  1. Why worry, medicines will be made more available. The establishment will scratch the itch.

    Medicines hope from Rwanda

    AS A MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL FIRM launched in Rwanda yesterday, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says there is hope for Africans and Caribbean nationals to get life-saving drugs once not easily accessible.

    “The notion that our citizens will not have access to drugs that can effectively treat them for cancer or autoimmune diseases is as much a driver for us as is the need for vaccine equity. I therefore look forward to our being able to work in a cooperative fashion with all who are here, recognising that if we don’t make these steps at this time, we shall be forever takers rather than shapers of our civilisation and rather than firm craftsmen of our fate,” Mottley told those attending the event in Kigali, Rwanda.

    The $150-million German pharmaceutical firm BioNTech project was launched with the COVID-19 vaccine maker aiming to start production at the factory in 2025, the first foreign mRNA vaccine manufacturing site on the continent. It broke ground in June last year and the European Union-backed mRNA vaccine plant will also help supply the continent in case of future pandemics and address vaccine equity.

    Early in her rallying speech, Mottley cited Haile Selassie I’s October 4, 1963 address to the United Nations and his critical examination of discrimination based on skin colour and the conditions necessary for peace.

    Access to medicines

    “We stand here today as the living example of the concrete steps that are being taken to remove the deficit that has existed between citizens who have been unable to access medicines that are available, but not affordable. Medicines that are there but not accessible. Today marks a concrete step for the people of Africa and its children and the diaspora to be able to turn the corner, not just in the fight against pandemics – which we have all learnt is absolutely critical – but equally important is our desire to ensure our people can have access to the best possible therapeutics and biologics that are available on this planet,” the Prime Minister stated.

    Her visit to Rwanda comes less than a month after President Paul Kagame, who has visited Barbados officially, received the Order of Freedom of Barbados (Honorary) in the November 30 Independence Honours list. It also comes a month after the two countries signed a memorandum of understanding between their food and drug agencies.

    Mottley, in thanking the president, said his 2022 visit started the talks built upon the African medical supplies platform made available to members of CARICOM at the height of the pandemic, when the Caribbean’s orders were “too small to matter” for drugs and personal protection equipment.

    “Very often when we paid, orders were withdrawn at the very last minute. I pray that no future prime minister or president would have to endure what we endured during the course of the pandemic.”

    Develop capacity

    She said a year ago in Egypt talks reached the point of setting the countries on the journey to establishing a manufacturing plant.

    “So that just as Africa develops its capacity, we in the Latin America and Caribbean regions could equally be seeking to develop our own capacity, and to ensure that as we work together, we work in a complementary fashion so that together we can address the shortages that exist for the people of the south.

    “This is the first concrete step to ensure when Selassie spoke 60 years ago, he was not simply speaking in dreams that will never come but the notion that we can, here today, launch a concrete platform for the manufacture of up to 50 million units of vaccines within two years is a significant step that says this is no more a fleeting illusion of a few . . . . I look forward therefore to Latin America and the Caribbean being the next site globally that would play its role in ensuring pharmaceutical and vaccine equity to the people of the world such that they can be no more first class or second class citizens.”

    Kagame described the launch as a major milestone when producing mRNA vaccines on the continent had been regarded as impossible.

    “It was said to be too complicated for our health systems. When we embarked on this journey to manufacture these vaccines on our continent, we were told that it would take a minimum of 30 years. That was all wrong. It is possible, and because it is possible, it is also necessary,” he said. ( AC)

  2. Children in Barbados are targeted with a degenerate subculture that is unhealth for themselves and society at large. Look at the little 4 yr old boy conducting a ZR and being in an unacceptable music public environment. The transport bus cannot even get conductors and drivers to wear a shirt as part of a uniform so what is the plan to stop loud lewd music on public vehicles? . They have no respect for children and the elderly riding public vehicles.

  3. Did cheffete not had a plan to put one of their restaurants in every parish on de de island

  4. Is the problem Chefette or individuals taking responsibility for their dietary choices.

  5. “Is the problem Chefette or individuals taking responsibility for their dietary choices?”

    @ David

    Excellent question.

    Don’t care if there are 5 Chefette or KFC restaurants in each parish, individuals are responsible for their dietary choices.

    What about the fried fish, chicken, livers, gizzards and pork, chips, macaroni pie, hamburgers, hotdogs etc, sold in Oistins and several local bars, restaurants and shops located across the island?
    Pudding and souse is also sold everyday.

    You are correct, David, the problem is not Chefette.

  6. Another interesting observation, David, it is a very expensive undertaking to maintain a healthy diet in Barbados.

  7. @Artax

    Some will say that is a cop out. Buying cucumbers and other vegetables, root crops (when cheap and plentiful) are left on the tray, fast food is preferred.

  8. Not to worry, supposedly we have too many “useless eaters” consuming the earth’s resources anyway. Appropriate action is being taken in other areas to take care of this impending crisis, so bad diets could play a useful role here too.

    Top Scientist Confesses ‘Climate Crisis’ Is a Depopulation Scam

    Dr. Judith Curry is a climatologist who has published over 140 scientific books and papers.

    Curry, who served as former chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology, also admits that she was once employed by the WEF to push fake “climate change” propaganda to the masses.

    As The People’s Voice previously reported, Curry recently came forward to confess to fabricating her studies concluding that “climate change” is causing severe weather around the globe.

    For years, Curry has been one of the leading scientists warning that the Earth was facing an “emergency” due to “man-made climate change.”

    Her work has frequently been cited by other WEF scientists promoting climate alarmists.

    SNIP

    In a new interview with commentator John Stossel, Curry has further exposed the globalist “climate crisis” narrative that seeks to usher in the “Net Zero” goals of the UN and World Economic Forum (WEF) before 2030.

    The video begins with alarmist statements from radical Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and “global warming” activist Greta Thunberg, who both claim, without evidence, that “people are dying!”

    Also among the propaganda is the claim that Earth has until 2030 to avoid a “climate catastrophe.”

  9. The recommended caloric intake for women and men used to be 1200 to 1500 and 2000 to 2500 respectively. The average Bajan woman consumes more than half her caloric intake for breakfast (mainly highly processed carbs). Combine that with the sedentary lifestyle of many (60 to 90 minutes in car to work, sitting down 6 hours at work, 90 minutes in car to home) and you have the recipe for the fattest unhealthiest women in the Caribbean.
    Add to that they are loud, obnoxious and stubborn and you can understand why men of means don’t have Bajan wives (what was Mac’s song all of dem wives no Bajan)

  10. It is painful to observe individuals going about their business in the Yuletide season. We have to find a way to penetrate the skulls of our well educated people.

    Don’t you think it’s high time the Government of RoB treat the sale of processed foods aka Fast Food the same way it has treated the suppliers and consumers of cigarettes, alcohol and other mind-altering substances like marijuana?

    However, we would not want to go the route of outright Prohibition but by that of Taxation.

    So why not impose a Special Tax which could be styled- for politically-correct purposes-The Health Improvement Contribution (just like the NSRL) on all processed foods sold at all fast-food outlets with revenues in excess of Bds 100,000.00 per annum?

    Isn’t there is enough justification for the imposition of such a “Fat Tax”.

    After all, wasn’t the imposition of high taxes on tobacco (and alcohol) products aimed at improving the health of the people?

    So why not let the consumers of fast food pay upfront for the cost of their future healthcare which is currently borne primarily by the public purse?

    After all who will carry the burden of the fast-increasing financial cost of catering for the thousands of relatively ‘young’ people in Barbados afflicted with the curse(s) of NCDs in a small-populated island called Barbados?

  12. @Miller

    Halloute is a generous contributor to the coffers of BOTH political parties.

  13. “Add to that they are loud, obnoxious and stubborn and you can understand why men of means don’t have Bajan wives (what was Mac’s song all of dem wives no Bajan)”

    I don’t have much to add here. Even men without means are taking a pass. You left out horns. A horn can drive a man to eat, drink and deprived of sleep.

    I was listening to Bajan entertainer whose joke was that every Bajan man get a horn.

    I did not like the joke

  14. @DAvid

    Good morning, bruh…

    Is this the same #BioNTech that In December 2020, in cahoots with (“DISGRACED” #PfizerPharma) undertook Phase 3 clinical trials data for its original vaccine that supposedly showed 95% efficacy for preventing symptomatic COVID – to now learn that the assertion was another “BLATANT MANIPULATION OF THE TRUTH”???

    Is this the same #BionTech, who criticised the EU’s failure to order more doses of its coronavirus vaccine in 2021 to discover that countries like Sweden et al were using other approaches, including former Eastern EU countries like Slovakia et al who gave their citizens “IVERMECTIN” (the “CONSPIRACY-LABELLED”) – #HorsePaste – choosing rather to use “ESTABLISHED SCIENCE” instead of the “SNAKE VENOM” being pushed down muscle tissue of petrified populations???

    Is this the same”BIO_N_TECH”? who according to the (FT) #FinancialTimes in June 2023 is facing “a barrage of compensation claims in Germany brought by two law firms that allege their clients suffered lasting health damage from the company’s Coronavirus Vaccine…”

    BioNTech – “Mainz-based pharmaceuticals producer will on Monday face its first German court hearing over the claims in a case brought on behalf of a middle-aged medical worker…”

    “She is seeking €150,000 in damages for symptoms including heart arrhythmia and brain fog that she says were caused after receiving the jab…”

    “The challenge, in a regional court in Hamburg, is one of several hundred claims for compensation of up to €1M being pursued by the two law firms. The most prominent of the firms, the Düsseldorf-based Rogert & Ulbrich, is headed by Tobias Ulbrich, a specialist in transport and freight law who has railed against the vaccine makers on social media. The other firm is Cäsar-Preller, which is based in in Wiesbaden…”

    THE MOTTLEY CREW OF LUCIFERIANS KEEP SPINNING THE SAME OLE’ NASTY NARRATIVE & GULLIBLE, INSENSITIVE BLACK FOLKS KEEP FALLING FOR THE SAME BULL-CRAP, OVER & OVER AGAIN!!!

    If you are not fed-UP* to the back teeth of these #DirtyBasterds – then surely you are complicit in the “MADNESS”!!!

  15. @TB

    The blogmaster hopes you are not tossing the baby with the bath water? We have had good drugs and vaccines manufactured by Big Pharma for the good of human being you will agree?

  16. @David

    You summarily quizzed as to whether “CHEFETTE & HALOUTE” are responsible for the “DENIGRATION” of the dietary habits of #BlackBarbadianSociety???

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

    The softer answer begs itself in many ways given as you opined that “INDIVIDUALS” have to assume some form of responsibility for their lifestyle choices – however, in the most “LITERATE” country on earth, there is this profound “BLIGHT” on our society & OTHERS* like us – where “MASS PSYCHO_INDOCTRINATION_ENGINEERING” has created a breed of “HUMANS” whose “BELLIES” are their #gods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Outside of “SEX”, “DRUGS” & “ROCK’n’ROLL – food is the #LargestAddiction on the planet!!!

    This fascination with the “MARKETIDIZATION” of “FAST FOOD” based on the sociological concept of the “McDonaldization of society” has robbed too many families of the exploration necessary in order to gain knowledge of sound nutrition & dietetics, but moreover, the importance of a plant-based lifestyle!!!

    NO DISRESPECT TO THE “PALEO” OR “KETOGENIC” DIETS…

    The “HARDER ANSWER”, however, posits this modernist notion that “FOOD MANUFACTURES” since the postwar years have been given “LICENSE” to create “FRANKENSTEIN FOODS” that create unnatural cravings (WITH THE USE OF DEVILISH INGREDIENTS LIKE MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE) which affects your microbiome and in turn affects “CEREBRAL COGNITION” and this insalubrious “TASTE” for “GREASY, “FRIED”, “SEED OIL-BASED” saturated fats that research is showing creates all kinds of weird & wonderful conditions in our bodies!!!

  17. @TB

    After reading your prolix it begs the question, what is the purpose of investing billions in formal education?

  18. @ David

    “The blogmaster hopes you are not tossing the baby with the bath water? We have had good drugs and vaccines manufactured by Big Pharma for the good of human being you will agree?”

    I LOVE BABIES!!! They are the purest form of “HUMANITY”…

    However, “DRUGS” are “PHARMACEUTICAL CONCOTIONS” sometimes derived from “PLANT SPECIES” or the “SYNTHETIC VARIANTS” which are manipulations of the said above using the “SYNTHESIS OF MOLECULAR PATHWAYS”…

    My wife is “TOTALLY ANTI-DRUG” and today Friday, she has a mild cold and I suggested “Beechams Cold & Flu Hot Drink” from a sachet added to hot water, but she said: “No thanks, you know I dont want to take those things, especially with Paracetamol…”

    She then suggested I give her 20 drops of Lobelia & 10 drops of Cayenne Pepper Tincture to a half teacup of freshly boiled water – followed half an hour later by the same with “HOREHOUND”…

    I am not completely “ANTI-DRUGS” because if I need an “ASPIRIN” which comes from the “WHITE WILLOW” plant as a nootropic – I will take it (IF) I don’t have the “TINCTURE” at hand in the cupboard…

    As a SDA who believes in the 1844 Message on Health Reform, it is my firm conviction & belief that “THE GOOD LORD” placed every possible “HEALING PROPERTY” in fruits, VEG* & HERBS*…

    I have seen “CANCERS” healed with simple “CHAPARRAL” by a SDA brotha’ in California ( where doctors had given up on treatment)!!!

    When you learn how #BIGPHARMA was started under John D. Rockefeller & Germany company I.G.Farben (who were instrumental in WW2 Hitler’s elimination of millions of Ashkenazs) – you recognize that the “FOUNDATION” of modern pharmaceuticals is “FOSSIL FUEL” AKA “OIL”…

    My faith lies in the biosphere of created plant life – not in the “BIO-ENGINERING” done by #BIGPHARMA!!!

  19. @David

    “After reading your prolix it begs the question, what is the purpose of investing billions in formal education?”

    My dear bro, at age 65 (almost) given that I spent 9 months in my mother’s womb (would make me almost 66 years young)!!!

    I am thankful for what I have been given according to what Scripture opines: “POWER, LOVE & A SOUND MIND…” (2 Tim. 1:7)

    (1) POWER TO CHOOSE WHAT IS BEST FOR ME (which is the “ONLY” thing we can control in this life) given our set of values, our developmental characteristics & the daily struggles with human propensities that must be overcome – no matter how young or old for that matter…
    (2) LOVE AS THE MOST POWERFUL FORCES IN THE UNIVERSE – constrains our words, actions & deeds bolstered by a profound faith in doing what is right everytime without reservation, (but when the foibles of the human nature interferes in insalubrious ways – we (“GET UP”, “SHAPE UP” & “MOVE UP”) to a better understanding, by learning the lessons!!!
    (3) A SOUND MIND EXIST IN A HEALTHY BODY – that is not just some farcical notion of Greek mythology but is “BIBLICALLY ERUDITE” & as lasting as “THE CREATOR GOD IS/WAS AND IS TO COME)!!!

    Please forgive my human “PROLIXIOUS PROPENSITY” to be tediously prolonged & often times unduly verbose & wordy – it gives my “SOUND MIND” the ability to create new “NEURAL PATHWAYS” as part of a study I am undertaking…

    I wish you could see some of the things I have to write, study & cogigate over daily, where today most people are suffering neurological deficits of one kind or another (conditions that can be treated – if not too far gone, with simple “VITAMINS”)…

    Your question evokes a penchant of negativity which I find fascinating as my belief is that “EDUCATION” is merely a means to a proscribed end but the quest for knowledge still remains inter-dimensional…

    Look David, classical education v postmodern education are 2 sides of the same coin. Although, “KNOWLEDGE” has increased at quantum speed – our ability to live together has become more fractious, mean-spirited & at times, contestational…

    Education does not equip anyone to have “PROFOUND KNOWKLEDGE” or to have the “WISDOM OF SOLOMON” – as a jab at those who believe that their science & technology will somehow answer the deeper questions that continues to plague humanity!!!

    For all the educated folks out there sitting on a park bench lost in mindless translation or those who spents tens of 1000s to get a piece of sheepskin to discover at the end of the proverbial rainbow – apathy, a wall of ice & disillusionment is all they find – the question you ask has vertical resonance…

    HERE IS JAKE TRAN’s FACETIOUS SWING AT EDUCATION:

  20. @TB

    We have the Internet cum social media that acts as the counter? The system both formal and informal has created a nucleus of independent minded people. Not sure that is the issue. What the evolution of education has served is that we now have intelligent people who are formal educated whose views anchored to socioeconomic considerations.

  21. @ David

    “The imposition of high taxes on tobacco (and alcohol) products,” did not necessarily reduced consumption of those products.
    Smokers can now purchase ‘a one cigarette’ each time they want to smoke.

    Imposing a “Special or Fat Tax on all processed foods sold at all fast-food outlets with revenues in excess of Bd$M per annum” would only increase the prices of foods sold by the larger restaurants.

    This does not mean people would change their ‘eating habits.’
    Consumers who can afford to do so, will continue to patronise those establishments.

    Others will be forced to seek alternative sources. Bear in mind, there are many more people selling fast food from their homes, village shops, bars and restaurants, food canteens, by the roadside and from venues such as Oistins Bay Gardens, Martins Bay etc, than the combined total of large restaurants.

    The theory of healthy lifestyles should be introduced in schools and practiced in the canteens.

    However, such an endeavour would be confronted with protests from vendors selling junk food outside school premises, because they ‘got bills to pay and children to send school, and gov’ment want to stop the poor Black man from mekking a dollar.’

    And, endorsed by opposing politicians and their call-in-programme lackeys.

  22. @Artax

    There is truth in your last comment but the sad reality is that as a collective we are paying in taxes for our unhealthy lifestyles anyway. We have to come up with a multi policy approach to wrestling the problem.

  23. @David

    Can you admit that there is a problem with the “EDUCATION OF BLACK FOLKS”???

    Dr. Johnson dropped this 4 hrs ago:

  24. The challenge is that we have a group that find a way to eat healthy, we have another that eat as they like for whatever reason. Having more healthy options available is a start but there is a mindset change required.

  25. Addicted to music.

  26. The only really healthy food is food that has been grown / cooked / packaged and prepared by the users, or by people who have their best health interest at heart.

    Anytime that you are depending on strangers (who are looking for a profit) to provide your food, ..then your donkey is at their albino-centric mercy.

    High blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, and cancer will be your ‘harvest’ – as your food suppliers use chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides that are designed to maximize profits, while only just avoiding ‘killing your donkey’ while you still have money to spend (even if you borrow it from the IMF).

    The marvelous Human body is the TEMPLE via which the Creator should be worshipped and served.
    … so any BB who fails to grasp the wisdom of honoring and protecting that ‘temple’ with the BEST POSSIBLE nourishment – can never move on to the stage of TRUE worship of their CREATOR…. not in a shiite temple.

    …no wonder that NCDs are so common, ..and that BBs are so clueless….

    What a place!
    What a curse!

  27. Having more healthy options available is a start but there is a mindset change required.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    All due respect to you (as is much deserved) Boss…
    …but yours is an example of a mindset change that is most needed….
    The healthiest options available are ACTUALLY often right in front of our eyes, but instead, (like almost everything related to TRUE education and wisdom, ) we keep our vision firmly focused on the idiocy that is promoted by the albino-centric world as ‘knowledge and education’.
    Top-of-the-line food options via fruits, vegetables, ground provisions that ANY BB can grow on any available land ARE IGNORED – in favor of processed shiite ‘foods’ that are heavily treated for commercial success, and which requires us to pass money to the manufacturers.
    Then they turn around and sell us medicines to keep us hanging on with NCDs – while largely incapacitated… and of course we can also opt for ‘healthy supplements’ to make up (these are mostly processes fruit and vegetables that we IGNORED in the first place, now processed as capsules – more $$ to the AC’s)
    Well! not stinking Bushie (or any true rasta brethren)!!
    ‘Good food’ is so readily available, that the only one of God’s creatures that seem to have a persistent problem – is the BB humans…. not even sheep have it…
    Try the ‘itals’ boss … and stop going in those expensive supermarkets and restaurants, only to impress the public that you have ‘reached’…
    lol
  28. @Bush Tea
    When your bigmout friends invite you to those fine dining restaurants what do you order from the menu?
  29. @David
    #GoodMorningBruh,
    The Van Tulleken twin brothers who are medical doctors – Chris who is an infectious diseases researcher at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in London and has a PhD in molecular virology from University College London and is called the #JunkFoodDoc dropped a series on “HOW THE FOOD INDUSTRY IS KILLING US “ALL”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    The manufacturers knows what the research shows but they do not #GiveAMonkeys about any of us – what they care about is their “BOTTOM LINE” and completely disregard how “ULTRA-PROCESSED FOOD” is slowly “KILLING US”!!!
    @BushTea mentioned all the “WEIRD & WONDERFUL MODERN LIFESTYLE DISEASES” that Bajan people are plagued with as we continue to “IMPORT MARKETING INDOCTRINATION” from the “LAND OF THE SO-CALLED FREE” & the #HomeOfTheSlaves…
    Haloute should be “FINED” for all the #PublicHealthCrimes he has created – then “DEPORTED” & all those “FAST-FOOD-CONGLOMERATES” should be served with “PUBLIC HEALTH WARNINGS” that they either open up to scrutiny and amend their dangerous food practices by supplying the masses with food that is “HEALTHY” or leave the country!!!
    However, I can hear GOV* screaming – “JOBS, JOBS, JOBS”…
    My response is simple: “THEN LEGISLATE THAT FOOD MUST* HAVE HEALTH BENEFITS”…
    #EnoughSaid
  30. @ David the boss…
    You are too dangerous…!
  31. We are told to “EAT MORE PLANT BASED FOOD” in its natural state but where is the “COMMONSENSE” (#ForgetTheScience) around the use of “HERBICIDES, FUNGICIDES, PESTICIDES, INSECTICIDES, & a floating raft of #AcutelyToxic “ORGANOPHOSPAHATES” (OP) that not ONLY* robs the plants of their “NUTRIENT DENSE” properties but leaves residual toxicity that we ingest even when cooked to death!!!
    In Britain, “supposedly” the most adept country on earth when it comes to all things “GREEN” (which is frankly laughable really) – fungicides accounted for 38% of the total pesticide-treated area of arable farm crops grown across the country in 2020; herbicides accounted for 34%; growth regulators were 10%; seed treatment agents were 9%; insecticides & nematicides were 7%; molluscicides 2% & sulphur and physical control agents were less than 1% each!!!
    In contrast, a 2020 piece by #PanosCaribbean looked at Steve Carter’s use of “ALTERNATIVE ORGANIC METHODS” to take care of pest & other biologic critters that affects his food crops and came up with some pretty nifty solutions…
    SEE: https://www.panoscaribbean.org/en/50-news/36-biological-pest-control-in-barbados-an-alternative-to-agrochemicals
    CLEARLY WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY AND IT CAN BE FOUND IF GOVs ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE HEALTH OF THE NATION AS A PRIORITY!!!
    GOVs know that chemicals are killing us including a simple necessity like “WATER” – notwithstanding the “CRAP” we ingest in almost everything we use on a daily basis…
    RICH FOLKS HAVE THEIR FOOD SOURCED FROM ORGANIC SOURCES FREE FROM CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND – (so they live into their 90s & 100s)…
    CHECK THE BLUEZONES AROUND THE WORLD FOR THOSE WHO ALSO LIVE VERY LONG LIVES FREE FROM DISEASES!!!
    This why Coral Ridge, Westbury Cementary et al are filled to the brim with those who died from “CHEMICAL POISONING” which metastasized into what the “DRUG INDUSTRY” tries to palliates by giving us more chemicals that supposedly makes our transition into the grave that much easier (WHICH TOO IS JUST ANOTHER LIE)!!!
    I plant my food in the #Spring_Summer and store what I do not give away!!!
    If any of us want to live a “DISEASE-FREE-LIFE” – time to get to work at “DETOXING THE HEAVY METAL CHEMICALS & OTHERS FROM YOUR BODY…”
    #BeginWithNAC*
  32. Is it the music or the women? Avatar
    Is it the music or the women?
    @Commander Hants
    How do you Google to find music online?
    I can see that ‘talented and beautiful female musician’ is part of your search terms
  33. Here is the problem with our suggestions about healthy eating T.
    It requires work, patience and an appreciation of the ingenuity of creation.
    Anthony B sums up the issue nicely…
    Nobody wants to plant the corn,
    but everybody wants to raid the barn
    Who you ah go blame it on?
    when it is a next man you ah depend on..?
    Inspired by albino-centric dreams and norms, of sitting back in luxury while your BB ‘chattel servants’ provide your every meal and need, has replaced our NATURAL instinct to look after our body’s needs via hard work, planning and patience (and prayers)
    Only by borrowing (and further enslaving our future generations) have we been able to maintain the facade of ‘living like the Bowrings’…
    Wuh sweeten goat mouth
    does bun he belly….
  34. @TB
    When it comes to health COW’s motto should be adopted- we must move the earth if we must.
  35. Beautiful.
  36. @David
    “When it comes to health COW’s motto should be adopted- we must move the earth if we must…”
    I am not sure about #COW_Williams or his brother for that matter – these “FOLKS” wouldn’t get a card from me this holiday season (if I believed in it)!!!
    Be that as it may, “FAST FOOD COMPANIES ARE COMING TO END OF THEIR SELF-LIVES” GIVEN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY & THE POST-PLANDEMIC* REVERBERATIONS!!!
    A lot of “FAST FOOD” #AmeriKKKanGiants are falling in the “VALLEY OF ELAH”!!!
    It can’t come soon enough…
    I am not alone in this thinking – even #EpicEconomist agrees…
  37. @ TB
    Are fast food places really closing ? ..or just morphing into new brands …with even poorer quality nutrition, but cheaper prices?
    Bushie can’t see future generations actually cooking their own food, ..so perhaps the supermarkets will be taking over by selling ‘precooked fast foods’…
  38. BT
    Go at the food courts at Sheraton or Sky Mall and you will see Bajans like peas eating proper cook food!!
    Then there is Haymans, looks like that will be the food court for the north.
    https://www.haymansmarket.com/
    I have come to enjoy cooking, a past time I only partook out of necessity at University armed with a few recipes from my mother.
    Even then I enjoyed it.
    The ability to make something new always intrigued me.
