The Trinidad & Tobago land Policy of 1992 has nothing to do with Barbados. If there is such a thing as Eminent Domain in Barbados, it was not honored during the BLP administration with Owen Arthur at the helm. Otherwise, Violet Beckles and or her estate would be compensated. Violet Beckles was a victim of massive land theft. This occurred in Barbados NOT Trinidad & Tobago. Former Barbados Housing minister Gline Clark house stands on land not belonging to him. Again, this is a Barbados incident NOT Trinidad & Tobago.
