PRESS RELEASE

CAAP condemns the on-going attacks on Palestinians in East Jerusalem at the site of the Al Aqsa Mosque. This is part of the “ethnic cleansing” by the Zionists of Palestinians who have been living in Jerusalem for countless generations, to make way for Zionist Settlers. Over 200 hundred Palestinians have been injured by stun grenades, teargas, and rubber bullets – many of which have been deliberately fired at their eyes, causing maximum injuries.

Lalu Hanuman, Attorney-at-law and Secretary of Caribbean Against Apartheid in Palestine, said “For over seventy-three years Palestinians have been daily murdered by the forces of Zionism while courageously standing up for their rights to be free from racism, colonialism, occupation, and oppression. All people committed to human rights need to stand with them. We must show solidarity with them, just as we did against apartheid in South Africa. Zionism, like the Ku Klux Klan, is a supremacist racist ideology, Further, CAAP again calls on the Barbadian Government to do the right thing and recognise the State of Palestine, as many of our CARICOM  sister states have done”.

Recently saw an article where there is a town in Palestine called The Abeed, the Slave, and Black people live there. Some say they are all impostors and squatters and deserve to fight to the death.

    Hmmm. Quite to, is your enemy actually really your enemy, is the enemy of your enemy your friend, is your friend really your friend?

    Sometimes it takes just a bit more thinking to realise that the lines are not absolute. The only absolute is that your close friends are chosen, mutually.

    On the Middle East, the one thing that stands out, is that Gaddafi was not like the rest. What he did for his people, compared to those who live off the riches, was far different.

    Unfortunately, as 555Dub says, the real peacemakers are run down. However, I suspect that in years to come, Gaddafi will be highly regarded by history buffs.

    One only has to look at his Great Water Project, to ensure the Libyan people had water. Yet people in large parts of countries of significant means have dirge coming through their taps, that, or the taps are dry.

    What does that tell you? If that alone does not demonstrate the intent of the man, I do not know what does.

    Was he eccentric? Most surely. Was he a demon, as the media demonised him? Of course not.

    Just consider what he did for the Libyan people.

    And look at the shambles that Libya is now. By the way, what of Libyas massive foreign reserves that he left? Do they still exist?

    There are a number of naive individuals who believe that the majority of Jews who reside in Israel are generally speaking a decent set of people. They will remark that it the Zionist Jew who is the bogey man within Israel and it is this individual and his like who are creating problems within their country.

    Take it from me, no self respecting Jew would ever chose to make Israel their home. Jews who reside in Israel must be cognisant that their country is a nasty fascist state. Righteous thinking Jews from the diaspora have no desire to place themselves in such a toxic country.

    For the record, South Africa and the state of Israel were political bedfellows for several decades. This relationship came to an abrupt end with the election of a black man called Nelson Mandela.

    One should note that the vast majority of Jews who resided in South Africa during this period aligned themselves with the apartheid regime.

    There is a lesson for us to be learnt in Barbados. The black majority Barbados population needs to be reminded that the vast majority of the minority population who reside in Barbados are against them and will happily relegate them to the gutters if they are allowed to.

    How do I know this? Palestine, dear boy. I repeat: Palestine, dear boy.

    I live in the epicentre of one of the largest jewish settlements or communities outside Israel in NW London (Golders Green / Hendon / Hampstead / Finchley) where Ashkenazi jews live. There are other places in London like Hackney / Finsbury Park where Hasidic Jews live. There are no issues in multicultural cities where there are clashes between jews and muslims or antisemitism by extremist racists.

    Biblical Israel is not about a place or nation or land but is the name of a tribal family.
    The State of Israel was formed in 1948 after WWII in land that was British Palestine and has proven to be an extremist segregated high tech warmongering propagandist state that has had 8 official wars that has really been one continuous conflict. The nation of Israel should abandon it’s ambition to house Jews and should become an integrated nation accepting all people and religions in that region.

    Schools in Israel should be integrated like US law of 1954 that banned segregated schools, so the next generation of children can become friends with each other and lose the contentious prejudices and conflict handed down from the previous older generations.

    We’ve been asked previously how could we keep up the critiques of everything.

    Today we wonder how Christians, and most people living in these lands are Christians even if in name only or non practicing, could silently accept the fascist crimes of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian peoples, a small percentage of whom are themselves Christians.

    We forecast that in our own lifetimes the criminal regime in Tel Aviv and its Apartheid populace will be the boat people of our times as they themselves fleeing for their lives.
