawyer who would go to the registry and remove the documents herself, until they were warned she had to be watched. Although I heard the person who warned them was moved to another department. So, you see the ROT that has spread like terminal cancer in BIM.

    DEEDS – Some of the ones on this blog asking you mindless, stupid questions about the Violet Beckles deeds are lawyers themselves, making fun and thinking it funny. Small wonder no one feels any sympathy or pain when lawyers in Barbados suffer to die. Be aware, they are evil, have no conscience and will not hesitate to protect their nastiness. The years I spent in Bim had me speechless that people would actually tolerate that treatment for so many years. Took me a while to realize that recourse was minimal, since the ones paid to protect were the real culprits and the victims had resigned themselves to their fate, not unlike domestic violence victims, the criminal demons has access to all the legal protections necessary to continue their evil ways. The only thing that protected me was the many decades I spent in NY and the speed with which I was able to strike back at those evil minds, when they pissed me off.

    Violet was an old woman. She did not know what she was dealing with. She did not know that these people whom she made contact with was wicked, extremely. She could not fight them. Flip side of the coin, Sir Richard Cheltenham and C.O. Williams were lawyers found Violet SITTING ON A GOLD MINE and within reach. The opportunity to steal was made easy. It was just so easy. She gave them the deeds. Six months later the deeds couldn’t be found. Sir Richard Cheltenah had posession [those deeds], didn’t deny it. So, he’s now liable for her loss. He should be barred from practicing law, persecuted and convicted. His property and everything he owns should be conficated. That’s what they do in the United States. The United States government will take ownership of everything you own [the home, car, furnishings, etc] and auction it. You don’t want to get in trouble in the United States. British pop singer, Boy George said that. Boy George as of this date is not even allowed entrance into the United States.

    Owen Arthur, Mia Mottley and Dale Marshall embarasses Barbados. That Myrie Rape case embarrasses Barbados. The Terry Schwartzfeld and Colin Peter murders embarrasses Barbados. Sharene Mongroo and Violet Beckles embarrasses Barbados.

    Cheltenham looks sleazy anyway, why is he referred as a lawyer to US citizens by US Embassy, they think he’s afraid to rob them??? once a thief…………………. Time and again clients of bajan lawyers are warned do not give them your original documents they are thieves who take your money and do not mean you well. Make copies of your original documents, keep your original documents, give the thiefing lawyer COPIES only because they will rip you off. Of course senior citizens then did not know this and trusted those sewer rat lawyers.
