    It seems that way.

How may Bajans on remand for months in Dodds for a pound or two of weed ?

I cannot blame the system for exacting financial gain in this situation.
Plus, Dodds full, and you send them in there for a while, and next thing you know they get back home, and begin some legal proceeding claiming ‘whatever happened to them in Dodds’, and filling up the airwaves with negative news. Avoid crap whenever you can.
Take the money and send them packing. Max gain, min cost.

    FISH KILL IN ST. JOSEPH

Residents of Cattlewash St. Joseph were greeted to an unusual sight on the beach this morning…

Hundreds of dead fish commonly referred to as Jacks .

One frequent beachgoer told CBC news the dead fish started washing ashore from yesterday further up the coast at Tent Bay but the change of currents would have brought them to Cattlewash.

He also suspects that it may be

  9. Hopefully the MOH will investigate but it is probably the result of a red tide /algae bloom or some “natural” event.

  10. Wife wanted a document from UWI (not Cave Hill). From August of last year, she was emailIng and calling UWI but was not getting a response.

She decided to take matters in her own hand and bought a ticket and rented a room in a hotel. Seeing how slow things were moving when she was here, she decided to stay for a week and invited her mother along.

Got there and went to where she was calling and emailing and got the document in two hours………

Weigh the cost of air travel and a hotel, for what should and could be done by an email or a letter.

    Different ships, same destination

  19. Still hoping for the SPOUGE version.

  20. @ David,

I had no idea that so many bloggers visited this Diaspora forum.

    @ Hants,

It surprises me that you are interested in modern F1 as it lacks the excitement of yesteryear where you had great characters, competitive teams and where if a driver drove into a barrier or had a high speed crash he could have forfeited his life.

The link below will take you to the four days of filming of which the commentator spoke of.

Modern F1 is exciting enough for me. Also like Indy Car.

  22. Disgusting indeed.

From the video it seems as though the poor soul just wanted company. Maybe someone to talk to her, or simply to listen to her…but she was rebuffed more roughly that one would rebuff a stray dog.

  23. @ Simple Simon,
