I recommend to Thee the souls of evangelical labourers,
of Religious and priests,
and especially of those who had charge of my soul.

I recommend to Thee the souls of those
who were most devout to the passion of Our Lord,
to the Blessed Sacrament,
to the Blessed Virgin Mary,
the souls who are most abandoned,
those who suffer most,
and those who are nearest to the entrance into paradise.

    BU is nothing if not fascinating.I am able to discern the identity of “Old Onion Bags” by not only the coincidence of his inevitable and sad death yesterday, but I am also able to see the logic in his pseudonym. My condolences to both of his brothers whom I know very well and to his other family and friends. May he rest in peace and rise in glory!

    He did it his way. One reason the blogmaster has not updated the blog since the passing of Old Onions is to show how fleeting time is and we should utilize it constructively. There is the belief that there is the opportunity for those alive to learn when others transition.

    Some opportunities we let pass by the wayside and some opportunities we hold on to for dear life
    Either or! when we reached or final destination we have no one to blame for the good or the bad we left behind for it was all done because of our own choosing

    He was Old Onion Bags… no need for any further details.

    A most pleasant and jovial BU character who loved to laugh ..and who enjoyed a mature tit for tat… be it on politics, life in general …. or his fictional girl friend.
    He was always threatening Bushie with his weapon of choice (a bill fish beak) – especially after Bushie exposed him once when he claimed to have spent the night fishing – only to be spotted by the Bushman in Paynes Bay Fish Market buying fish to take home as evidence…

    Bushie’s favourite blog foe by far….
    He is already sadly missed….

    You probably are new to the BU convention as it relates to bloggers here who pass.

    It has been agreed that, while many here Will Know who the person is in real life, we are of the thought and practice NOT TO SAY THE PERSON ‘s name.

    The Code of the Anonymice has on reflection said that it might not be in the interest of those left behind to divulge the identity of the late great keyboard warriors CAUSE, and ond reason was floated, BARBADOS IS BESEIGED BY small minded men and women who hold grudges

    A second reason is that we who choose to be anonymice in life should have that choice respected in death EVEN THOUGH SOME OF US, NOT ME OF COURSE, ARE NO RESPECTERS OF PERSONS WHILE THEY ARE LIVING.

    If you check the obituaries you can see who the person is ESPECIALLY WHEN THEIR FUNERAL TAKES CENTRE STAGE but you are not to mention that name out of respect.

    heheheheh, I understand where you are coming from.

    It is very clear to me what transpired and why your modus.

    After all, I am similarly embarked notwithstanding the nature of de ole man’s enemy.

    I am no less passionate, nor less enquiring, nor less critical of my target than you are.

    I will suggest that you, even though you see the rumiels, you revert to your accustomed giving, in other niches

    It is hard at times Dr. GP but other than that they do not see the other side of you that is there.

    AND YES, we dont really care what they think, do we? but you know that you have an uncanny ability to make an oath and ignore some sheeple for life.

    There are people here who, like me, genuinely respect you for your faith and knowledge but need verbal exchange as to the why you think so as opposed to it is so, Selah.

    You guys are a whole bunch of hypocrites David BU included
    Now anyone who speaks of aynomous has yet to understand that such policy is not applied to all.
    David seems to have comprised a list of those people whose legal names he will protect from the glaring eyes of public scrunty
    While there are those including yours truly that David in his moments of frustration would use his battering ram to open the doors and allow the eyes of the world to peep in and know who they are
    The hypocrisy here stinks the house up
    Reason why i choose to use several aynonmous to protect myself from the gazing eyes of BU
