We wanted change and we got that change. We wanted to see the backs of a very wicked, deceitful and crooked Barbados Democratic Labour Party and we got that. It did not matter what reservations we had of a BLP that has operated in a similar fashion; rather or not their previous track record of controversies, arrogant displays, scheming, lying, wastage, and greed came to the forefront of our minds before we cast our vote. No, No, NO bosie! What matter most was the complete removal of a Democratic Labour Party turned greedy treasury- robbing- hogs.

On the 25 May 2018, we got that change and the feeling of relief that vengeance was finally ours. Stuart, Sinckler, Low Lowe, Lashley, Kellman- the main piss poors in the DLP line up- felt the sting of our rage- but continues to elude any real investigation regarding any under handing deals that vexed several Bees calling for justice.

Now comes the queen B of all Bees – Mia Amor Mottley. Promising us fools extensive changes, more transparency and accountability; exposing the miscreant leadership of a DLP gone wrong and presenting to the Barbadian people a promise to put an end to the darkroom cloak meetings (used by the last administration). She promised to do this by Introducing the New Public Financial Bill that seeks to set the record straight on the transparency and accountability levels for all. However, though Mottley has been somewhat transparent and accountable and, had plenty of time to plan strategy over the time period that the DLP was doing shite, we are seeing clearly transparency and accountability that is specific to what her administration wants to reveal and not what the public needs to be transparent and accountable.

One area that I do not like:

Her administration’s decision to grant tax defaulters, whoever they are, tax amnesty. What we the public should know is what systems allowed for the amounts accrued to go unchecked, and who turned a blinded eye to the years that these persons were not paying? Also, why is the public not privileged to a list of names and business entities that benefited from this amnesty? Is it because the amounts owed are not from normal citizens but from persons who more than likely are affiliates and friends of the political class?

    I may be wrong bout de date but I recall that there was little leeway, post its publication BDCAUSE THE BLP HIERARCHY DID NOT WANT THE DLP TO COPY (SH) IT

    Bajans only benefited from this amnesty because Mia had to protect the one that matters to her the most, her father. Would an amnesty be granted if her father did not owe, or those members of the business class that Caswell said help finance campaign donations? I still want to know how where they allowed to accumulate so much and get away with it for all these years. In any event thanks for the information. I am going to contact my friend right now and tell her about the amnesty.

    They were allowed to accumulate such debt through the incompetence of the Stuart-led DLP government. The difference between the two is that while the DLP were incompetent, the Mottley-led BLP has an agenda – transferring wealth from the poor to the well-off.
    The big question is this: how can so many socially conscious young men and women serve in a government that is so obviously attached to crony capitalism? So hostile to ordinary working people? Have they sold their souls?
    It will end in tears. Barbados is a failed state.

    Stuart and his rats I tell ya. But this thing started in 1968, the BLP is also part of this tax mess. The moment that it was revealed that Mottley did not pay taxes, the idiot that was Stuart should have done something about it But, how could he, he was busy protecting is buddy Leroy by putting he millions in the Central Bank. Base on what we see so far coming out of the Mottley Manipulation, we have evidence that the poor are paying for the rich and Mottley is taking care of her family, friends, associates and businesses that she knows well.

    In the interest of the much promised MAM’s veil of transparency it would be most gratifying if her administration could show the swindled CLICO policyholders their money by letting them know what has happened to the millions which Greenverbs had on deposit with Central Bank.

    Who is holding that ‘dirty money’ for the social leper since his bosom pals Stuart Little Boar pig Stinkliar and Pygmy Worrell have been kicked to the political curb?

    Did it end up in bankrolling the ‘last’ of the destructive lying party (DLP) fatal campaign?

    Did I not read somewhere that June Fowler said that since the Mottley brigade took up office the silence on the CLICO matter is more deafening than the noise Mottley was making about it, while she was in opposition?
    If Mottley has not sought to open up a forensic audit in order to follow all the money she claimed the BLP left that the DLP squandered and have nothing to show for it, she does not plan to pursue anything against the DLP. David, the DLP does not have anything to worry about. David Thompson parade and talked about the corruption of the BLP and did nothing. Rogue-Works is just returning the favour.

    The bond issues by the last government read bailout was suspended when the government defaulted. To be fair the government should have signaled to this group by now what is the plan.

    That may be so, but the noise coming from the BLP was loud. Why are they all of a sudden so silent? Mottley was definitive in what she wanted to be addressed with haste. Why are we not seeing the same haste specific to a group of citizens that just want what CLICO Leroy stole from them?

    Have you not read repeatedly that political parties often promise things they cannot deliver the objective to win the government? It is a universal characteristic. An intelligent electorate should be able to navigate political agendas and rhetoric by now.

    The issue is that AT THIS VERY TIME the BLP is in negotiations that are very sensitive

    So anyone agitating the movement of the boat OVERLY SO may cause these potential arrangements to scuttle the boat.

    What the Mugabe-ites are doing is inviting a new boatload of investors INTO THE ISLAND to fleece dem a.sses but, THEY ARE BEING CAREFUL TO HIDE everything that is going on from the eyes and the ears of the investors

    Including the ones that are being invited to hobnob with the people from Buckingham Palace

    People must be aware of what their options are FOR GOVERNANCE THAT WORKS!!

    In 2023 ALL of the thousands of bajans will have caught their senses AND REPENTED OF THE INDUCED ACTIONS of the whitewash

    Now here is the thing

    THEY WILL NOT BE TOO WILLING TO DO THIS 30-0 again BECAUSE for the most part bajans are aware of the dangers of having a white wash.

    After all, Mugabe would have shown them just by her forst 8 months that she is intent to become a dictator

    Wunna need to ask Stinklair IF HE DOES GO ANYWHERE IN BARBADOS at night and wunna will unnerstand the fear dat de he and ALL de DLP fellers got

    And this is where this Third Movement will find its root BECAUSE ONCE PEOPLE SEE DELIVERABLES UNDER THE CHAPEAU OF THE THIRD MOVEMENT PARTY they will become serious contenders in the 2023 mix
