I want you and the Bajans who give a badword, to read it good and decide for yourselves what you make of this DOCUMENT THAT FELL OFF A TRUCK.

“…CONCEPT DESCRIPTION

The Eyes on Investment (EOI) is a specific program is comprised of a series of actions which solicit the active involvement of the Barbadian Diaspora overseas…”

This programme which will be orchestrated from The Office of the Prime Minister is an initiative, which will include, but not be limited to, transmitting a personal invitation via varied media (letter, email and phone calls) to several thousand of the most prominent and successful Bajans who are domiciled in countries throughout the world. 

Targeting such personages will be effected through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Barbados’ embassies/consulates.

What is being proposed is a purposed outreach to critically positioned “satellites” (to coin the Late EWB’s word) who will leverage the diverse links and relationships they have cultivated over the years in their respective areas of endeavor.

Each target’s “relationships” will be catalogued and mined. (Mining is defined as the detailed process of converting passive data assets to active initiatives…”)

I repeat that the above document FELL OFF A TRUCK.

Now let us look at the Computer Misuse Act 2005 (Grenville Phillips de Liar like calling that one regularly)

Specifically I want you (that is you too Watchman) to look at Section 12 of the Act which states and I quote

“…12. Where a person who is not authorised to have a programme or computer data; or

to have access to any programme or data held in a computer receives or is given access to that programme or data, he is guilty of an offence whether or not the person from whom the programme or data was received or through whom access was attained was authorised to make it available to him.

A person who is authorised to receive a programme or computer data or to have access to any programme or data held in a computer is guilty of an offence where  he  receives  the  programme  or  data  or  access  thereto  knowing  that  the person from whom he received the programme or data or from whom he received the access obtained it through unauthorised means.

A  person   who   has   obtained   any   programme   or   computer   data   or programme or data held in a computer through authorised means is guilty of an offence where he gives that programme or data to another person who he knows is not authorised to receive or have access to that programme or data.

Now having read this section of the Law, and watched the recent Diaspora Mining trips, i want you to look at Concept Description THAT FELL OF THE TRUCK and then look again at the missions that ** is conducting.

Q1. I want you to tell me if you see anything that is remotely similar in this programme dat *** is running. So if a report from say a Secret Service agency says that “IPs such and such, located at such and such, did on such and such a day, do such and such, I just want your opinion what is a citizen’s recourse?

Q2. Further I wants you to tell dat ole man, why you think he should do in light of (a) a matter where he would be contending with a government in power and b) one which recently added Treason and high treason to its Bail Act ?

Once you answer those questions could you speak to these few questions?

Q3. Whose badword should be prosecuted under the Computer Misuse Act of 2005?

Q4. Which Bajan lawyer got de balls to prosecute this matter in Coleridge Street?

Q5. Theophillus WHAT IF WHAT DE OLE MAN IS TELLING YOU IS TRUE and that all of the contents of a citizen’s hard drive were stolen by *** what would this portend for “GOOD GOVERNANCE”

Q6. If you want to use what another man has created do you not think you should PAY HIM FOR IT ?

Q7. Would you steal what belongs to that man AND TO USE THE LAWS OF BARBADOS TO SEEK TO IMPRISON HIM FOR WHAT IS HIS? 

Q8. If you were to see all of this Theophillus would not feel that said *** GOT ONE INTENTION, as to your state of continued health?
