Was “The Old Store” where I suspected the 1st building to have been?
I don’t think the second building/s is The Noel Roach Building.
My guess from how the road turns that it was where Courts/Business Centre is.
The blurb I got from the book I was reading suggests they were two houses with interconnected galleries.

Quote from the book I found on line by Dr. R.C Moon dealing with Speightstown as he found it in 1908. he was doing genealogical research for Quakers in Philadelphia, the city of “Brotherly Love”.
An investigation of the deeds had revealed a great deal in reference to the possessions of Andrew Dury, and several of the conveyances made by him at various times, and especially those made on the eve of his departure with his family from the Island in 1763, showed that he was possessed of a considerable estate, part of which he inherited from his father. It will suffice here to mention some of the properties which were identified by the writer, from actual measurement, of several houses in the main street of Speightstown, which procedure greatly interested and amused the dusky inhabitants of the place. This operation was accompanied by the photographing of all the houses upon either side of the street.
In the heart of the town is the Alexandra School, an important educational institution for girls, occupying a large house which, at one time, was the residence of William Dury, Sr., and his wife, Elizabeth Dury (nee Morris), and afterward became the home of his son, Andrew Dury. The Alexandra School also occupies the upper part of the adjoining house on the north, the lower part of it being rented to the Speightstown Club, which uses it as a Billiard Room.
These houses, which are built of stone, with walls of considerable thickness, are more than 200 years old. Both have verandas, in part enclosed with wooden blinds, and the northern one has dormer windows in the roof, as a glance at our photographs will show. The wood-work of the houses is much dilapidated. Doubtless in the palmy days of Speightstown, these two houses ranked in importance with the finest residences in the town. William Morris, and his wife Sarah Dury, probably occupied the house now used by the ” Club,” and his sister Elizabeth, in her widowhood, and during the minority of Andrew Dury, occupied the adjoining one referred to.
There is a piece of land 44 x71 feet (now a courtyard) between two houses facing the Alexandra School, which corresponds with a lot referred to in the will of William Dury, Sr., and also in the deed from Andrew Dury to Robert Belgrove, dated 1st Sept., 1743. Whilst he was measuring this property the writer was accosted by a gentleman who proved to have been a recent purchaser of it.
The house occupied by Dr. Hooper at the time of William Dury’s death (vide Will of William Dury, Sr.) is still standing in the main street, and the lower part is used as a drygoods store. The boundaries of the two plantations sold by Andrew Dury to Stephen Welsh, 21 Aug., 1762, containing 89 acres, 3 roods, 21 perches, and 9 acres, 1 rood, 36 perches respectively, can still be traced on the outskirts of Speightstown, embracing the whole of its eastern border.
Many of the houses in Speightstown have been permitted to sink into a dilapidated condition, but it may reasonably be supposed that it looks now very much as it did when the Morris, Lewis and Dury families resided there in the heyday of its prosperity. Bridgetown was, from early times, its powerful rival and competitor for trade, until about fifty years ago, when most of the merchants removed their offices to the capital on Carlisle Bay. Since that time Speights town has fallen more and more into decay. Archers’, Skinners’, Challenor’s, and Norville’s jetties on the seafront are still in active use, and schooners discharge their cargo at these piers, whilst a fleet of fishing-boats may generally be seen in the roadstead; but no longer is Speightstown the ” Port of Call” which it was in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
The means of communication with Bridgetown are also very crude, slow and inconvenient. If an electric tramline or a motor-bus could be brought into service, there might be hope that the picturesque old town would revive some of its trade and increase its population of well-to-do persons.
As the writer lay awake in the “night watches,” in that old-time house of Mrs. Bonyun’s, in the old-time town of Speight’s, within a hundred yards of the shore, listening to the musical plashing of the sea upon the beach, which sounded like the soothing murmur of a lullaby, imagination pictured the time when, two centuries and more ago, some ancestors of the Morris family listened to the selfsame music of the waters, and gazed upon the same silvery orb and glistening stars that now shone upon the sleeping town, as well as upon their descendants in the far -off ” City of Brotherly Love.”
There was an indescribable charm about that seaside town in the Tropics, which probably had changed but little in its aspect from that of two centuries ago, when the inhabitants lived a simple life, and were happy and contented with their lot.

As we all know, the FDA officially 100% approved the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine to the public. This is quite a big step in the vaccination process as they now have fully approved it’s success.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Monday that COVID-19 booster shots should be delayed as priority should be given to raising vaccination rates in countries where only 1% or 2% of the population has been inoculated. If vaccination rates are not raised globally, stronger variants of the coronavirus could develop and vaccines intended as booster shots should be donated to countries where people have not received their first or second doses, he said during a visit to Budapest.
“In addition, there is a debate about whether booster shots are effective at all,” Ghebreyesus told a news conference with Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto. Those whose immune system is compromised should get a booster shot, though they represent only small percentage of the population, he added.
The Unites States announced last week it plans to make COVID-19 vaccine booster shots widely available starting on Sept. 20 as infections rise from the coronavirus Delta variant.

Chris Davies and his father Donald have been fighting for their mother and wife Kathy Davies’ right to try the drug Ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment at Fauquier Health hospital in Warrenton, Virginia, for the past few weeks. But the hospital — where Chris happens to work as a radiologic technologist — had put his mother through a series of legal hoops seemingly designed to block the treatment from being given to her.On Monday, December 13, Virginia’s 20th Judicial Court found Fauquier Health in contempt of court after refusing to comply with previous orders and ruled that by 9:00 p.m. Eastern time tonight, Kathy Davies must be given the dose of Ivermectin as prescribed by a doctor retained by the Davies family. Additionally — if the hospital did not comply — the state had the right to fine the hospital $10,000 per day. That order would have been applied retroactively from December 9 onwards. The court also ordered that the Davies family be given police escort if necessary to administer the drug to their mother.
But, the court also said that the hospital had an opportunity to purge the contempt charge by complying with the order. The hospital is reportedly now opting to comply with that order after a week of arguing why they could not allow the drug to be given to Kathy Davies as the family requested. The story offers hope for legal respite for many families who have found themselves in similar situations while trying to battle a medical establishment arguably opposed to any treatment not supported by the FDA to fight COVID-19.
The Davies’ saga started in October when Chris Davies’ mother was admitted to the hospital with COVID-19. She was placed on a ventilator in the intensive care unit (ICU) on November 3. Donald was to serve as her medical proxy — and after consultation with Chris and his siblings — wanted doctors to give Kathy Ivermectin in hopes of finding success against COVID-19.
The doctors and hospital refused that request and were adamant they would not administer the drug despite the family’s wishes. On December 3, the Davies family notified Fauquier Health that they were hiring attorneys on Kathy’s behalf and filing a lawsuit.
“Pray we get a compassionate judge and that litigation goes smoothly,” Chris emailed friends supporting his mother on December 5. “We just want the right to try Ivermectin!”
“Let us pray we can get it to her and it will help her out of this long-suffering!!” he added. “Thanks all and God Bless!!!”
On Monday, December 6, according to a court document obtained by The Daily Wire, the court had ruled that Kathy had the right under Virginia law to try Ivermectin or any other order and prescription provided by Dr. Martha Maturi — the doctor retained by the Davies family who had prescribed Ivermectin — regardless of her employment with the hospital.
But, when Chris and a registered nurse went to administer the drug on the night of December 7 on the orders of Maturi, “hospital administration barred [him and the nurse] from entering the ICU with the Ivermectin.”
According to Chris, the hospital’s “COO Kevin Sales and CNO Christine Hart Kress stopped [them] with [the] original court order.”
While Chris had the Ivermectin in hand, he says that Kress “threatened to report the nurse to the medical board to revoke her license” because “she was not an employee of the hospital.”
The hospital told Chris they had filed for another emergency hearing to be held on December 8.
On December 9, Judge James P. Fisher of the 20th Judicial Court of Virginia ruled — according to another document obtained by The Daily Wire — that Maturi had the right to give Chris’s mom Ivermectin under Virginia law, stating that “this court finds it unnecessary to descend into an analysis of the merits of Ivermectin as a treatment protocol” and that the hospital must make a “reasonable effort” to transfer care to Maturi.
The order continued, noting that the hospital’s arguments against admitting Maturi into the hospital were not sufficient.
Davies attorney Ralph Lorigo argued that “all reasonable effort” regarding Ivermectin meant three things: 1. Prescription of medicine, 2. Administration of medicine, and 3. Taking any calls relating to Ivermectin and the patient.
Hospital attorneys reportedly agreed to grant Maturi admitting privileges under those conditions.
But on Friday, Maturi spent hours answering questions about malpractice insurance, references, and other forms that the hospital said were necessary before allowing to see the patient. The hospital waited until 3:30 pm on Friday, December 10, to let Davies’ attorneys know that they were not going to admit Maturi into the hospital despite the court order.
Davies attorneys discussed the matter with the hospital attorneys on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as to why Maturi could not receive privileges. The hospital said that if Maturi were to administer Ivermectin, she would have to take complete control over the patient. They essentially said that no doctor or nurse employed by the hospital would assist in taking care of the patient.
This made no sense to Davies’ attorneys or family for a variety of reasons, chief among them that one doctor is never in charge of the patient, but rather a team of doctors, specialists, and nurses care for the patient.
This was yet another three days that Chris’s mother would not receive the drug. Since the hospital had denied the Davies family the right to give Ivermectin to Kathy on Friday afternoon, an emergency hearing would have to wait until Monday morning.
In response, Davies’s attorneys argued in court on Monday that the hospital had been unreasonable in their efforts to care for the patient, Kathy Davies, and should be held in contempt of court.
Judge Fisher agreed and ruled on Monday that the hospital could appeal the order, comply, or face the 10k per day fines.
Lorigo said that after several hours of trying to ask for “clarification” on the matter, Fauquier Health finally complied with the ruling. Hospital administrators even let Chris and his father know that they found a registered nurse who could assist Dr. Maturi deliver the Ivermectin.
As of press time, Chris and Maturi were traveling to Fauquier Health with Ivermectin in hand to finally deliver it to his mother in hopes of helping her defeat COVID-19.

Walker on December 13, 2021Everyone in attendance had been vaccinated and either had a booster shot or provided a negative test.On December 1, over 170 healthcare workers in Spain attended a Christmas meal which became a “super-spreader” event despite everyone in attendance having been at least double-jabbed.
More than 50 hospital workers in Spain have tested positive for COVID-19 after attending a Christmas meal, according to local media reports. More than 170 health workers from the Intensive Care Unit of the Regional University Hospital of Málaga—located in the south of the country—attended the meal, with at least 68 people later testing positive for COVID-19, local media outlet Sur reported Monday, although health authorities had only confirmed 22 of these cases on Sunday.
All of the professionals had been fully vaccinated—including with booster shots. Most of the workers who tested positive are asymptomatic although in a few cases they have reported mild symptoms.
After the hospital became aware of COVID-19 infections following the meal, management proceeded to test everyone involved. Those workers who tested positive had to isolate for ten days and must not return to their jobs at the ICU until they obtain a negative result on a PCR test.
Carlos Bueno, a union delegate for the hospital from the Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT,) told local media outlet La Opinión de Málaga, “Although I know that those attending the celebration took measures, the virus is still there and you should not lower your guard.” Bueno said, “It is necessary to keep a distance, it is essential to use the mask indoors and it should be used in outdoor spaces where there is an agglomeration of people.”
Basically, the COVID paranoiacs are shouting, “No Christmas for you!”

Spain’s Prime Minister is warning people to be cautious because of the spread of the China Virus with a better than 99% recovery rate for most people under the age of 60. Spain’s prime minister on Monday urged people to “remain prudent” about COVID-19 over the holidays, as Christmas festivities at one Spanish hospital are suspected of infecting dozens of staff.
Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez told reporters that Spaniards can’t “let their guard down” because the coronavirus continues to spread, despite fewer cases and fewer difficulties for the health service than this time last year.
Source: CBS 17While politicians and “public health experts” insist that mandatory membership to the Shot of the Month Club, constant testing, and vaccine passports are the way out of the pandemic, people who have received the jab continue to get infected and dispel that narrative.
The “vaccine passports” are a passport to nowhere when we know that the vaccines only work for a short period of time.If that’s the case, perhaps continuing to push shots, boosters, and segregation isn’t actually going to get us out of the “new normal” and back to the “old normal.”
And yet… you know that’s not what’s going to happen because the “experts” can’t — or won’t — admit that “Virus gonna Virus” and that natural immunity is much better protection from variants than a vaccine that is tailored to the original virus’s spike protein.
Now, they’re fearmongering about Xi’s Omicron variant.
They’re doing this despite several weeks of data from South Africa showing that Xi’s Omicron is more transmissible but less severe than the Delta variant.
Honest medical experts will admit that we’ve got to learn to live with the virus while protecting the most vulnerable.The vaccines certainly play a role in that regard, but disregarding natural immunity to push everyone to get vaccinated is ignoring a large segment of society walking around with antibodies.
We know how these sorts of pandemics generally play out…
Historically, most pandemics end within 2 to 3 years as the virus mutates into a less virulent pathogen and the population builds up immunity. This is what happened to the influenza strain behind the 1918 flu pandemic, and what many virologists hope will happen with the coronavirus — whether that happens with Omicron, a variant that appears to cause milder infections, or another future variant is unknown.
Meanwhile, under the guise of public health, every other health condition is taking a backseat to SARS-CoV-2.
It would be nice if we could return to sanity instead of fearmongering, but that’s not what many politicians, the Corporate Media, Big Pharma, and the Davos crowd want because they’re determined to “Build Back Better.” -

Let’s take a look now at Spain.
Remember, it had floods at the time its school children were to return to school and the incidence of COVID was small in that population.
I reckoned there would be a surge in Covid Cases.
In Benidorm, a vacation spot for Brits and which had floods there was a spike in COVID but it is being blamed on the British Tourists who are all supposedly vaccinated.

Facts are facts, it had serious floods a month or so ago.
If the authorities chase down the Tourist angle they will never find the problem if it is floods.

The above comment I wrote back on October 23. Spain had had some serious flooding a month previous and I was expecting a surge to follow, even though cases were low.
Here’s the surge.
I’ll make another prediction.
It will last 3 to 4 months unless there are more floods and then it will last longer.

If I remember right, I was looking at Italy recently too.
Sicily had washed way back in November, a month or so ago and the rest of Italy had been hit from the previous month, 2 months ago.
Here’s the obligatory surge.
Again, 3 to 4 months it will last.

I got my neck out for BC/Canada and Israel but I feel confident the surges will be seen in the next month.
Canada is definitely seeing a surge but not from BC.
I think it is Ontario and Quebec.
Were there floods there in the past 2 months?
I suspect so.
Surge in COVID will last 3 to 4 months unless more flooding experienced.
Almost like clockwork.
If I were a bit younger I would work out a mathematical model to match what is happening.
Was toying with it today but the old brain ain’t what she used to be.
Here, we can only hope no floods and our cases keep dropping!!

There were no floods in either of those Provinces in the past few months but a car got stuck on the brink of Niagara Falls, yh think that could cause a surge in Covid cases? -

But here is another country that may have a surge in cases following floods in November.
It’s due for another surge.
It overcame the surge in COVID which followed the floods earlier this year.
Experts say there is no proof that Ivermectin caused the reduction.

We’ll see if the Ivermectin works again!!
Indonesia is one country where the flood cycle is about to repeat followed by the COVID cycle.
We will also get to see if Ivermectin can stem the rise in COVID cases.

Pick an island in the Lesser Antilles and look at what happened to it after Elsa in July.
Dominica, Grenada, Barbados, Antigua, Martinique, Guadeloupe, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, St. Kitts/Nevis … etc
All the same.
Haiti is interesting.
It had a surge starting in May then another in September.
Floods in May and then again in August so any effect from Elsa is hidden!!
I’ll do up a table for the Caribbean but once you see the correlation you understand why Europe is in the mess it is, South Africa and some states in the US.
They all had floods a month or two before their surges.
The challenge will be to find a country which had a surge and no prior flooding.
Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore all were doing well till they had floods.
Taiwan may have a second problem, it was experiencing droughts in 2020 and introduced desal in 2021.
Thereafter there was no need for it as the island gets multiple times the global average in rainfall.

Here’s what new cases in BC looks like at the moment.
They were falling but have levelled out which means cases are likely to rise in the near term.
If what happens all over the world happens in Canada, there will be a surge.
When ??????????? …. floods were about a month ago, could see major surge in January.
So where in Canada are COVID cases rising?

October 27 for Quebec and October 30 for Ontario.
So, were there any floods in August/September in these two provinces?
Could be earlier too as the rises started earlier.
The more cases the higher the sewage load and the higher the sewage load the more cases, a positive feedback system …. bad news!!

Actually caught a salmon.
