My dear Chairman of the African Union, African leaders and readers of this letter, I expect you be aware that it is our right to call you and hold you accountable for everything is going on among us Africans, similarly it is our right to present to you our suggestions and views on policy/s which you write thinking its good or the only option you have.

Since this is not the first and for sure won’t be the last letter to you I plead you not look at the messenger as itch to you, rather should whisper into your minds that yes we people on the streets are not lucky or smarts enough to lead like you but at least, we can ask you where we being lead to.

My African leaders, this year (2010) over 17 African countries are finishing fifty years of what you call independents but I call it fifty years of really dependent. Fifty years of fully adopt western languages, names cultures and rituals. These 17 nations have nothing to show beside wars, diseases, starvation and depts., very careless and corrupt leaders. Which all are calculated and engineered by the same person today you are saluting and expecting him to be your guider.

As proudly African, I found it very embarrassing and hilarious for Africans keep talking on the historic impunity of the Europeans particularly France and small Britain but yet you still depend and rely on them on our daily operations, you normally wait for the west to tell you jump and you ask how high.

You our leaders and our only hopes to be our saviours, you seems so eunuch and incapable of not only doing but even thinking of anything besides waiting the approval of your policies by the rust dynasty you claim to be fighting against.

I guess what you should do is coming out like a free man and format all spywares which are installed in your genes to render you hopeless and fruitless. You must come up with a shrewd plan for the one billion plus Africans currently living and the generations to come. My simple & humble suggestion is that we Africans need to mull and write a new world order which is going to be the blueprint for the development and future of the Africans and the land of Africa. Keep in mind that your straight forward duty should be on preserving three very vulnerable things; the African man, the African land and the African minerals.

I have to stress here that in my view, Africa and Africans are facing the most dangerous moment of their history which real threats their existence, therefore, Africans need super idea to have at least fifty percent chance of surviving. Due to the dictatorship the USA imposed on the world in the last hundred/s years, now America is being force to share the world with the EU, the new China and most probably BRIC(s).

Now all of these new and old empires are fighting each other and the blood to run their bodies to get strength it must be the African minerals, that mean the DRC Congo minerals are not any longer the perpetuate property for only the French-Belgium and the South African minerals are not there for London only, but it mean now you are going to face teams of hungry white-sharks or what I shall say white vampires.

So, I think you should be thinking on introducing to the world a brand new pan-African world order, which will ban the trading of any African mineral to any western trader/s and start working on the position of creating your own World Bank and IMF (AMF) on a very short moment not only after our raw materials ran out.

Without waiting for any authorisation from anyone in the west, you should guarantee African countries and issue them money which must be internationally recognized and you value that money whether individual currencies or one African currency for all, both economically can be done use the enormous minerals under the African soil as deposit. The world particularly Africa needs a total new system of economic structure which mulled and executed by the Africans for the Africans.

If you don’t do this but sit there and wait for your open enemy to pay your salaries, and let him be the only ones have the power to reject or approve your slave mentality plans & childish dreams, you keep the allusion of waiting for investment from Europe to Africa which will never happen in a meaningful way, you let him keep sucking your natural resources and take it to Europe and give you guns to kill each other on exchange as what is going on right now in Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda and Sudan etc, your enemy gives you guns and few paper money which the values stay in his reserve Banks then goodbye Africa, your intellectualism is nothing but spywares and you are nothing than just an eunuch-bouncers.

Going through your so-called African Bank of development which in our days I see you boasting yourself a lot on what you feel is achievements; I am sorry but it is a big joke & mess. No matter that Africa have over 70% of the minerals of the world but that Bank does not cover even ten percent of the African economy and only God knows how many hundreds years it will have to take to be able to provide fifty percent of the African needs.

I remember few years ago, a British Bank “Barclays Group” had to buy share on the biggest Bank in the biggest economic country in Africa, ABSA South Africa, and Barclays spent little over 5 billion dollar to buy 60% of that bank’s stake. And right now while I am writing this letter, another tool of the colonial empire HSBC is mulling to buy 70% of NEDBANK for 6 billion dollars, so, if this is the biggest Banks in the biggest economic Africa country then we can guess what is going on the small and poor countries.

Going through all of the countless financially scams were imposed on the Africans by the west via IMF & world Bank in the last fifty years all was catastrophic failures which now are known as “Whiteman’s burden”, and I am not going to be wrong if I say it was deliberately designed for failures and crippling these countries into worse financially situations which will eventually render them hostages. Therefore NEPAD which came from G8 is nothing but the latest version and time will tell.

The current world economic system was not made for the Africans therefore no non western should expect to benefit from it in the real means. The current world economic system was made by the west for the west and for sure will remain like this the soon it never be challenge with some rational systems. These institution (UN,IMF and world Bank) was created by very shrewd politicians from the west to rebuilt their then destroyed countries after WWII, their aims and only targets were to make sure for the rebuilding and guarantee future for their countries and continuations their empires.

Africa right now is in worst situation than what France, Germany and Japan and Italy etc was after the WWII.

The current usage of the name “nationalizing” it meaning the same current system only that the locals gets some more paper money but the real Gold & Diamonds and decisions are kept in the hands of Europeans.

Therefore I am not calling for nationalising Africa on the current sense but on the proper meaning. I believe that we should not be found on the meaningless and unintelligent argument that we should be invite or include in the European party, but we should focus on organizing our own party, mulled and executed by Africans for the Africans. It won’t be our Bretton Woods only but something beyond.

This African new world order which I am calling for, should not be looked as it is there to fight anyone called himself west or east but must be looked as meaningful order from the Africans for the Africans.

And I think that you Mr Chairman of the AU, African leaders particularly South African Government have or should have the authority, and what is remained is the unconditional love, Unyielding loyalty to the dark skin nation and guts to go into action.

The Asians china, Japan, Korea etc, etc have nothing under their fetes therefore they have to depend on their minds and how much the west is going to invest in these countries but Africa is something else.

I am very against the idea of our precious stones been change to a freak, weak and few paper-power called paper money.

And For you to remain on the current weakest link position you are in, it mean you being employed by the west which owns UN, IMF and World Bank and keep feeding you and treating you like a subcontractor. you being hired to be supervisor for the destruction of your country men & women, and for the plundering the natural resources under your fetes and your duty require you to make sure that these minerals arrives safely into the west, shame on you if you sign that contract.

I am very concern that bureaucracy and competitions on who speak western languages well, and who dress the most expensive suits etc is only your focus as we witness that in most of the African parliaments.

Mr Chairman of the AU and African leaders, Please remember that you suppose be there because of our votes, remember that you should be representing us, remember that logical Europeans cannot be hold accountable and responsible for our starvations since we have you, remember that we are suffering in a unspeakable level and last remember that we have none else but you.

Thank you.

  1. We welcome Ibo who was introduced to BU by Kammie Holder.

It must take a lot of courage to write this letter for an English audience.

It is good to get an African perspective from an on the ground participant.

  2. As just another example of an ordinary member of a West Indian community I gotta admit that those African leaders as discribed, sound very very familiar to me…

  3. Was thinking the same thing BAFBFP.

The African continent is rich in minerals so there will be hell to pay as African leaders deal to the highest bidder in the West.

  4. Charles S.Cadogan Sr Avatar
    Charles S.Cadogan Sr

    I take my hat off to you my brother for putting it so plainly ; Sometimes it seem that changes from the norm creates fear and doubt within self; But when others step up to voice an honest opinion, many sees it to be creating trouble; Taking a stand for what you believe in becomes a crime in the eyes of many who are satisfied with the way things are; I RESPECT your views to the fullest;

  5. I have never seen an African leader who didn’t appear overweight while their people were under-nourished and poor. Africa’s worst enemy is there to see, just by looking in the mirror.
They used to sell their people – for broken guns, now they are giving them away.
The leaders steal their countries’ assets and put them to work for Europe and America – you can’t blame Europe and America for African stupidity.
When the current Nigerian government (?) came to power they approached the British government for the return of assets stolen by the previous Nigerian government and held in British banks. They were told that the UK government had no legal powers to intervene in the business of banks, the same banks the UK government spent countless billions to bail out and now own and I guess those assets are no longer “owned” by the perpetrators who stole them and put them there.
If it wasn’t tragic, you could have a good laugh.
Will that stop such future idiocy? I doubt it, but I would happily accept to be proved wrong and go on my knees as in the Nigerian films, asking for forgiveness.

  6. Thank you so much all of you my brothers & sisters who already read it and comment particularly Mr Charles, and great appreciation to those who still have to come and give their views, i welcome both positive & negative. My aim of letting this letter to the public is to encourage every African and every human who feels concern, no matter where you are or your colour of skin, as we are all human beings, please write a similar letter or take the same one and send it to the heard office of the African union and to any African leader you can. We must be clear to them, and put pressure on them, hopefully they will start doing what they should do long ago. One again thank you so much.

  7. This is one MONUMENTAL TASK to ask of these ‘leaders’ who have been schooled western style. The western religious brainwashing that’s in full swing over there has to be fought against as well. The problem that the African faces worldwide today is the devaluement of the SELF.

In the eyes of the Imperialists, development and progress are MATERIALISTIC AND MATERIALISTIC ONLY and he would do anything to achieve this materialism [including taking out insurance policies on his whole family and then hiring hitmen to take them out] And sadly African ‘leaders’ in an efforts to align with imperialists have bought into this materialism at the expense of their ‘proles.’

Let it be known that the African was not always in a state of poverted destitution. This condition was forced upon us thru’ our willingness to open our arms to strangers [ which still remains our weakness today]. The first place to have rat-infested, disease-ridden ghettos was Europe.

Our problems lie in our HEADS. Change our thinking! See the imperialist for what he really is…and that is definitely not a friend of the BLACK MAN!

Agree with the author…LOCK DOWN ALL OF AFRICA’S RESOURCES ; but that would only invite more WARS under the guise of terrorism and the harbouring of AlQueda! That’s one of the reasons for the presence of AFRICOM and Obama ..to keep Africa in check.

Since Africa is too willing to turn the other cheek and not willing to stand up like MEN and face down these BEAST, I say nothing short of Cosmic Intervention will save our Great Mother.

  8. We need to forget party politics in any future system of design and to even get away from the so called African Union. Almost anything that is recognised by the West will be manipulated by the West.
A collective of independent leaders’; people respected for their personal integrity and humility; not aligned to any religious or other organisation but aligned only to justice for one and all. We must first set aside the divisions created for us, that we have come to accept and develop leadership and systems based on our common principle of unity through equal rights.
Each minute of one persons life is as valuable, is worth as much, as each minute of another persons, whether pauper or prince.
The sign of a GREAT LEADER is the one who has the ability, is willing to share it but does not want the prestige.

    PEACE.

  9. @Ibo

Let us face reality, African leaders have not demonstrated in the past that they are sensitive to public opinion.

  10. This is not an easy task. After years of blacks being divided and separated goballyit is almost impossible to get blacks to unite. Even within our own family unite such division lies. What is needed a greater self respect of ourself. After years of being told we are not capable . How is it possible to reverse that thinking. Only a few maybe! buT the awesome task is in creating a new menatality and that isn’t easy.

  11. I feel bad as I read the tone of this letter and the replies, you should too! One africa is easy.

When ever leaders try to achieve this (one africa). they are labeled as crazy or bad. What happened to Mugbe?

What we westernised blacks are need some exact statistics.

    How much africans are poor?
    How much are rich?
Where are they located? What do they need? And how can we get it there to them?

Are their weapon factories that need closing down? Can they by forced to close or do we have to find better work for the workers in these factories? Or is it as simple as tightening up security at some of the ports of entry.

These are real questions that need answering. Don’t say that same thing over and over, It is safe to say by now, NO one is listening.

    So do something.

A little school here, a water well there, a bomb or two pun those that hard ears.

Helping Africa can only be done if there is profit involved.
Strategic investment by westernised blacks, after all we all act as though westernised blacks don’t have a say in the west, we do and we got money and power as well.

  12. @readydone

You maybe over simplifying the problem of Africa. Study the history of Africa to understand the problem is about the lack of governance structures. Then there is the geopolitical interest of the West. When they give they will expect a hell of a lot more in return. Lastly Africa is a collection of many sovereign countries.

The problems of Africa will not be easily solved. Here is an example for you. South Africa is one of the more successful countries in Africa, can you recall what the current President did after having sexual intercourse with a person infected with HIV?

  13. This article explains why the world’s politics is so corrupt:

    http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=5714

There is much more information on the way that governments secure natural resources.

  14. @readydone & the other: Yes there is many technical workers’ needs and can be done in Africa & outside of Africa for the benefits of better world and better welfare for the Africans.

And this reminds me an article I wrote over a years ago when Obama as president of the united state visited Africa for shameful 23 hours and said the wrong things to the parliament of Ghana.

If you look right from the 1884 conference was hold in Burling Germany by the Europeans who were setting the agenda on how they can divide & invade the continent and milk the wealth of the land and exploit the natives.

Since that date, Africa became the perpetuated property for Europe and from that date up to now any face you see in any office in Africa it’s a white face or a dark skin face which used as front for the European blood suckers and property owners of the land.

With the current system and African educational system even if you give trillions to a small country like Togo no African will benefit in the real meaning and that money will fly to France for less than one month.

It’s very hard to even explain to someone who doesn’t know the corrupt system. Most of the people here (on BU) in your part of the world, mainly North America you have the word “rip off” and in Africa it’s much worst than that.

You might know that Africa is divided into two sides; one part calls francophone and another part calls Anglophone Africa. This is not only on the language but if you look at all of the so-called francophone which is the part which was colonized by the French, they all use currency calls Franc.

Now anyone can guess “franc” sound & resemble who or what? It’s France the slave master. (the currency was used in France was called franc up until 2001 the Euro came out, BUT keep in mind that is not the same franc in Africa was the franc in France) This is not history but up to now the slave money is circulating in the francophone zone.

so if you from anyway in the world goes or send one dollar to an African in these countries it will have to first pass the French to take their share and make their controls there then the intended African will get the few remind cents.
I know some very poor African countries who use to get some aids of cash from the Arabs or China sometimes, and huge portion of that gifts use to be cut for the French in such way the Africans use to tell the giver that better keep your money because most of the benefits is going to Paris.

On may this year, i witness an African country which could not pay her civil servants for six months, and one Arab country decided to help them and they had to fly with bags full of cash from the Arab country to that particular country to pay over 250 000 civil servants hand per hand, simply because if they didn’t do that but had to pass the extremely slow French so-called legal procedures, over 40% of that cash could land in the pockets of Sarkozy.

So in my view we need awareness to inform the African very well, then attack our Eunuch Bouncers and force them do the right things for their people.

And this work needs the intervention of people from outside of Africa particularly African Diasporas for various reasons. Africa does not need aid of cash if she is being made productive. Lol i talk too much i must stop here. Thank you so much David.

  15. @iWatchya :I read that fabulous article years ago. It’s very true and the author is very smart, thank you bringing it here to this topic.

  16. Yet again its about the big O….OIL. Who will control the Ivory Coast’s OIL? Will it be the Russians, the Chinese, SarCrazy or the US?

    and,

Alassane Quattara, Laurent Gbagbo’s opponent is none other than a stooge of the Imperialist. Quattara worked as Deputy CEO of the IMF btw 1994 & 99. So go figure, if you lay with dogs you will get up with fleas! For a morsel of bread the African traitors are still willing to sell out their birthright. 2k years on and we still haven’t learned!

SarCrazy threatened that Gbagbo ‘must leave’ before the end of the week. The gumption of the imperialist knows no bounds.

  17. @hopi

For those who doubt your last comment you can ask why France has not played a leadership role in Haiti.

    @Ito

Feel free to give us your perspective.

  18. Thanks I enjoyed your speech. I shall get into more later.
    Peace and Blessings

  19. Very interesting. As Marcus Garvey said : Africa for Africans. The problem I have with a lot of African leaders is the disdained and contempt they show toward thier countrymen. There are two words that describe 95% of them corrupt and power hungry. How the hell is that President Blaise Compare of Bukina Faso has a private jet but the country is higly indebted and one of the poorest in the world. You know what I blame the IMF and the world Bank. They sustained and give credence to these tyrants over the years. And look at the Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. These are just country in namesake, becasue they are really a family corporation of the Bongos and the Nguemas. Africa don’t need aid or IMF loan what Africa need is leadership.

  20. politicians are whores taking corrupted bribes, they work for the agenda set by their business group paymasters

  21. Here is Dr. Gerald Caplan – an honest assessment!!!

  22. I m not over simplifying anything I just trying to get over the concept of what we are doing wrong and how to do it right.

The current approach to africa has not worked for long enough. Waiting for hand outs never helped. There must be other ways. In fact I think any other way would work.

Thanks for bringing the frank problem into the light. We need to keep highlighting these problems every time we can and get rid of them.

    And example of simple solutions

Their needs to be one african currency, for now I think to avoid all the hassle (if it was up to me) I would print each currency as the equivalent to us, that means if 300 franks=1us a printed bills would be 300 for 1
    1500 for 5
    30000 for 100

    And so on
Then each part of africa would have a similar currency.

Pipe dreams but I just showing that they may be simple solutions out there.

The next biggest problem is to make it easy for the average person to invest in africa.

  23. The problem with Africa is a MIND* is still a terrible thing to waste… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJl_OBWMpRQ&feature=related

  24. The problems of AFRICA* or the world (or that matter) cannot or will NOT* be solved by politicians, religious leaders, CELEBRITIES* or well-intentioned do-gooders with some dubious agenda…

We can work together as a collective to change the landscape to avert poverty, disease, war and suffering but there will always be dark forces set on our exploitation…

The BLACK MAN* as an ENTITY* is still looking for a “spiritual” MOSES* to lead them into the Promised-Land, not realizing that amongst his other brethren – HE* is still seen as the ONE CHILD* who was “CURSED” by his forefather and hence that embedded mindset still pervades us 4,000 later…

“A servant shall he be to his brethren” – a MISAPPLICATION & CONCEPTUALIZATION of the context within the TEXT* thus allowing a snide primordial curse to follow a people which ought NOT* to have been there in the 1st place…

SO HOW DO WE UNDO 1000’s OF YEARS OF SUBLIMINAL INDOCTRINATION? HOW DO WE REVERSE A CURSE* THAT WAS NEVER THERE IN THE 1ST PLACE?

And again the question is –

How do we RE-EDUCATE*, RE-INSPIRE* & RE-FORM* 1 billion of God’s people aimlessly wandering around lost for centuries in the proverbial wilderness of dystopia – when they ought to have been RULING* in the rich land of utopia?

  25. I agree with Ibo. I think the UN, the World Bank, the IMF and ALL foreign investors should IMMEDIATELY withdraw from ALL of Africa NOW. African problems need African solutions. What will happen then might not be pleasant. It might not be fun to watch. But at least it will be an AFRICAN solution and not a WESTERN solution.

  26. Once again thanks so much to all participants on the thread. Back on the topic and the views raised by many here, if you look at nearly most of the so-called remedies used or presented to cure African all were wrong and most of the time you can see that they were deliberately set to be fault.
I greed with many of the explanations of Mr Gerald caplan, i agree with his vocabulary “Agenda”. And I must stress here that if you looks nicely you will realise that African leader all or the majority of them are very loyal and proud of France and the UK than how they are or should be to their own countries.

They were trained and mentored to be like that. Sometimes I use to look at the issue as like someone whose been hijacked, you are on the mercy of your hijacker.

But what is the proper solution? Or what is the medicine which was not used yet? But most impotently is what other countries particularly western countries did on their own countries which brought them success and what we can learn from them?

Trust me i went through all of the so-called solutions was applied and it was useless.

The only one solution which is also the one the western used and still using is: having your own economy in your own hands and have totally freedom and the proper securities which will remove the idea in the African man’s mind to think that he or she is vulnerable.

In my view African union could be the only real and permanent solution if they do what they should.

The heard of the African union should have the authority and unlimited power to rule as god for the African leaders.

The African union could tell the African leader that, look I am your only god and I will provide you with whatever amount of money and security you might need on exchange I need only very clear two condition: A- you be there for your own citizen and welfare for your country. B- Listen and pray to none on the world beside me. You control your people and I control you.

On a decree we create one of the biggest reserve bank in the world with the authority to issue any amount of money without telling forget about asking authorisation from any exploiter of Africa in the last five-hundred years. We value and use the minerals under our fets as deposits in the FDRB. (Federal reserve Bank).

  27. “short enough to arouse interest, long enough to cover the subject” Indeed it was!

  28. @Hopi: so with your great comment and seems deeply understand both the mantel stat of the African and mantel stat of the beast as you call it, you think we should just give it up? Myself I believe that always there is ways wherever there is will.

You think we should just sleep and let it go? I know that this looks like bunch of connected computers which has been affected by very dangerous virus. Me and you we are already parts of the virus, our education, our spirits and our imaginations etc are engineered by those who made us what we are, that is why i told our Eunuchs leaders that they were made with spywares in their genes.

But I believe that it should be a time to turn the shit upside down and take-up the system. Yes it might sound farcry and beyond imagination but since we can imagine it then we can try it and maybe achieve a goal or two.

One of my best fiction movies is “The island” and I like when one of the clones said: “I am tired of the same thing and i wish that there is more than just waiting to go to the island” and when they successfully disappeared to the world they didn’t knew, a special team which formed with some people looks like Kofi Annan and Colin Powell were sent to hunt down the clone which are a legal human property for other human, and the Powell-Annan team were told to use any force which is necessary to capture the products.

The beneficiaries of the insurance policies which paid for the creation of the clone are smart enough to not only own humans but are able to brainwash the others like Powell and Annan to be the protectors and preservers of the policy. You are in the world to witness this.

Today I just read an article which said Obama the front-man is about to focus his attention on Africa, that probably mean increasing the Visibilities of AFRICOM.

Open your eyes and tell me even one African leader who talk on a really freedom from the beast who own and exploited us for generations.
