It should be pellucid by now that barring a tectonic disclosure or other intervention Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRC) will win the USA presidential elections. However, she will immediately come under a massive series of investigations aimed at giving the defeated Republicans, provided they can retain the House of Representatives, a raison detre. Her presidency will provide the conditions for the RNC not to lose its status as a national party, as the legacy of Trumpism has placed it in grave danger so to.

In this piece we will rely, heavily, on the works of Charles Ortel. Ortel is best known for his analytical work, as a citizen, which brought down General Electric (GE) for doctoring financial results; Dadi Cheri a Haitian journalist of newsjunki.org and Utrice Lead, a Trinidadian-American from the Progressive Radio Network (PRN).

For over 20 years a basket of public foundations run by Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton have served as entities for the illegal raising, laundering, commingling and mishandling of over 100 billion dollars. Much of this money coming from dictators and other characters presumably in exchange for favours, quid pro quo, pay to play schemes. The majority from average citizens around the world.

Readers unaware should know that there are very strict rules governing the operations of public charities in the world, even if there is an absence of formal global regulation. Public foundations are required by law to appoint independent trustees; cross-file financial statements with multiple jurisdictions; must be registered variously, should they want to operate in dozens of countries or states like the Clintons; money raised from the public must be deployed specifically for the reason stated. And the foundation’s public filings must so show, amongst others.

These laws are some of the strictest in the world. The legal infrastructure is excessively onerous in order to avoid oodles of tax free money going into the hands of disreputable actors. Money collected from unsuspecting publics, serving as a honey pot for the world’s leading charity fraud criminals.

In the case of the Clinton Foundation/s, an entity purportedly started to build and run a presidential library it has now morphed into a massive trans-national organization, operating tax free internationally and as the source of billions of dollars which we will contend has been an incubator for ‘high crimes and misdemeanour’ by HRC.

In addition to the spider web of entities controlled by the Clintons there is a wider level of intrigue. The Clintons have a cartel of alliances with other private/public foundations; drug companies manufacturing and selling vaccines and pharmaceutical of poor quality, the Red Cross, the UN which appointed Bill Clinton as ambassador to Haiti thereby immunizing him from prosecution there; access to governments around the world with a Clinton State Department as hammer, Bill as anvil, to force deals through for their personal interests.

This scheme is trans-presidential. The Bushes aided and abetted the Clintons and now the Obamas are waiting in the wing to cash in on the action. If it determined that both parties are too compromised all bets are off. No investigations in the House of Representatives. No trial of HRC in the Senate.

The preliminary procedures are already in the system. Marsha Blackburn, the representative from the 7th congressional district of Tennessee in the House of Representatives has already started a probe. Eric Schneidermann, the AG of New York, a Clinton acolyte, has already brought a case in which a Clinton Foundation founding personage and Virginia governor, Terry McAuliffe, has been made to appear.

After the 2010 Haiti earthquake the international community, ordinary people like us, donated 14.3 billion for reconstruction. With the help of the UN, the Clinton Foundation was given total control of these monies. Six years later only 2% of the money has been made available to the Haitian people and government. There are fears that this foundation money is being used in HRC’s presidential campaign.

In Haiti the Clintons are known to have more power that the government and while there are many rumours about where the reconstruction money is, or went, little has changed on the ground, unbelievable!

This is the kind of insidious relationships the Clintons have long had with Haiti. It was Bill Clinton who ran Aristide out of Haiti in the early 1990’s.

This same Bill Clinton forced the Haitian people to stop planting rice and forced them to import it from Arkansas, a state for which he is a former governor. The brother of HRC was able to secure rights to all of Haiti’s gold resources. Nothing could happen in Haiti unless the Clintons agreed.

This is how it has been even before there was a Black man in the White House. Obama, himself, aided the Clintons with massive capital accumulation. These are people who in 2000 were broke and now there are said to have personal wealth in the hundreds of millions while controlling billions in Clinton Foundations funds. The election of HCA could serve to further consolidate this position and offer a degree of immunization for all previous crimes, they hope.

Unless, somebody has cause to walk into the White House and say ‘Madam President there is a cancer on the Presidency”. The Clintons are betting that these crimes can be gotten away with, we doubt. They aim is to enrich themselves under the protection of law and hand billion to a single child, Chelsea Clinton and her heirs.

In the publicly available information on the Clinton Foundations we see highly questionable transfers between and amongst entities. The Clinton Foundations making transfers between themselves and other private foundations making transfers to the Clintons and vice versa. These to us, appear to be attempts at misleading the IRS and creating opportunities for diversion. They seem to be false transactions bordering on the extremes of illegality.

We are uncertain whether the American imperium is able to digest another impeachment. Absent that determination, we judge that there is an abundance of evidence, not proof, that serious breaches of charity law, exceeding the level for which Bill Clinton and Richard ‘Dick’ Nixon were impeached. In these circumstances, many people will be going to jail as Trump suggests but we hardly think Hillary Rodham Clinton will be on that list.

Even when George W. Bush made a mockery of the office of the presidency during 9/11, the influence and prestige of the office still held its own.

  2. Clinton would have been impeached only if the charges were approved by the requisite majorities in the House and Senate.

We are dealing with perception. It is not an objective measurement. Not easily quantifiable. It would be hard to find anyone who would argue that Clinton’s impeachment did not have an effect on the presidemcy. But this is perception.

    He was impeached.

“Simply put, Bill Clinton WAS impeached. The impeachment process is similiar to a Grand Jury in which the House stands as the jury and decides whether or not sufficient evidence of a high crime or misdemeanor is sufficent to turn it over to trial in the Senate. So yes Bill Clinton WAS impeached…but the Senate accquitted him so he was not ousted from office.

Interestingly enough, the charges – which was perjury (lying under oath) – were enforced by the judge of the trial in which he lied. Bill Clinton was fined and lost his license to practise law.

So while he was not punished by the Senate, the judge DID enforce the charge…which BTW WAS true…the court transcripts were proof of that.”

A more plausible argument can be made regarding the fact that the impeachment of Clinton, undermine his credibility as well as his ability to be an effective president. But that has little or no bearing on the office in of itself because other president with integrity and character can command a lot more influence.

  6. A Hillary election victory will have massive ramifications for the US Supreme Court, one could envisage McConnell moving with alacrity to confirm Merrick Garland in a lame duck session of the Senate. if the Democrats take the Senate he won’t have any choice. A Hillary win will mean that Ruth Bader Ginsburg will step down to clear the way for Hillary to replace her and liberals will control the SC for the first time in a generation and there may be a reversal of Citizens United which was spawned by a conservative group that wanted to run a film critical of her back in 2002. Hillary may even get another nominee if Kennedy steps down, Republicans want control of the SC and that’s why many of them walked lock step with Trump despite their reservations.

John Roberts clerked under Chief Justice William Rehnquist who penned a memorandum supporting “separate but equal” law of the US State which legalized racial discrimination in public facilities when he was a law clerk for SC Justice Robert Jackson. Jackson was one of the Justices when Brown vs Board of Education was before the SC; Rehnquist under questioning explained that he was merely giving voice to Jackson’s thoughts, however Jackson voted with the majority to remove segregation from US schools and his secretary disputed Rehnquist’s explanation (Jackson was long deceased). We can conclude that a future CJ of the US was at one time a firm believer in the “separate but equal” ruling (Plessy vs Fergusson) which codified institutional racism. We should not be surprised that Roberts was following the reasoning of his mentor when he voted to nullify some provisions of the Civil Rights Act and as he explained in a past opinion “The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discrimination on the basis of race”.

Incidentally Clarence Thomas another SC Justice is so disliked by blacks in the US that he is mentioned only in passing at the Museum of African American History which was opened last month in Washington DC. Scalia and Ginsburg were said to have a strong friendship despite their differing interpretations of law, Thomas was seen as the Justice who rubber stamped Scalia’s opinions.

Does every president who is elected impacts Supreme Court by the manner of his or her political ideology? Now with the Democrats you have a more liberal Court and with the Republicans you will have a more conservative court, so what ramifications are you talking about?

Ab other presidents with less integrity can weaken it. You are arguing that the legal powers remain the same. I am arguing that the legal power is a function of the president. A scallywag would have difficulty a good president may not encounter. There is an ebb and flow.

Barack Obama was not able to change the direction of the Court and he was President for two terms, he even publicly criticized its decision on Citizens United in a State of the Union address which was unheard of, Hillary will be able to by virtue of the appointments which will come her way.

    Capiche?

Which court are you speaking about? The Supreme Court or the appellate court? how many vacancies were there on the Supreme Court during Obama’s tenure.

@chad99999 October 20, 2016 at 7:32 PM RE “Hillary Clinton will find plenty of support in the Senate and much more support in the House than Obama. She has personal friendships and political alliances (on specific issues) with old white Republican men (e.g. John McCain). She is a white girl, so many of the white female Republicans in the House and Senate will make nice to her….”

That is excellent rhetoric and on its face appears realistic. But you dismiss the angry voices which prosecuted Clinton on the Benghazi matter many of whom still hold her culpable for the wrongs seen there. You dismiss the FBI investigation email dust-up which has also left many angry insiders. And of course you dismiss the fall-out from the Clinton foundation revelations.

The future is unknown but if she is elected as is now expected it will take a brave Republican to so fully embrace her as you suggest. Already the fire fight to recruit the new talent for the Supremes has been reignited.

    Anyhow on the lighter side…

And…the compere said jokingly: Trump asked Clinton how she was before they came on stage together. “I’m fine,” Clinton said. “Now get out of the ladies’ dressing room.” BOING!

Trump said, In fact just before taking the dais, Hillary accidentally bumped into me — and she very civilly said, ‘PARDON me,’”…”And I very politely replied, ‘Let me talk to you about that after I get into office,’”

And maybe the best one: Clinton said that Trump ‘[translates] from the original Russian’ when he reads from teleprompters at his events….Oh so that’s why he only started using teleprompters late in his campaign. They had to get the Putin language acquired and loaded!

    Laughter. Always the best medicine.

How dare Dompey speak for you? No need to Boss your very words indeed proves that you’re really a Jackass, but what I am more concerned about is your unwilling and inability to admit that you were wrong and apologize for your incomprehension of the impeachment process.
But instead you took the easy road and resort to personal attacks to save face, and this does not at all reflect a level of maturity on your part Sir.
You get to see what people are really made of when they’re subjected to a little criticism here on BU, and who has been under more criticism here than Dompey, but Dompey has proved time and time again that he is stoic, and not easy moved?
Just last week for the first time Artax was the subject of ridicule by some of the senior members of the BU household, and he run away with his tail between his legs instead of standing up and holding his own as a man. So much for Artax education which ought to have made the difference regarding his emotional and intellectual development, but it proved to be counterproductive.

I hope she never runs for office as I can just see this coming back to haunt here….with her dance superimposed across a ‘Show Girls’ themed background. Oh lawd, imagine the scandal!

Did Michelle ever play bball! She is a tall lady.

Maybe somebody should focus on the claims to sanctity of the US elections.

Being made straight faces by American officials and talking heads in all media.

All this by a country that routinely interferes in the elections of almost all other countries.

They do this by using a large number of agencies and even private foundations. NGOs and the likes.

The private agencies include the Soros foundations. Then you the international arms of the RNC and DNC. Aide agencies.

We even have CIA fronts of many types working 24/7 with their local spies to make sure certain people are never elected.

Trump still abusing women — his wife Melania the latest victim

    Melania Trump Defends Husband
    CBS New York

    00:00 / 02:33

That ain’t a way to treat a lady, Donald!

Yet another alleged abuse victim of Donald Trump emerged last night on CNN, and again this morning on Fox — and this time, it was the candidate’s own wife, Melania Trump.

Yes, the would-be First Lady was trotted out for the cameras to deliver, in her own (or her husband’s own) words, how proud she is of her husband for standing up to the left-wing media conspiracy against him.

(Insert trademark Jon Stewart rapidly rotating head move here.)

Melania Trump calls sex abuse allegations against Donald ‘unfair’
    Not Released (NR)
Melania Trump (r.) said it’s all a conspiracy because “my husband is kind, he’s a gentleman, he cares about people, he cares about women. He is not the man you heard on the tape.” (ROBYN BECK/AFP/GETTY IMAGES)

Huh? Yes, just a few days after the release of a tape on which her husband boasted of sexually abusing women, Melania Trump said it’s all a conspiracy because “my husband is kind, he’s a gentleman, he cares about people, he cares about women. He is not the man you heard on the tape.”

Actually, he is the man we heard on that tape. And he’s the man we’ve seen in the headlines for decades boasting that sex with him is “the best sex” anyone has ever had. So pretty much everyone believes the allegations of the Cosby-esque binders of women that have testified that Donald Trump’s locker-room talk isn’t just talk.

It’s pretty clear that Melania herself believes some of the allegations about her husband, admitting on CNN that the tape sounded to her like “two teenage boys (who) should behave better, right?”

The 1993 book by Harry Hurt III, “Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J. Trump,” cites a divorce deposition in which Ivana Trump claims her then-husband pulled out clumps of her hair and sexually attacked while he was angry with her. Ivana backtracked on this, saying “I referred to this as a ‘rape,’ but I do not want my words to be interpreted in a literal or criminal sense.” Trump’s legal counsel also commented, telling the Daily Beast that “she felt raped emotionally … She was not referring to it [as] a criminal matter, and not in its literal sense, though there’s many literal senses to the word.”

The women accusing Donald Trump of sexual assault

Anderson Cooper pointed out that Trump was 59 at the time the tape was made.

Melania Trump: Donald was ‘egged on’ in 2005 tape by Billy Bush

“Sometimes I say I have two boys at home,” she said “I have my young son and my husband.” (Which one is running for president? It’s hard to tell, which is why it’s not too late to consider dumping Donald for Barron.)

Of course, Donald Trump is not the first flailing politician to repulsively trot out his traumatized wife for the cameras. They all do it when they need cover. And Hillary Clinton knows that better than anyone.

But as in that famous “I’m not Tammy Wynette” moment, the wife isn’t typically sent out there to do battle alone. When Hillary stood by her man, at least Bill was sitting there, squirming and having to pretend that he was sorry.

Melania’s only allies were her penthouse view and her gilded Louis XIV chairs. Nothing says, “My husband is a man of the people and this whole thing is a left-wing conspiracy” like a penthouse view and a gilded Louis XIV chair.

The interviews — what with Melania’s long pauses, her off-camera glances looking for a clue about what to say, her English peppered with, I want to say rage — smack of a POW forced to perform on video by his captors. But you didn’t need to read Morse code to see what Melania Trump’s eyelids were flashing: “Help me! He’s making me say this! I don’t believe it!” (Indeed, Tuesday afternoon brought more evidence that Melania is lying about the allegations brought forth by People magazine reporter Natasha Stoynoff.)

In any event, how else can you explain Melania Trump comments like:

“It was left wing, left wing media,” she told Cooper. “You could see that. Everything is organized.” (Full disclosure: I’ve worked in the media all my life. We’re about as organized as a Garden Club luncheon hosted by adolescent baboons. The last time the Daily News and the New York Times shared the same opinion on anything was on V-J Day, when both papers used a version of the headline, “America defeats Japan,” though the Times needed 45 more words, and three subjunctive clauses, to say it.)

“It’s not sexual assault,” she told Cooper. “He didn’t say he did it.” (Full disclosure: That’s exactly what he said he did. “I just start kissing them,” he says on the tape that Melania has been told to say does not reflect who her husband very obviously is. “I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the p—y. You can do anything.”)

“I think she’s fighting,” Trump told “Fox and Friends” when asked if she could say anything nice about Hillary Clinton. “But I see it’s like the Clinton machine behind it. They are playing politically correct game. And they are protected very well.” (Question: What does that even mean? It sounds like a chain of Donald Trump tweets all strung together.)

That’s probably all we’ll hear from Melania Trump before Election Day. She and her view and her chair have done all they can do to bolster the notion that Donald Trump loves women (and sometimes even consensually!). Then again, given the non-disclosure agreement everyone in the Trump inner circle has to sign, what else did you expect her to say?

Gore made a limited challenge but quickly abandoned it, 37 days after, for the sake of the country.

What really happened, as Greg Palast, has so uniquely determined was a willful gerrymandering of the voters’ register by refusing to count the votes or denying Black people to vote based on alleged criminals offences.

So if there was somebody near you called Johnson who committed a crime they de-registered all the male Johnsons in a precinct, for example. Amongst other American made electoral shenanigans.

    Taking them off the registers

This was a Carl Rove and Angela Harris, a Florida election official, project.

@John and what is your point at 4:15PM. She can hold on to that opinion until the cows come home. The fact remains that everyone called time after the Supreme Court spoke and moved on.

To this day there are millions of Brits who ‘believe’ that Maradona handled that ball into the net but according to the supreme referee it was a legitimate goal.

So regardless of the real shenanigans that took place and all those ‘hanging chads’ Florida is irrelevant now and more importantly Gore conceded. And Argentina went on to win the World Cup despite their shenanigans too. All history.

There is no likelihood that this election will hang on any chads in the battleground of Florida…nor any voter fraud in any other state. Trump is possibly losing in Utah of all places and definitely losing in Pennsylvania. He is facing a crushing avalanche style defeat at the moment.

Ideally, this discussion of Trump’s discontent and non-concession will be moot come Nov. 8th.

  34. The Media is Using Trump to Help Hide Hillary’s Sins

Unless you are living under a rock or have an amazing life that affords you the ability to not care about such things, then you know that last night was the third and final Presidential Debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. It wasn’t as riveting as the second debate – filled with well-timed zingers and knock out punches, mostly delivered by Donald Trump. Instead, last night’s debate was much calmer than the previous two, and the questions asked of the candidates, specifically, Hillary Clinton, were much more relevant.

Nonetheless, the incomprehensible part, in all of this, is that Hillary is even a contender. How is she able to stand, on a national stage, before the American people, with those “perfect” dentures, grinning and doing her little shimmy as though she’s clean, reputable, trustworthy, and fit for office.

    VIDEO: ONLY HILLARY
Oh my, even as this is being typed, the answer is becoming clearer. She would never have been able to stand next to the likes of Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, Macro Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul, Carly Fiorina, maybe even Jeb Bush. Perhaps the ONLY way Hillary can stand upright, on a Presidential ticket, is next to a Donald Trump.

Hillary is a crook. She’s as crooked as a dog’s hind legs. Standing there, on stage, in a white pantsuit, no less, trying to look as pure as the driven snow. There is no walking down the hall of shame for this woman. There is no blushing. Continuously, we hear that Trump is making one unprecedented statement after another. The fact that Hillary is running for President is unprecedented. Have we ever, in American history, had such a well-known crook running for office? Specifically, one we knew to be a crook?

Perhaps only next to Trump could the media ONLY focus on Trump’s misspoken words and not the FACT that Hillary was directly responsible for the needless loss of 4 American lives in Benghazi. Then, to add injury to insult, Hillary was directly involved in the ridiculous cover-up story that Benghazi was the result of some kid’s video in Los Angeles, which mocked Mohammad, the Muslim prophet.

Perhaps only next to Trump could the media focus relentlessly on those 9 women who have all crawled from under rocks to spout lies about Trump groping them, and not the FACT that Hillary illegally, intentionally, and colluded with others in the deletion of over 33,000 emails. That’s a crime, folks. Or, the FACT that while in the State Department she lost $6 billion. Or, the FACT that while in the State Department she engaged in Pay-to-Play activities. This is disturbing on so many levels. She received millions of dollars from Arab nations in return for special meetings to be arranged and special deals to be given. Qatar sent an email stating they wanted to give Bill Clinton $1 million as a birthday gift in return for 5 minutes with him. How is this allowed? How is this nation not enraged by this obvious affront to our national sovereignty? One of the more disheartening moments during the debate is that Chris Wallace did not pin Hillary down on her Pay-to-Play activities. Similar to how the liberal moderators on CNN tried to pin Trump down on explaining un-vetted rumors.

Perhaps only next to Trump could the American people consider engaging in another failed “social experiment” with electing the first female President and not focus on the FACT that Hillary is directly responsible for creating ISIS who is now in 33 countries and is the number one threat to our national security. How can we not focus on the FACT that Hilary is 100% responsible for the failed Russian Reset? Hillary took part in the horrifying and absolutely ridiculous Iran Deal that guarantees Iran will become a nuclear entity sooner than later. Hillary is directly responsible for the terrorist breeding cesspool Iraq has become. Everything this woman has touched has turned to fecal matter.

Perhaps only next to Trump could the American people NOT focus on the FACT that Hillary reiterated last night, her belief, that unborn children are NOT constitutionally protected. As such, they are at the mercy of another person on whether or not they get to live or die. They’re not even protected past the “magic” three month period that most say it’s okay to sniff out their little life. According to Hillary, even in the 9th month, even right up to the moment of delivery, even when we all know that this is not some lump of clay but a well formed human being, that little citizen is still NOT constitutionally protected. How barbaric is she…are we? We have become a perverse generation of people to allow such base thinking to be uttered on national TV. This is not progress, people. It’s a regression back to the Stone Age.

Oh, this list of “perhaps” could go on and on my friend. Hillary is a crook. A thug in heels. An unrepentant, dare I say it, politician. This election is about much more than “ovaries.” We can only hope the majority of the American populace recognize this FACT. If Hillary wins, we will all inherit a whirlwind of confusion, distractions, and chaos.

    Lord, help us.

  35. Trump is underestimated!!

Whether he wins or loses, he will effect change.

The fact that the Democratic Machine had to work so hard to deal with Bernie first then Trump and in so doing expose its corrupt underbelly must, unless the US has really gone down the tubes, force investigations long after the outcome is decided.

If Clinton wins she will have to deal with all sorts of scandals that arise, so whether the Senate or Congress is Republican or not, she will have problems.

She will also have Bill running around the White House with time on his hands!!!

… and then the world is falling apart!!
